Went through drive thru, ordered number 1 with no pickles and bbq sauce. We got got a #1 with extra pickles and cfa sauce. Had to park the car and go in which defeats the purpose of drive thru. Staff was apologetic. read more

This was our first awful experience at a Chick-Fil-A. The line was atrocious! You have to enter the parking lot on the outside line, make your order, and then drive all the way around the restaurant. As you drive around no one is directing traffic so if you're new to this location, you will have no idea where to go. Cars also stopped in the middle of the flow so paid customers were trapped. We went around the building twice only to be directed to park next to the garbage dumpsters to wait for our food. My son's sandwich had a long blond hair in it which was disgusting. All of our food order was correct, though and was fresh. read more

Welcome to this chick-fil-a review! This review is gonna be as shitty as when your dad has to go! And we all know how ruff that is. And their food is pretty great could use a few tips but that's not what the problem is. The damn problem is that the chick-fil-a in ellijay is closed until april! Like do you understand that's the closest one to me! Also that already waste gas money when i drive 20 minutes but now i have to go even farther and waste more just to get some mid food! Come on what more "remodeling" could you have to do! It looks perfectly fine! So hurry y'all's ass up cause i'm not waiting till april and im not wasting anymore gas money just to get to a farther one when yall are right there if yall would just not freaking remodel I would be perfectly fine and this wouldn't ruin anyones day! You are a CHICK-FIL-A! DO BETTER!!! First you have vehicles going around the building TWICE. Once to tell the employee you placed a mobile order and again to be handed a ticket for the mobile order placed TWENTY MINS prior. Finally get to window to get food. Start to pull off - check bag MISSING ITEMS. I had to scream at top of my lungs to get someone's attention and the people behind me could not go anywhere because the 2nd circle around is on the INSIDE circle - no escape! Less than a mile down road - pull out my fries - that were not just not hot....STRAIGHT UP COLD. Disgusting! Waste of my money. Where did these come from? The fridge? The floor? Ext - ordered a $7 LARGE Mac & Cheese... and it is A ABUNDANTLY CLEAR - y'all dumped a MEDIUM INTO A LARGE BOWL.. (See picture) medium M&C is $3+ vs $7+.. so I've also been ripped off. Forgot my dips. My fries were suppose to be a large. Had a fuzz ball on my waffle fry. Threw that one out but they jipped me on a "large " size. Please see picture. Everything else was delicious! Went there this evening, ordered 2 pimento and cheese sandwich meals. Checked my order before leaving only to find out they failed to provide the second sandwich. Had to go ask for it. No biggie. Get several minutes into our trip home and find out they didnt put pimento cheese on either of the sandwiches. Turn around and go back inside the restaurant. Staff informs me they are out of pimento cheese. However this was never told to me by the cashier and I was charged full price of both sandwich meals (over 10$ each). Their solution was to offer me a slice of non pimento cheese to place on the sandwich. No refund of the extra 2$ per sandwich meal for the pimento cheese was offered. read more

I love Chick-fil-A. This location though is not the best. My food is always fine. It tastes good. However they do not always give me the correct items that go with my salad (I'll order a Cobb salad and I'll get the extras for the southwest salad or vice-versa). They have forgotten my drink before. They have forgotten my fries before. I find myself often checking my receipt and saying "wasn't I supposed to get ____ with my order?" They correct it but be warned, if you get an order to go, check it before driving away. read more

Dinner last Friday evening was at the drive through window. The Grilled Chicken Wrap, Chocolate Shake, Grilled Chicken Club, and Frosted Sunrise were ready by the time we got to the window. I have to be brutally honest here. I was in town yesterday afternoon. Many places to choose from but decided since I just love chic-fil-a that is where we would go. Line was wrapped around building twice, (normal for them all I assume) I get to the person that was taking my order and she was less than friendly and chatting with a co-worker. She was not by any means rude but not the norm for these establishments. I ordered my chicken nuggets as I always do and was told that I could not have them that way because they do not accommodate serving them that way anymore. I simply asked that that they be cooked a couple extra minutes to make sure well done. She said No again and stated that they were small and too busy to allow product to cook longer. What? The line was literally wrapped around the building twice. I call BS, excuse my French. Had I not had my grown granddaughter in the car and we both were looking forward to their lunch choices I would have driven off. I explained that my hometown establishment in Blairsville cooks it the way you prefer, even if I have to wait on the side.( which I do not mind at all) Never not once have I been told no. I did not ask for any other special instructions just simply cooked a little longer. I am just saying this is NOT the customer service that I am accustomed to and I regret giving out my money because at this point I was over the whole situation. Of course as I expected the breading was falling off the chicken it was not even what I would call hot. Truly just disappointed. When you pay for something it should be prepared as you request UNLESS there is a sign stating that there is NO exceptions to the preparedness of their product. Just saying... P.S. Typical Chick-fil-A. Good food and great service. Someone comes and asks if refills are needed and takes away the trays and trash. I don't see this in other fast food places. They gave me fries instead of the fruit cup I ordered and immediately resolved the issue. My spicy deluxe was great. 5 of us had lunch today and everyone enjoyed it. Sorry but I don't give 5 stars for fast food. Drive thru is always busy and it is worth it to park and order inside. read more

