I used to love coming to this Chick-fil-A because of one employee, Jaimely. Every time I came in, she gave me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She was always friendly, welcoming, and made every visit a great experience. Today, I asked another worker where Jaimely was because I hadn't seen her, and I was told she was sent home because of her nails. Hearing that was really disappointing. She's one of the main reasons I enjoyed coming to this location, and it honestly makes me not want to come back if employees who treat customers that well are being sent home over something like that. I hope management recognizes how much of a positive impact employees like Jaimely have on customers. She always made people feel welcome, and I hope to see her back soon. read more

Came on the way to a flight out of Hobby. The drive through line was a mess and didn't look organized so we went inside. It was pretty messy inside as well. Im assuming they gave me 2 extra nuggets to make up for how poor and unorganized the drive through was. This is definitely the longest drive through wait at any Chick-fil-A I've gone to. The customer service lacked, woman at the drive through didn't greet me and I didn't hear a single "my pleasure" the entire drive through experience. It broke my heart. This location just really doesn't have that home like cozy feel. Last week I went to my favorite location and they were passing out motivational hand written letters. Wayside location are crooks. They charged me for the biscuit that was suppose to be free on Free Breakfast Wednesday. When I asked why, they told me the hash browns were 1.79 but that's not was not indicated on the price board. Look at receipt and see tha the hash were made the free item! If I hadnt had a Dr's appointment I had to get to and needed to eat, I would have drove off! I guess they think people don't look at their receipts and I was going to take their word for it. I'm not the one. I know how to read, I just didn't have time to challenge then and there, but I will! They gave me cold fries and cookies two days in a row. I won't be back at that location. It's shameful for Chick-fil-a to provide lower quality in minority locations. Ordered a curbside order two # 1s, with an additional large lemonade. Was informed my order would be brought out. Waited 10 minutes and nothing came. Had to get out the car to ask wat was going on, only to find the staff preparing a large cart of food to be rolled out. In lamest terms, i had to wait for everyone else's order to get done before I received mine. Seems like laziness to me. My food was cold when I got it and I was late back from lunch break. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of CFA, but this location keeps messing up my mobile orders which is my preferred ordering method. I believe that mobile order makes everything easier for the customers and the restaurant ,but this location has been very unsatisfying about it. Literally every time I get the order on drive through line, I have to go inside because there's something wrong with my order. This has been the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. The company should consider firing the manager at this location. As I was doing an UberEATS pick up at this location the line was moving very slow. I saw several cars pull out of line and left because it was taking to long. Well since I had to pick up and their lobby was closed I got on line at the drive thru. After about 10mins I finally got to the order screen. When I told them I had an UberEATS pick up they told me I couldn't pick it up at the window. I asked why and they said you have to park at the front of the store and call them and they would bring it to me. I asked them why they didn't have a sign on their door indicating that. I told them I have already been waiting 10mins in line and I can't get out of line, and I am stuck in the line so why couldn't they just give it to me though the window. They told me their manager wouldn't let them. I told them all these other people in line are getting their orders through the window I should be able to get mine as well. I also told them that all the other Chick-fil-A give me the orders though the window, they just said no we can't. So poor Garret didn't get his order because after waiting another 5mins of being trapped in line I got out and left like so many other people did. I gave them an unprofessional rating with UberEATS and cancelled the order for pick up. Time is money these days and they wasted 15mins of my time which I could have been making money picking up food from other restaurants that conduct their business better then this location. One of the busiest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to - at least when we were here. We rolled through the drive through at 3:30pm and it took at least 15 minutes. Both lanes were packed and the line crawled, which could be a combination of lots of business and poor organization. Normally, however, this chain rarely gets orders wrong. They got ours wrong.
