After visiting my great uncle in Dayton, I went on Yelp to find a nearby restaurant for my parents and I to eat before driving home. This Chick-fil-A location was six minutes away. Our wait to order was short and Makenna was friendly and patient while we placed our order. He repeated the order back, gave us our drinks and table number. We waited roughly 5-7 minutes for our food to be delivered to the table. I ordered the cobb salad with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was hot and delicious and I enjoyed the salad. I especially loved the avocado ranch dressing. I couldn't help but notice a train track hanging from the ceiling. When I asked Makenna about it he hit a button to start the train. He told me they installed it because they have no childrens play area. But I loved it! I guess I'm a kid at heart lol. My husband went through the drive thru tonight on the way home from work. I got my usual 8 piece chicken nuggets. Highly disappointed!! 4 of them weren't even enough for one bite!! And they weren't even crispy like usual. Ordered the fruit parfait for the first time, and I won't be ordering it again. There was one blueberry in it! Normally we love Chick Fil A, but tonight was a total disappointment and a big waste of money. One of the reasons we like to go there is because the young staff is always friendly and professional. And we like the fact they observe Sundays by being closed so their staff can attend church. We will give it one more chance and if we aren't satisfied with the food we order then we'll take our business somewhere else. If it hadn't been so far from our house we would have taken the food back. read more

This literally has to be the slowest chicfila around. They always have dozens of workers running around like chickens with the heads cut off (pun intended) and the lines are always so slow. Especially the drive thru. When you finally get your food, it IS nice and hot, just takes forever! How can there be so many workers and it still takes that long to get your food?? Also, three times now I've had missing items in my drivethru order and had to go inside to get it fixed. This Chick-fil-A does not meet the standards of all other Chickfilas. read more

My son and his uncle recently visited the drive thru. They placed an order for a 30 count nugget, 4 waffle fries, and spicy chicken sandwich add cheese. My son's uncle dropped him back home to his mother and went about his evening. As my son got settled inside and opened his bag, he quickly realized he did not have the correct order. So he reached out to me to help remedy the situation. I assured him no big deal, let me call them and I'm sure they can fix it for us. Which lead me to call the location and speak to a team member who gave me three different options. Refund the money to our card, give us a credit that is good for up to 14 days, or they could remake the food. We really just wanted the food remade since my son and his two sister was still hungry at this point and have not ate. We figure ok awesome. Wrong! The team member informs me they have to bring the food back in order to get the meal that the location failed to give me. Which I understand and makes since. However I explained to the team Member his uncle would have to try past the location in order to go get the food to then bring it back to the location then to go back to my son's house. All seems a bit much so I asked at what time does our time and money, gas, and inconvenience come into factor. Can he just pick the food up to take to my children. He very rudely told me no because I'm eating others peoples food. To which I asked him for his name and instead of giving it he chose to hang the phone up on me. read more

They always forget parts of the order. One time they forgot salad. I called in & they said I could come get the salad. I went back & the same person (manager) said, "Oh, we don't have any salads today." What?!? Yesterday we had an order of 4 meals & they forgot one sandwich from one of the meals. They never answer the phone -- so how do you get a refund? This is the worst chikfila of any I've ever visited. Miller lane is further but I will no longer go to this location ever again. Terrible. The food as always was great. BUT, We had the worst service we've ever had at this location on 12/3/21. There were 3 girls working the drive thru window and none of them were friendly. The car ahead of us was pulled up waiting for something and when the employee delivered her meal she turned around and rolled her eyes as she was walking away. When we asked for ketchup it seemed to be a bother. I usually rave about the service we get at a Chick-fil-A as they are always so friendly but this was not the experience I have come to love from my favorite fast food restaurant. The food of course is good but the service is a hit or miss at this location if you ever get served by Savannah she'll question if you've purchased your food and paid for it when they are missing items in the drive-through so be prepared for an interrogation. And then you tell her she's being unprofessional and she wants to argue back so they need to retrain that individual. read more
