We waited on her before eating, so everything was lukewarm by the time we dug in -- which probably didn't do the food any favors. The Food: The crawfish bites and shrimp didn't quite hit the mark for me -- they tasted a little closer to store-bought than made-from-scratch. The fries were just okay, and the wings were nothing to write home about. That said, several folks in our group enjoyed the fish, so that may be the safer bet if you visit. The Star of the Show: The 122 sauce -- now that was something special. Flavorful, bold, with the most delightful little pepper bits throughout. Honestly, they should put that sauce front and center and let it do the talking. It's the kind of thing that could make you a loyal customer.
