I don't usually leave reviews, but I ordered food from this location and the inside of my bag and the drinks smelled very heavily of weed. Previously, I received food that was way too salted. They also normally forget to include straws. After this experience, I will not order from this location again and recommend others avoid it too. read more

The drink I received was not what I ordered. Mistakes at the drive thru appear to be normal for the crew. They are so matter of fact when you point out obvious issues with your order. This Chick Fil A appears to be at the bottom as compared to other fast food places in the area. They said I could come back to get the correct drink, drive back for the drink when the rest of my order is now getting cold. This is not the first or even the third issue. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A ever. The management team is very unprofessional and do not know how to handle customer complaints and escalations. On several occasions I have been in line to place an order for breakfast at least 10 minutes before the cut off time. By the time I got to speaker to place my order, I was told they are no longer serving breakfast. One day it was only 10:31am. Because of my level of frustration, I requested to speak with a supervisor, who was very passive and when asked to speak to his supervisor, I was told that the owner is the only one above him and I needed to call the store to speak with them. I asked when are they available and he said, he doesn't know. I then asked for a number and he said she doesn't have one. I have been to several Chick-Fil-A's in Maryland and in different states and I must say, the one thing that is consistent is their high level of customer service. I don't know what happened to this one, but they need a major overhaul in management and staff. read more

Today i tried the veggie wrap. -with sauce it's quite tasty. I had the creamy salsa with it. Without sauce it is probably mediocre at best . It's nice to have a vegetarian option while on the go! -it does not come in a meal so you have to order any sides/drinks separately. I'd order it again. read more

Very bad customer service. This location 3does not represent what chick fil a stands for. I ordered a large meal and was told that my cup couldn't be filled with ice water. I would have to downsize. Its 90 plus degrees outside. Make this make sense. I could receive a large cup of juice or soda but not a large cup of water. Either way its paid for. I usually don't leave reviews, but what happened on April 24 at this Chick-fil-A was completely unacceptable. I placed a mobile order and pulled into the designated mobile lane, only to be ignored while at least 5 or 6 cars in the regular line were served before anyone even acknowledged me. I had to blow my horn just to get someone's attention. When I did, the staff was rude -- and to top it off, one of them actually called me a "B". Yes, you read that right. I was disrespected in a way no customer should ever experience, especially at a place known for its so-called "excellent service." I've been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Management seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior happening here. No one deserves to be treated like that -- not now, not ever. I have sent this message several times and contacted customers to report this behavior and all i get is a generic email. The last email sent which was today at 8:44pm state YOU HAVE NO RESOLUTION for one of your staff members calling me a "B" in front of my grandson is very disappointing. See I've lived in this neighborhood for at least 45 years and read up on this location and how you say you are a Maryland and a PG County native it's very disappointing on how you can allow any of your staff member act the way they act. Chick-fil-A is known of great customer service and as far as I'm concerned this Chick-fil-A doesn't need to be in our neighborhood. Every time you go there it's always someone with a bad attitude and nasty customer service or the order is messed up. You all can't even make contact to a customer personally to make them feel even better. To have someone call me out of my name and I'm trying to reach out and you don't feel the need to call an act concerned. That states a lot! I love Chick-Fil-A ... especially their chicken mini's. However, I wasn't impressed with breakfast this morning. The bread was hard. But bad bread isn't why I'm giving this review. I'm accustomed to seeing CFA employees looking clean, crisp, & sharp. But not today! One employee had his pants down to his ass. The quality of the chicken is terrible. I used to go to this location all the time because it's close to me, but I just stay away from chick fil a now. The chicken tastes sour and has a nasty rubbery texture to it. It smells like unwashed chicken and it really throws me off. We waited in a long line. We were the only Caucasian in the store. The lady behind the register said she could take anyone paying with a card. When it was our turn she disappeared. We had to wait in the line behind everyone paying cash. Once we were up in line ordering she once again helped several people behind us that were paying with card again.
