O.K. first ever time at a Chick-fil-A. I have them at home but have not been particularly interested. Only wound up there because I came into Gresham off a weird road that connected Hwy 212 to Hwy 26 and needed to figure out where I was so I could get to where I needed to be. My best friend is correct and the chicken is yummy. Light breading & delicious seasonings. While in line I couldn't read the sauce choices up on the menu broad behind the employees taking orders. However, right at the counter is another sign with the sauces available and very close and very legible. Nicely done for an older person who's eyesight is not so good. I had the three piece Chick-n-Strips. The BBQ sauce I choose wasn't the best. The chicken tastes better NOT dipped into the sauce (naked). read more

Worst service ever. The guy taking orders at the window just ignored us for close to 10 min when we drove up. He just stood there, propped on the counter, taking orders and didn't even acknowledge that we were there, and the window was wide open. He was also rude when taking our order...just not the kind of service we've come to know at CFA...disappointed. read more

Don't go here not to long ago an employee put there hands on me I spoke to the general manager and he said he'd have a talk with the older gentleman about the situation and sure enough I go back after a while to pick up an order and he was still there so it's it's ok for the workers to harass people and lay there hands on em lol I do not recommend stopping at this chick fila at all it's a joke same goes for the management. read more

I come here somewhat often because it is close and I love Chick-fil-A. There have been a few times when my meal has been prepared incorrectly. Other times the chicken filet has been abnormally small. My recent visit was better than most times! The service is usually pretty good. The staff is nice. The inside of the restaurant is usually pretty clean and the bathrooms are nice. It's never too loud inside. When I visit Vancouver Chick-fil-A, sometimes in the app the GM will send out a "we'd love to welcome you back" promo for a free item but the Gresham location never has. Would love to see more of that! read more

According to Chick-fil-a's website and other locations, they CAN do lunch at anytime. We showed up at 10:27am and I asked if we could order lunch and she told us no and to wait in the drive thru lane and had us circle around behind the line for 15 cars... with 3 minutes before "lunch time"??? I'm not quite sure why people hate on Chik-fil-A. I absolutely love it. And I'm more than thrilled that there is one nearby us or rather nearby my home. When this was being built we were very excited. And nothing really beats the Chik-fil-A grilled nuggets lol that flavor is out of this world. No it will say they cannot compete with the cookies and cream shakes at other places to be honest. They have had to reroute the drive-through several times at this location because it was blocking the drive on the 26th period but they've figured it out. No there's a little bit of confusion if you've never been there as to where the drive directly starts but look at signs people look at signs they've marked it all up. Overall this location is always clean. I've never seen anything that is not clean about it. The service is somewhat classic service you'll get from 15 and 16 year old kids. Look that's the team members that they're able to hire right now. You can't hate on them for that period what we need to do is start training that age on what customer service is. However it's not that the customer service has been bad it's just not quite as customer service as we are used to from a different generation. Once you get to the line there are typically 2 or 3 team members helping people in the drive-through line and then you pull forward and go to a window where you wait a little bit longer for your food to actually be prepared and brought out.I don't mind this process because I typically order for an advance on my app and it makes it fairly easy. You can also pull up to the pick up area which is easy as well. I just love the fresh chicken sandwiches with an actual chicken breast and not some piece mealed together chicken Patty. And I'm sorry but you cannot beat the sugar free eliminated this location or any Chik-fil-A location to be clear. read more

First time here at any chik-fil-a I was craving a salad and saw online that they sell them. Decided on the southwest salad with no changes, just everything they recommended. The drive thru line was empty so I went up to the girl who was taking orders. She was friendly and took my order, and gave me my change. Drove up to the door and didn't have to wait for my food. Let me say at $10 for a salad I was expecting much more. It was tasty with everything on it, the chicken was pretty slim, but overall it was ok just ok nothing special it was pretty much the same as the McDonald's southwest salad when they used to make them. This Chick Fil A location is probably the best in Oregon, at least the one's that I've been to. It has amazing food, and the Mac & Cheese which is my usual order is probably the best thing to order. I also love their grilled chicken and nuggets, which are my go-to chicken orders. For the service, the employees are absolutely wonderful. They're the best part of the restaurant and super friendly and nice, and plus it's always awesome when I see people that love their jobs. The whole aura of the location is really nice, just seeing the employee's scholarships and nice music. read more

