My mom and I stopped in for lunch, and although our food was good, the AC was broken (or turned off). In July. It was scalding inside. I had a half turkey sandwich with potato soup, and the soup was hot and fresh. My mom had a whole sandwich with chips and loved it. The only downfall is the bathroom door had to be open to circulate air, so my mom had to stare at a toilet the duration of her meal. Nice clean sandwich shop, with good quality ingredients and friendly employees. Have eaten here a few times and the things that stand out here are the quality of the bread, the flavorfull variety of meats, and the hot peppers that you can add. This is the only one I have been to so let me say I'm not sure how the others are layed out, but in this one there is a high counter that runs most of the length of the ordering area. It seems to get in the way of the vegetable adding part. People are used to seeing the ingredients in these kinds of shops, and I think it helps to let people see what you are putting on their sandwich. However, all the toppings I have added here have been awesome. It's alaways a little on the cold side here, but that might be due to the 25 foot ceiling. Try the wreck or the Italian sub. Get the brownie cookie. Always get hot peppers. read more

This sandwich shop popped up in my neck of the woods so I decided to check it out. The inside is pretty spacious and clean. I arrived around lunch hour so there was a little wait not that long though. They moved the line right along so that was a plus. I even sampled the chicken pot pie soup. It was ok. It could have used a little more flavor. This was my first visit to Potbelly so i asked the lady what she recommended and she suggested the Italian. It turned out to be a great choice. I'm a fan of sandwiches made on toasted bread. My Italian sandwich was delicious and the original was just the right size for me. The peppers added just the right kick to my sandwich. I'll be back. I've heard great things about this place so I wanted to try it out. I ordered the Farmhouse salad which according to the menu has Romaine, iceberg and Spinach. The salad was quiet large so I was thrilled when I walked out of the store. Once I got home and started eating my lunch however, I discovered that the only lettuce in there was iceberg (maybe two pieces of Romain if I'm being generous) and no where near enough dressing in the little cup they gave me to cover the salad. I'll go back and give it another try but stick to a sandwich this time. read more

Today was my first day at potsbelly and I went with my dad. The inside was pretty and clean. We got the avo turkey sandwich.. i barely tasted any avocado but that's whatever.. we both really enjoyed our sandwiches. They also socially distance their tables for eating but we decided to eat on the way in the car. The two servers were really nice! And the packaging is only paper which is ECO FRIENDLY!! Made me happy made me smile. And my dad for once enjoyed a store besides his usual fast foods. Would come again. read more

We love Potbelly's. We are from California and when in Spring we always make it a point to have lunch here. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared I front of you and you can choose what you want on it if different from the standard menu. My husband loves their ham sandwich and I had the CA club and they were both delicious. Their Mac and cheese is excellent as well as their iced tea, sweet or unsweetened. read more
