We were responsible for serving ourselves and there was no one to direct us. It is not a buffet, so we had no idea how much food we were allowed to put on our plates. For either $10 or $12 (depending on the meat), you get a meat, 2 sides, a bread item, drink and dessert. Several items were completely out. A guy finally came to refill the fried fish and I had to ask him how many pieces we were supposed to get. If it wasn't for the fish, I probably would have left because none of the other meat items looked appealing. The fish was large and nicely seasoned. I opted for the sweet potatoes and macaroni & cheese. The sweet potatoes were good and macaroni tasted like a typical boxed recipe. We also had a choice between a roll or cornbread. The rolls were hard and not that great. I chose a bottled diet coke, because the fountain drinks were colorful and sweet looking, and I wasn't interested in drinking so much sugar. The desserts on the line didn't look appealing, but one of the staff told us that we could choose from various cakes as we got closer to the check out. What I saw next was inexplainable! I looked at the area with the cakes and it was in complete disarray (look at my pictures). There was a guy cutting store bought cakes and putting them in individual containers. The area was messy and the entire setup was unprofessional. While we were eating, I looked over to the food line and a guy was stirring food with one hand and talking on his cellphone with the other. Again, very unprofessional and unsanitary. One of the waitresses was also constantly drinking in front of the drink machines. The only plus worth mentioning is that the restaurant itself is nicely decorated. This place has a long way to go, so I'm not certain I'll be returning.

They're basically the chili cheese fries with jalapenos, bacon and ranch dressing. They were so good! Also, the sweet tea here is perfect. I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. The drive through can be a bit slow at times, but I think the food is worth the wait.

There is a convenient store to the left of it but Krystal is located next to it in a separate building. Please see picture I took of what this restaurant looks like and what you should look for when driving on highway 1 North. First, I witnessed a young man on break, sitting on top of a side counter near the front on his phone. Second, on June 24, 2026, I attempted to order the blueberry biscuit dessert and was met with, "We don't have not ice cream." It was stated as if I was supposed to know what was in stock in the back. When I asked for the blueberry biscuit by itself, I was told, "we don't have that either." I said well you have it posted outside and it's a new item, "Well I don't know what to tell you." Thirdly, I forgot about my dismal experience yesterday and went today, June 25, 2026 for the two breakfast burritos that are $5.99 for both. I get to the window and was told it was $9.??. When I asked what price was I charged, I was told the they were no longer on sale. Once again...I stated but the price is listed on the board back there. After acting as if I was taking a pot shot at her, a manager was called to void the transaction or key turn or whatever the process was. I was then told in a very nasty tone to pull up. I said no, I will not be pulling up. (at this point, I didn't trust my food being made by a competent person) As a matter of fact, I want a refund. After a 3 minute standoff, a manager was called over to complete the refund. No other contact with the manager except providing the refund. I AM OFFICIALLY OVER THIS LOCATION. PERIOD. I don't even want dog food on a silver platter for my dog. This location should close for the caliber of employees they have and the service they provide DAILY.
