Routine visit! This was of course an airport stop in route to a flight to Memphis . The facility was well maintained and so was the staff. My waffle fries were hot and my lemonade nicely chilled just right. The dine in area was not crowded or noisy had I chosen to stay. This was a welcomed sight first thing in the morning when catching an early flight, and fortunately there wasn't too much of a line since it was so early. Service was fast and friendly and I felt like overall, the food quality matches that of a normal standalone CFA. Tack on some extra dough for that captive audience airport fee. read more

Chick fil a always has the nicest employees. They always smile at you, they call out your actual name instead of a number and their food is pretty great. Being from Hawaii, chick fil a is always a treat. I love the lemonade and the frozen coffee, anything chicken is great. I end up getting breakfast more often than lunch because I guess I fly through airports more in the morning. The chicken biscuit and mini chicken biscuits are good. Their tater tots are good, too. This chick fil a is located in terminal B. Terminal B is a little less hectic than E and I made the team ride to terminal B just for chick fil a during my IAH layover. The line was so short! At DEN, the line wraps around a few times. I'm glad IAH has a chick fil a, I know I can get my in terminal B from now on when I fly through here! read more

Came through the IAH airport in Houston. Had Chick-Fil-A breakfast sandwich, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich with hash browns. The sandwich was ok as well as the hash browns which are more like tater tots. All was well as I ate my breakfast until I got to my last bites. Went to eat my last hash brown, which I was looking forward to but it was fried to death and I had to spit it out. This Chick-fil-A location is located right outside security check in terminal B. The line at 7am was sparse when I was there. There were 4-5 cash registers opened at that time. I got my order in a few minutes. The folks working there were friendly. The bad thing about their water was that they served Dosani. First time in my life Chick Fil A disappointed me. Just because you are in an airport terminal doesn't justify a 60% premium on prices. Being in an airport terminal also doesn't excuse stale buns, mildly warm chicken and cold waffle fries. I mean, who doesn't love the delicious lemonade and chicken!?!?! Most importantly to me, the awesome service you get. I had just placed my order and had already been told "good morning" & "have a blessed day!" Being called "guest" as opposed to "customer" - I love feeling like a welcome person rather than another transaction! This location has just opened today, it is at the side of the Wal Mart parking lot next to the service station. This location was mindfully built with a longer drive through line so that parking isn't obstructed. Right when I got to the window my order was verified verbally and given to me as soon as I paid. & it was accurate with no errors. Comments: Hello, I have have been to Chick Filet more times than I can count, However, on Saturday 12/28/2019 at your Chick Filet inside the  Bush International airport Houston,Texas location, it was different.  I did not get her name , but I went to the counter at about 7am on saturday and she was an African American Female on the right register when walking up.  She seemed very flustered and annoyed with customers before me. I have worked customer service for 18 years and know we have bad days, but I also know that you cannot let the customers see or sense your frustration. She first asked my name and I said "Stephanie", she took my order and as I was about to get the receipt my young son began to cry, I leaned over to sit him back down in his stroller and went to get the reciept from her. Upon this she has crumbled it up and didnt even hand it to me but made me get it. I was appolled but stood to the side with my son and waited for my order. I waited for a good while as another !  chick filet associate called for the name "Ben, Ben  Ben". Upon waiting for a while I asked what that order was, and turns out that was my order they had been calling.  I told her that my name is Stephanie and not Ben, and the original associate answered the other associate and said, she told me her name was Ben.  This makes me not want to go to a Chick Filet every again. This particular one in terminal b thinks it's funny for people to wait around for 10-15 mins before letting us know they didn't have the chicken wrap. We only have a connecting flight to catch. I like Chick-fil-A. I have been to this location many times (I'm airline crew). Without fail this location never gets orders out quickly. And, that's fine if you are making fresh hot food. However, tonight was the worst. I waited for my order with about 15 other people. All I ordered was a Chick-fil-A sandwich. When I finally get my sandwich it's cold. Well this is very ironic as I am returning home from vacation and had a 3 hour layover in the Houston airport (Terminal B) and my better half talked me into Chick-fil-A. While on vacation I was speaking with a friend of ours about all the hype around Chick-fil-A and he kept going on about how good it is and worth the wait in line and that the customer service is above the rest. Well I decided to try it out! The service was some of the worst I have ever had and not at the level of McDonald's which is noting to brag about. Had to ask for receipt, ask for napkins, and once I had left had to go back for ketchup and was given one for two people and when asked for more you would have thought I was asking for a kidney donor. I just want to thank ELVIS the cashier for his over the top service.....NOT! My thoughts remain the same....this chicken is not worth waiting on. Excellent service for the fast food chain. Employees provide very great customer service at the cashier and they seem to put their energy at work. Compliment to the management team at this location.
