Meanwhile, I watched at least 20 cars go through the drive-thru and get their food with no problem. Not one employee acknowledged me. No "we'll be right with you," no explanation, nothing. I stood there while staff walked around like I didn't even exist. How is it possible that an entire team can ignore someone trying to spend money in their store? If dine-in orders don't matter, just say that. I could've sat in the drive-thru like everyone else and been out in 10 minutes. This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I've had anywhere. Popeyes, do better. Would you like a version with more sarcasm, a shorter version for social media, or something more heated?
