When we want fast food this is usually our go-to. I never eat in as it's always packed and I can't stand crowds but this place runs like a well-oiled machine so despite the long lines in the drive-thru, you usually get your order very quickly; hot, fresh and with a smile. Despite the MANY times we've picked up food they've always gotten our order 100% right. I don't know how they do it but they do! I wish all fast food joints did things with this level of excellence! read more

This chick fil a has great customer service and food is great. However, the safety is not that good for the employees. We went through the drive thru at 9:24 pm and they had the cashier outside with a register. This is very unsafe, regardless of the location! It's dark outside and exposes the employees to unnecessary danger due to criminals. Also, is inconvenient due to changing weather. read more

This chickfila used to be really amazing! but now it sucks booty, they never get orders right and they are sooooooooooo slow and most the people working there have no idea what they are doing, AND might I add they don't use the good ice anymore and at least half my fries are always burnt. This has to be the worst Chick Fil A Ive ever been to, and I've been to a ton & am a huge CFA fan. This one is not too far from my house, and occasionally, I stop here if I'm in the area, but much prefer Wilson Rd or Wallisville/BW8 locations. I have had a bad experience literally every single time. I really don't know why I keep going back--I just keep thinking its a fluke. But enough is enough! I once found a piece of metal in my chicken biscuit. I was so glad I had pulled the top off and noticed it before eating it! The last several times I have gone & tried to use mobile pay, I've either been told they don't do that there, or, like the other day, I've sat at the drive thru window for several minutes while several employees handle my phone and scramble around trying to figure out how to scan a barcode. The most recent time this happened was just last week after the new app launched & is being advertised all over the place. The employees each time are extremely unprofessional in the way they handle this situation and make me and other people wait way too long. More than once they've asked me for another form of payment & act like it's weird for me to not whip out my credit card when I have perfectly good money on a CFA gift card. Last night, we were with friends in the area and we were craving something sweet. My husband and I joked that we guess we can go to this CFA, even though it's the worst!! We waited a couple minutes then pulled up to the window & first ordered an ice dream. The person said they were out, then they said nevermind, they had them. Next, we started ordering milkshakes, then were told they didn't have that! This was around 8:30 on a Friday night! This CFA is ridiculous. So, all four of us waited in the line several minutes for one ice dream and ended up getting milkshakes elsewhere. Get it together, Chick Fil A. I have tried so many times to give this location a chance, and am disappointed literally every time I am here. read more

For the 5th time in a month, they have no lemonade. They also had no sweet tea tonight. One of the workers said that they make the lemonade at another store and bring it to this one, so I guess they just keep running out. That's not a good way to manage a store. I would have given five stars; however, today we had a little misunderstanding/error/mistake (whatever it was?). Four Stars have been given because the great food and employees with great attitudes have earned them. I like this Chick-fil-A location and the employees as well. I picked up my daughter from work and she was hungry. I had an app for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich, so I told my daughter that she could have my freebie. In addition, my daughter ordered a large frosted lemonade ($3.55 plus tax) and a medium order of waffle fries ($1.85 plus tax). The lady at the drive-thru took my daughter's order and used her electronic pad to scan the app for the free sandwich. We drive around the corner to pay and the cashier quotes $9.83 as the total. I mentioned that it seemed rather high considering that we have a coupon for a free sandwich. She takes the $10 cash and goes back to her cash register. I mention that I will require a receipt. She comes back to the car with our receipt and $4.15 in change. She told me that it was a total of $5.85 instead of the $9.83 she quoted before. It probably was an oversight and I certainly do appreciate the cashier returning the appropriate change. She was very pleasant as well. However, it is the one reason (if I redeem these freebies for myself), I only order the free item. It seems that if other items are ordered along with the freebie, the freebie is sometimes overlooked. I do understand that sometimes employees just have a bad day (especially on really busy days like Saturday), but I don't like to have to explain. I think the coupon/app should be able to speak for itself and should not require any further explanation. read more

The staff are always friendly and fast. They work together to make sure the order is correct. The food is always hot and good. The bathrooms are always clean. This location is very involved with my community and allows different schools and clubs to have car washes in their parking lot. read more

I have no clue how this location is reviewed badly by anyone!!! I go there to eat and get lunch for my kids at least 2 times a week for at least 6 years. I can honestly say my experiences are ALWAYS great. Extremely fast service, order always exactly right, very, very friendly staff. You can literally be in the drive thru with 30 cars ahead of you and be out in less than 7 minutes . Great location.. Managed very well! read more

So I tried to give this location another shot but it still sucks i ordered simple items and requested the meals to be bagged separately I asked for tea with heavy ice and when I received it the tea was warm in 100 degree weather the general manger is a jerk and he was the one handing all the items from the window and his attitude is horrible and he lacks customer service skills items were missing from the order and they failed to bag them separately or provide sauces I finally asked for a refund and the manager tried to refuse and stated that he would call the police after I asked for a refund he finally agreed to Refund as if he had a choice and when I gave him the food back he began to snatch the items from me then made me wait 10 minutes for my money back never coming back and will contact corporate read more

Worst CFA I've visited: structure did not build to accommodate for lines, play structure is designed for 3+ due to height needed to climb, staff ignores those seeking refills on lemonade and tea, fleas hopping out of plastic plant structure on table. Not CFA but to top it off, I had to watch as my four year old climbed structure only to have a three year old grab her arm from the top, pull it, and bite her. Just came back from Chick-Fil-A in Humble,TX, ordered a parfait, medium fries, medium fruit, 2 vanilla shakes. Order took 20 mins after I went back to ask, shakes were missing, waiting 15mins, and went back to ask..that was when they went to make them. I told the server to send me the manager...after waiting another 30mins no manager, so I left the building and met the server outside, and told him my complaint and all he said was sorry. Just wanted to tell a little story about the generosity of this location... The air conditioning went out in my car yesterday. I stopped through Chick-fil-A (Atascocita/W Lake) to get the kids something quick and a cold salad for myself (the car was incredibly hot). I got home and was missing the specialty dressing for my salad. I called them and an employee took my name to add me to a list for a replacement salad. She asked if I could come back. After I explained the air conditioning issue and that I had 2 small kids that I couldn't put back in that hot car, she told me I could could come back at another time. My kids ate Chick-fil-A. I chunked the salad because I didn't have salad dressing at home and ate left overs. I get a call about an hour later from the manager apologizing for the mishap. I told her it was ok, that it was a mistake and they sometimes occur. She asked if she could have a driver bring the salad to my house. I agreed and they dropped it off within 20 minutes. I have always had amazing service and food from this location. Their employees and management have always provided a very good eating experience for our family. They turned my poor day into a much better one!! read more
