They were parking everyone and then bringing their order out. I waited at least 15 minutes. The wings were not fresh, my sweet n spicy hardly had any sauce on them. My husbands 8 piece was only 6 pieces. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the wait time. Improve on the quality of the food, make it hot and fresh, make sure the order is correct. I don't mind to wait if my food is hot and fresh but it was not and the order was wrong.

The biggest issue arose when I went to pay my $19.04 bill, the "20% tip" on the machine came out to $5.61. I pointed it out to the server right there and he acted confused and played dumb, which was frustrating. The custom tip button wasn't even working so I couldn't fix it myself, and with my kid losing it I just had to pay and go. It wasn't until I did the math in the car that I realized just how off it really was -- that's almost 29.5%, not 20%. This left me with a really yucky feeling. Just double check the math on that tip screen before you pay. I have a feeling this has caught a lot of people without them realizing it. Needless to say, I won't be returning here.
