What a let down. I do not normally go to Chick-fil-A for breakfast, but I wanted to surprise my husband with a spicy chicken sandwich and some hashbrowns for breakfast this morning as its on his way to work. He loves biscuits and chicken. When you pull up there are 2 lanes you can pick. I picked the one with no car in it so I can pull up to actually look at the menu Otherwise the order takers stand before the area with the menu - which really makes absolutely no sense unless you are a regular and know their menu. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a muffin that was over cooked, dry and bland. The bacon was well done, which was good, but it was extremely dry. I took 2 bites and put it back in the bag in case hubby wanted it. I asked him later how his spicy chicken biscuit was and he said his chicken was burnt and the food was not that good. He said the hasbrowns were good. But really could have been much better. I hope management reads this and addresses the over cooked items. read more

Nov. 21st, Approximately 9:45. We came through the drive-through a few minutes before the restaurant closed. Ordered a couple items. Aside from the fries, the food was cold, dry, and kind of gross. For the amount of money that it cost to go here to feed two people and get cold, dry, pretty tasteless food, actually, without by the way, any kind of proper coating on the chicken--It's just absolutely not acceptable. I will say that the staff was very friendly, and the food was served quickly. No complaints in terms of customer service in a general sense. It was a young lady by the way, who served us and she was very nice. So the complaint is on the food. Do not serve food like this. Do not take advantage of customers when it's end of day. If you can't serve fresh and hot food, don't serve anything. There's a reason that Chick-fil-A is in this neighborhood all have one to three stars max. Whoever the franchisee is, is not doing a good job , --wake up and get your act together, or you will go the way of every other major Restaurant chain. read more

Although I love this brand, this location really needs to update its staff on strategic ways to ensure the orders are completely bagged and nothings goes missing. Some many times I have arrived home to find items missing. Then if and when I check the order while on the car line, I get seriously bad looks from the young arrogant, discourteous boy who needs to learn a thing or two about proper etiquette. Been here a couple times, usually the oils super old but the people are nice so haven't felt the need to leave a negative review, but I stood at the counter trying to get a refill for like 10 minutes while the cashier took 2 orders and walked away and several other employees walked past, had to interrupt the cashiers discussion with another employee to actually get my refill and they didn't seem to enthused to say the least. the service was horrible. I ordered an Arnold Palmer/ iced tea with lemonade, and I was given tea, and when I sipped into it, i figured out the hard way it wasn't even sweetened. The restaurant was very dirty, even though all their photos look otherwise. I also ordered a deluxe spicy sandwich, and it wasn't spicy, nor deluxe! they didn't even put pickles on there. The employees are horrible and don't treat paying customers right. I heard good things online, so when I was in a lunch rush, I headed there and the line was around the block, so I thought it would be ok. LIE. I was very excited to have a Chick-fil-A near my home. This location so far has been pretty disappointing. The service is slow, whether you go through the drive through or dine in. And the employees don't seem to have a sense of urgency as we and others are waiting 10 or 20 minutes for our food. They also seem understaffed. The food has improved since the opening, but it still has a ways to go. I go here for convenience, but if I will be driving near ANY other Chick-fil-A, I will go there instead. For a brand new location, especially with so many successful models to follow, their drive thru will have you never coming back... out of 3 experiences so far, every one has been the same - an extensively slow wait for food. This morning I sat behind a car at the window for 10 minutes at least (after a 20 min wait already in line). I don't know if they didn't process his order or what, but eventually they were taking a new order and he said nvm and stormed off in his car. I'd be frustrated too. They even addressed someone who pulled up needing something in the midst of his wait. The app when you do mobile order let me know it was ready for several minutes. By time I got to the window, my order needed the "check" of throwing in a couple napkins and a fork. For how long is sat, that should've been done and ready to go. I waited way longer than was necessary to throw the bag at me and tell me to kick it. The two girls were so sweet but dang mamas, put some pep in the step. You shouldn't advertise that you have lemon for your drinks on your menu if you don't or you're just too lazy to cut up some lemon. I ordered an ice tea and was given one lemon and ask for additional as I did in my online order I heard the guy at the window tell the girl I can't give her any more lemon. She turned to me and said we don't have any more lemon I said you had one lemon left just for me and you don't have any more and she said correct. I asked for a splash of lemonade, and was told I'd have to pay for lemonade if I wanted lemonade. I'm writing this on behalf of my parents, who are not as tech savvy. As a family, we have been loyal customers of Chick-fil-A for years. When we heard they were opening up a spot closer to us, it was great news! However, the following experience left us questioning our loyalty. On Tuesday evening (1/24), around 6:30 they went to the recently new location on Lantana Rd. They ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with gluten-free buns. As the menu states, the grilled chicken by default comes with the multigrain brioche bun. You can substitute the multigrain bun, for the gluten-free bun, for an extra charge. Seems straight-forward enough. It's always busy. We can't say too much about about the wait time. When they finally got their sandwiches, they received them WITHOUT any buns. What? Just the chicken, lettuce, and tomato. Of course, my dad went back up to the counter. The cashier told my dad they ran out the gluten-free buns. Okay... But to not say anything about it? Really? Did the staff expect them to not notice? My dad asked for the multigrain bun then. Can't have a chicken sandwich with a bun. After that, the staff seemed to forget about my dad, who was waiting by the counter. He had to ask for the buns AGAIN. Okay. They finally have complete sandwiches. Now, dad just needs a refund on the difference. Again, seems straight-forward enough. The evening gets even MORE frustrating. The cashier refused to refund the difference. Dad: Well, considering I was charged for gluten-free, and I didn't get that. I need a portion of what I paid back. Cashier: We gave you a bun. Dad: Yeah, but it's not the gluten-free. It's the regular. Cashier: But we gave you a bun. Dad: It's not the gluten-free, which I was charged extra for. I paid more for it. Cashier: We gave you a bun. It was a back and forth that went nowhere. Excuse after excuse. My dad finally gave up, tossed the receipt on the counter and left. What is going on here? Is it the training? Lack of common sense? It's astounding that this even happened. I know it was "only" $3 and change extra. But it's the principle of it. Who's to say others are going through frustrating experiences like this? I must say for a very well known franchise the way you run your drivethru is horrendous. I went today January 20th and waited over 30 minutes to get our food. The runners were all over the place bringing food to people in the back of the line no order what so ever it was a fiasco. You need to fix this no excuses!! read more
