I thought I should update my review as it seems things have improved since my last visit. I've been seeing their yumny peppermint bark milkshake ads and wanted to make sure I got one before they were gone! So we decided to give this location another try since it's the closest one to our home. The drive thru has two lanes with employees taking orders outside. The line moved pretty quickly as they have some customers, whose orders took longer, park in designated drive thru spots to wait for their food and not hold up the line. Pretty smart to keep everything moving, and not look so busy people just drive on by. In addition to the peppermint milkshake we ordered the grilled chicken cool wrap with avocado ranch dressing and a large waffle fry with Chick-fil-A sauce. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our only gripe was the wrap...has it shrunk? We've shared them in the past, but this was tiny. We definitely could have gotten two, which would have been pretty spendy since our single meal was $20! The parking lot and drive thru areas were clean. Loved the red and white holiday lights on the exterior...very festive. The employees weren't overly friendly, but attentive enough to keep everything moving and get our order right, including to remember our sauces. Would recommend. read more

This time was no different 30 Nuggets to snack on at the hotel and 2 Sandwiches to eat in the car on the way! It's tradition and you know what to expect. Hot day, sat outside the restaurant at outdoor table, when the food was delivered we were told our two small dogs were not allowed in front of the restaurant...service animals only per Washington State. We were told the dogs needed to leave and we needed to bag up our own food and eat in our car. If outdoor dog policy is such signage should indicate that. Information on the door says no dogs IN the restaurant...no mention of outdoor spaces. read more

My chicken was burnt and the fries were soggy and maybe even slightly raw. It was lunch time so they were super busy so I'll give them a pass but it was my first time trying them. Why is chick fil a so good? Mysteries of earth I presume, but this location doesn't disappoint. Workers are outside to make the line more efficient. Food is served fast and fresh. Shakes are thick and yummy and be sure to check for seasonal shakes. I always enjoy the classic cookies and cream. They come served with whip cream and a cherry on top. They will gladly modify. Chicken is tender and addictive. We ordered at drive thru. Favorite is #1 chicken sandwich which comes with waffle fries. The lemonade is also heavenly and packed with flavor. No Minute Maid here. There's a level of service here that is astronomically above and beyond any burger slinging drive thru chain and they deliver it so consistently that it's totally expected of them now. In an era where McDonald's is eliminating free refills, Chick-fil-A will come to your table and make the offer to do it for you. The food is also consistent and pretty delicious if you're in the mood for chicken. The fruit cup had fresh apple slices and blueberries. That's better than the bowl of canned mandarin oranges I got at Red Robin across the street. It's also clean. Like, actually clean. We saw workers disinfecting the high chairs and seat backs. And the layout is open and inviting. I would complain about the pricing because my chicken club was almost $10, but as I said; when comparing to other fast food chains, that seems accurate for a sandwich that size. read more

Very easy to order through their app. The line was fairly congested a little after noon today. In the future, I'll likely go inside to pick up my order or have the curbside delivery instead of waiting in this long line. I found all staff to be exceptionally courteous and made the experience feel very personalized. Walking through the door, I heard some of the kids behind the counter singing I want it that way by the Backstreet Boys in unison. Mentally it took me back to my days of working food service. They have a good crew working there. Food wise. It's chick fil a or as my wife calls it, the lords chicken. I don't eat here often, but my wife is a fan. I ordered the chicken strips, expecting them to be slightly larger than they actually word. I should have ordered a sandwich instead, but it came with waffle fries and delicious dipping sauces. My wife order the grilled chicken nuggets. She received the fried nuggies. But as she went to culinary school and has worked food service, she didn't want to send the food back. So she just enjoyed her fried nuggies guilt free. The restaurant it self, super clean. The staff keep up on cleaning. The bathroom has paper towels. Not the air blower nonsense. The bathroom is also well kept. Am I gonna come back? Yes, when my wife has the craving for the lords chicken. Otherwise I don't usually got to chic fil a. Horrible experience. We ordered Uber. Total was $50 for our order. When our food arrived to our home they forgot all the sauces we ordered. Literally not 1 sauce. My wife's salad looked like it was someone's left over. My daughter fries tasted like some dumped the entire salt container on them. This is the vancouver mall location In vancouver Washington. Then when you call to talk to a staff member. You have to call their customer care. No direct calls to our local location. Being that this was my first time here, I really didn't know what to order. I wish there was a menu before you get to the front of the drive thru where someone is waiting to take your order. Luckily, I was with other people who knew what they wanted which gave me time to look it over. I went with the nugget meal & got lemonade to drink. The line moved quickly & we were asked to pull into the parking stall as all our food wasn't ready yet. Got back home only to realize we were missing one sandwich. I know I should've checked, but I guess I was too excited about first Chick-Fil-A experience. I wasn't expecting the chicken nuggets to be that small, but they were good & I was actually full by the last one. The sauces are yummy, I've had a couple before from Walmart. The fries seemed a bit undercooked as they were pretty pale & a bit tough. Lemonade though was really refreshing, didn't know it was gonna be the freshly squeezed kind. Tried the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was juicy, had heat. Unfortunately, due to how late we ordered they were out of lettuce making my burger kind of plane. I ordered mine with monetary jack cheese in it which i liked. Waffle fries were good as well. I however didn't like the popular Chick-fil-A sauce. I also found their Sweet Tea to be quite watered down as well, which I was disappointed by. I find the food/Chick-fil-A to be overrated in my opinion. Nothing overly special.