Really surprised at the negative revIew from a few days ago. I'm there all the time. Yes, I did receive the wrong order one time but they corrected the issue and gave me a coupon for a complimentary meal on my next visit. Yes, I have had to wait... but only because they are always busy. I really do believe in the Facebook thing you always see about wishing our government was as efficient as Chick Fil A.! Like most Chick-fil-A 's, this is a great restaurant. Workers are always polite and friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty. My only criticism is that they have not quite figured out curbside orders. Even if you place your order in advance of arrival you still wait more than twice as long as if you had ordered in the lengthy drive-through line. Very frustrating. read more

The only reason it gets a 3 is because I love chick-fil-a, but this location not so much. I travel city to city and state to state for work and work over nights so when I get off work in the morning - I really don't want breakfast food so I always get nuggets and fries. Of all the chick fil a locations in different cities and states I've been to no one has ever told me no except here. They always just remind me that it takes about 7 minutes to wait and I'm perfectly okay with, but this location is strict on the 10:30 thing. Where I'm from it is super common to get fries in the morning, you just have to wait. And just because I'm being petty no one said "my pleasure." Just putting it out there lol read more

Hooray! Ellijay now has a Chick fil a!!! No more worrying about being too far away from those delicious sandwiches or their amazing lemonade when I venture back to my old home place. Not only is it fantastic that Ellijay is moving up in the world, but I would stick my neck out there and say that this location has one of the better views of any other location. You can sit inside or outside and enjoy a breathtaking view of the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, and not too far from where the Appalachian trail starts. read more

A family favorite. We drove around town looking for a local place to eat at, but surprisingly everything was closed. Not a nighttime dining area, I guess. Good thing we had Chick-fil-A to fall back on! As with all of their stores, the staff is very friendly and always willing to serve. My wife and I both had grilled chicken sandwiches. Two of my kids and the grilled chicken sandwich, which is their standard, and my last child had chicken nuggets. All food was prepared correctly and all lettuce and tomato was fresh. Weeset outside because the inside was a bit too cold, and the staff came out to check on us to take our trays and offer refills on our drinks. When the rest of the town fails you, you know you can depend on Chick-fil-A. read more

The best catering service I have ever experienced. I cater for my clients every single day and always love working with chick fil a bc. they make it so easy but this location went above and beyond. They had everything ready for me so I didn't have to wait and we're professional, friendly and got the order correct the first time! This Chick-Fil-A is not bad. I mean it was clean inside and the food was delicious. But all Chick-Fil-A has this quality. Their service was outstanding. It only took a couple seconds to receive my meal. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere and yet, it still seemed a little packed. Either way, it was a nice place to eat and I will look forward to eating here again someday read more

Very personal feel here. There is a lady that comes around with mints and checks on dirks and trash. How nice is that? The playground is great for the kids especially in the winter. There are flowers on the tables and wifi. The food is always above par for a "fast food" type place read more

I went into the restaurant on September 18 at 10:00 am and my friend and I asked for two number ones off the lunch menu. (Every chick fl a that I have visited always says that is no problem but you will have to wait 5 or ten min. Which I do not care to wait) Well this is the only chick fl a that told me they would put two chicken biscuit patty's on the bun. Then she said it's because of breakfast rush, which there was nobody hardly there. Then I asked if I got fries also and she said yes at first, then after she rang us up she said she couldn't do the fries. It would have to be hash browns. This is the only chick fl a that has ever done this. I have never had a issue with any other one. I eat chick fl a 5 times a week and travel all over the country. Plus I'm a red member on the app! I Love Chick Fl A but this is the first time I was told no you cannot have what you want from any chick fl a and all I wanted was a number one off the lunch menu and I would of gladly waited. read more

I was told that it was one of their staple. The service was great and top notch! If you want a good view of the city while listening to good music, this is your place. The whole restaurant is tiny so when you walk in with a big party there's no place to stand and wait without it being very awkward. However, the pizzas more than made up for the inconvenience and this will be our first stop on our next trip back to Ellijay!

You get to relax and can have a conversation over a few beers and good food. Place gets busy but is not loud.
