(Something I didn't think was possible, but they accomplished.) is their food good? Yes. Is their service good? No, you'll just waste an hour of your life trying to get your food. I can't even speak to ambiance because I've never even dined in at the Cox Rd. location, only the Franklin Blvd. location. Check your orders!! I usually have no problem at this location, but I got home (20 minute drive) and realized I didn't get my chicken nuggets. I drove back and got my nuggets but took another 40 minutes so the rest of my meal was cold by the time I got home. I've been frequenting this location a few times now since their move, and just like the first time, they have been missing at least an item each time. Since I usually dine in, it's no biggie. But these last two times I've ordered out, one a drive through and one a pickup, and when things are wrong, it does get a little more frustrating. Today I ordered a cold brew, with the creamer on the side and a market salad without the granola and almonds. I was especially craving the blue cheese crumbles since Zaxby's is my backup and they no longer offer blue cheese on their menu (and they're closer by me). Well. I was given the cold brew with no creamers (not terrible since I brought it home and have some), and the salad WITH NO BLUE CHEESE! I was pretty disappointed. Of course, I received plenty of almonds and granola :( I've been hoping this wouldn't be their norm, but after several visits, it's proven pretty consistent. We frequent this location a lot. The inside is clean and the staff are friendly. I do wish they'd make it a bit more family friendly with a play area. The mobile order lane for the drive through is a great addition. Taking off a star because a majority of the time our orders are missing something, like the toppings to the salads, etc. More care needs to be taken to b ensure each bag has all the sauces and extras that come with the meals. read more

Like is so long. Went to Olive Garden to dine with my family and the chick fil a line was so long it took 10 minutes to get to Olive Garden alone. Once I arrived in the Olive Garden parking lot, I saw a bunch of chick fil a employees taking up the Olive Garden parking lot. No where to park! I ended up parking in the hotel parking lot ACROSS THE STREET! Someone needs to tell these employees to either build their own parking lot for themselves or park in their designated area. read more

I have never been treated so rudely by Chick fil A ever!! The girl taking the order was polite but that's all ... I pulled around to pay ( cash) .. total was $20.44 for 2 meals .. I gave her $21.00 .. she gave me $.50!! That's $.06 off .. maybe they needed the $.06 more than I did .. I then pulled around to obtain the ordered food .. ( 12 nugget with waffle fries / tea .... Chikn sandwich deluxe with fruit salad / tea ) The young lady asked my name and handed me my order .. I looked in my bad to make sure my order was correct and asked about my mayonnaise. She barked that it was in the bag .. I then see it and say oh there it is .. thank you .. she the says "" it has been such a pleasure to serve you". Well of Course I say "".. sure doesn't sound like it was .. where is that Christian service love y'all are known for? Cause this place is awful!!