This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A, and I will probably never go there again. My daughter had stopped there to get something to eat, and asked me if there's anything I would like. I told her I would like to try the Chick-fil-A sandwich. While I am always grateful for any food provided for me, this had to have been the most tasteless, dry chicken sandwich I had ever eaten. If it hadn't have been for the packages of mayonnaise and sauce, the sandwich would have been totally dry. The service was good, and they seem to have a lot of business. The entire order was wrong and it was my mistake for not opening every single box before pulling away but you guys literally got all of them wrong somehow. I. sO glad I have a Chick-fil-A close to my house!! I finally was there early enough to try their breakfast and it was delish! I had the spicy chicken biscuit meal with an iced coffee. The biscuit was fluffy and kinda fell apart by the time I was done with it. Nice buttery crispy top. The chicken was as juicy as can be. Iced coffee was a little sweet for my taste so next time I'll skip the vanilla flavoring. One of my favorite things about Chick-fil-A is the drive through door. They can walk right up to your window with drinks and food so you don't have lean out your window to grab the items. And of course everything is "their pleasure" read more

So I went to Chick-fil-A to get some ice cream and I get in the drive-through where there's 15 people ahead of me and they tell me that they don't have ice cream for the next two days. So now I'm stuck in line without ordering anything. Do you think they would be smart enough to put a sign at the front of the drive-through before you pull in saying they have no ice cream. They also don't have milkshakes. They advertise at the front of the drive-through for their peach milkshake. Normally it wouldn't be a problem if you could get out of the line easily, but considering they have 15 people in front of you and no way to back out or to turn out, it's frustrating and I think it's stupid to not have a out of order sign for ice cream front of the drive-through. There was a gentleman that was expediting my tea and food and all he was cussing saying the F word. One lane was super fast and one lane was not. No reason or exploitation to why one lane got food fast and the other lane had to wait. Once we got home with our food, the fries were so soggy and floppy it was like mashed potato's. The sandwich I ordered was put together so that half my bun was off and soggy from the condensation...like it has been sitting around for a while waiting to be ordered. No one looked happy to be there today. Avoid this location unless you have no other choice. read more

Great service. We came in with a large group on one order and the staff was very friendly and handled it well especially given it was during lunch time (sort of busy time). The girl working was especially nice offering whatever we needed. The manager checked in a few times to offer refills on our drinks as well. Much appreciated. I don't know what happened today but I was told when I was ordering, that I couldn't just get a sandwich and that it had to be a combo because they didn't have lettuce. So I had to get two combos and ordered one large drink with one of the combos because I didn't need another drink but got a medium and the employee didn't fix it. First time here and it will be my last time here. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon, extra pickle, and mayo with a medium waffle fry and a large rootbeer extra ice. I GOT: A soggy chicken sandwich with ONE pickle and nothing else and a medium rootbeer instead of large which is what I ordered. The ONLY thing they got right was the medium waffle fries. When talking to the manager, instead of apologizing I got this... You weren't charged enough for what you ordered. I am going to need to charge you more money. And the snappyness of her response about the mayo is WE DON'T put mayo on the sandwiches. Being a first time customer, how am I supposed to know that. Poor customer service! Not good (or Chic Fil A) at all... Context: Been here three times, grew up going to Chic Fil A, have deer friends that are major contributors to Chic Fil A culture and organization all throughout the US. Experience: Employees are always talking to each other, eating food at the drive up window, get orders incorrect, don't pack what is on the very sticker they place on our bags, and never get even a "Thank You". After this third VERY NEGATIVE (in comparison to Chic Fil As that I've been to from California to Indiana to Oregon) at the Gresham location, I won't be coming back and will not be suggesting to anyone to purchase anything from here. I have lost money, personally, from them not packing items that were supposed to be in my order. I have wasted gas and time driving back to get what was supposed to be in/on our order because of their mistakes. Results: I'm tired of these negative experiences and won't be supporting this location because of the amount of wasted time/money/heartache. I'm so disappointed in the management and the "team leads" that are letting this location be something that Chic Fil A is NOT. These problems we have been experiencing are not the employees' fault, but management's. My Heart: Management, please hear me, we're on the same team; I want you guys/gals to win and for this location to be at least "alright". I'll gladly accept any recuperation from management to right the wrongs and I am open to a response from management (yes I understand COVID-19 is causing problems with staffing, etc.), but I will not be risking my time/money/gas/life on a Chic Fil A location that cannot at least teach their employees put fries in a bag or make a drink for a combo meal. read more

Unfortunately the order takers never really listen to your order and always seem to make assumptions that leads to errors on your order which they don't care much about. They must have had a change in management lately cuz it's a new problem and both managers I spoke with obviously didn't care cuz their customer service was as bad as the order takers. This location opened during the end of the shut down. I felt like they needed some grace. It's been awhile now and there's been a lot of improvement for sure. Give these guys more time to get it together. I believe they are having trouble getting and keeping employees - just like everywhere else. Here's some suggestions though: keep tables clean, counter people should all smile. The ones out in the drive through are doing good at that.
