Gochu Garlic Heat Wings - Gochujang is Korea's red chili paste, so if you like even slightly spicy foods, this is an absolute must. The chicken was juicy but there was still crispiness while covered in sauce by the time it was delivered. 2. Cheesling Mochi Cheese Balls - This is the first restaurant I've seen twist Mochi into something other than sweets. The inside has a gooey doughy texture (the perfect balance of cheese to rice cake), with the powdered cheese and slight crisp texture on the outside. My very first bite into this sent a pleasant jolt to my brain. *** Note: I ordered 16 wings and the 6 piece cheesling mochi ball, thinking I would eat half of that. But I ate 3 wings and 2 of the mochi balls and I've still been full for 5 hours now. It's the weirdest thing that's happened to me, as I am very active and eat every 2 hours, so you'll definitely save on money haha. *** For the restaurant: If it's possible to have an option to get the chicken even crispier, that would be amazing (if it's possible).
