We stop at this location every Tuesday for lunch. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is always is excellent. My husband worked for KFC corp many years ago and we still stop by many of their locations. He says the chicken here is cooker right. This KFC in Firestone is managed better than any we have visited. Also they must use a different supplier than others because the chicken pieces are larger. Although we live in Westminster, because we travel weekly to Ft. Collins, this is the KFC we eat at most. Zero stars would be the correct rating for this restaurant. We ordered online for pickup at a specific time. Look at the chicken we were served!! Everything we ordered was gross and old. It was obviously prepared hours in advance instead of at the correct time. The Manager there tried to blame us for the food quality!! We were there 6 min after the requested pick up time. Seriously!! No way this food was in this condition due to our lateness. Almost every time I order from this KFC they short my order ! I have it delivered from Doordash, The process for getting a refund is crazy. If I wanted to drive to the KFC to get the order idems I was shorted, I wouldn't have had it delivered in the first place. It would cost me more in gas than the cost of the idems I was shorted !! Come here late usually due to work and their food is always good regardless if it's 5 minutes before close. I've run into one employee whose always nice, never got her name and I highly doubt it would be Jacob. But she's always been lovely and the environment is pleasant. Most fast food get mad when people show up, but I've never had issues at this location. Plan to keep coming when I have time to, hopefully just never too late. I personally came the night the menu changed and let's say while it's alittle confusing, I do like how simply it looks. Recommend the famous bowl with lemonade, or their spicy sandwich. read more

Literally the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever had, both of them were not edible, I'm not exaggerating, I gave them to my dogs and I felt kinda sorry for them. I have gone to this location several times before, I can only remember one time when the chicken wasn't cold and stringy. The sides are a usually good, but it doesn't make up for the awful chicken. I waited 40 minutes for my order which was 3 items. While I waited I saw several people try to get the attention of the staff inside because items had been left out of the drivethrough orders and the lobby was locked. No one answered. After waiting 30 minutes I banged on the door until someone came out. My order had been "removed by the system". Waited another 10 minutes to them have them forget one of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered the chicken tenders for the 1st time. They were thin, small, dry, hard and no taste. The french fries were so greasy. I grabbed a hand full and the greasy was dripping off. This happened to me twice, I pull up at the drive thru about 45 min before they closed, I am greeted at the order box, I take a few seconds to decide and as soon as I start ordering they tell me that they are out of chicken and they only have tenders. If they are out of food why can't they cook some more when there is still time to close? I filed a complaint once about this a few months ago for the same reason and the manage called and offered me a complimentary meal. This KFC is by far the best location we've ever visited. My husband loves KFC and we have gone to many locations in the metro Denver area. The time from when we pull up to order until we pay and leave with our food is incredibly fast. Today it took 3 minutes and 20 seconds! The food is always fresh and delicious. The workers wear masks and gloves and get everything right! We hope the owners appreciate their great workers. read more
