Chicken sandwich's were great, as were the waffle fries. Both of our shakes were definitely not up to par. I ordered peach and strawberry shakes. Normally we love the strawberry shakes. We haven't tried a peach before. These were not good. They tasted like vanilla shakes with chopped fruit tossed in. Normally the shake tastes like the flavor. We had a hard time telling them apart. I found a peach bite so I knew which one was mine. I don't know how you make them but the window person said they squirt something in the cup and then make them. That was not the case tonight. Very disappointed because I really was looking forward to trying the peach shake. Won't make thy mistake again. read more

The curbside pickup was not in place; there were multiple Chick-fil-A vehicles parked in those spots so I was confused about where to go to pick up my order. I ended up going through the drive through but they lost my order somewhere along, and had me park so they could remake it. Throughout all of this, all employees were very courteous, and I can say the drive through at least moves fairly quickly. So I ordered a 2 chik fil a biscuits through a delivery app and I got it without the biscuit ...... I called chik fil a to let them know what happened and told him I would reorder something else because their breakfast was closed online but asked if they can still put the biscuits that I wanted initially in the bag. I place my order but apparently it says they were closed and they opened back up I'm at 10:30 but that's when their breakfast ends, I asked the guy if he could put 2 biscuits to the side for me since I already ordered but the order is scheduled for 11 He said "no I can't do that" which I find that very unfair because they messed up my order initially, I reordered regardless of their mistake and now he's saying he can't put 2 biscuits on the side for my order........ Lilburn CFA is finally open up again! The old CFA was torn down and this new one was built from the ground up. It takes up most of the parking lot in the little Lilburn plaza part in front of Nam Dae Mun. It is better this way so there won't be too much traffic waiting in line on Lawrenceville Highway. This is the first time I have personally been to the Lilburn Chick-Fil-A location. Where I am doing my clinical internship my boss orders from here every other week for the staff and spends quite a bit. Today we ordered a lot of food for our lunch training and one of my grilled chicken club sandwiches was accidently forgotten, which happens. Being a restaurant, I understand they get busy and things happen. The office manager called, they took note (apparently) and after work I stopped over here at roughly 7:30pm today. While here I told the manager on duty (MOD), I believe her name was Sara and even though she could not find record of it in the book log, she was kind enough to replace the sandwich. These are my favourite and at $5.50, they are their highest price sandwiches, so she could have easily refused, seeing that I did not have a receipt and she could not find it in the book log of IOU's. Sara was professional and handled it very well and I applaud her for that. It is things like this that has kept me a loyal customer of Chick-Fil-A and the reasons why corporations don't mind spending money here to feed their employees, because they know they will get good customer service. What you need to know: This is probably the busiest Chick-fil-A outside of the perimeter that I've ever been to, but also probably one of the cleanest and most friendly. I usually do the drive-thru here since I live around the corner and I have to say, while they almost always have long lines during breakfast and lunch, I'm still through within 10mins. Food: Never had anything less than the quality you expect from chick fil a. Service: Always top notch. No matter the weather they always have one or two people outside taking orders if the drive thru line gets too long. This works because as soon as you get to the window, your order is right there ready as soon as you pay. This place is busy with a lot of customers. We sat in the playground watching the children play... until fell to sleep. While I was awake, there seemed to always be a line of cars getting orders to go. Everyone, inside and out seemed to be getting their orders very quickly. Hands down, they provide one of the best Chick-Fil-A customer service you will find. But in any case, most of the Chick-Fil-A customer service is great, or at least should be. I've read the book, Doing Business the Chick-Fil-A Way by S. Truett Cathy (founder of Chick-Fil-A), and what I got from it gave me an appreciation to how important customer service is when serving people. It can make or break a business. They do an exceptional job in this area and blaze the trail. So many other fast food restaurants need to pay close attention, they definitely can learn a thing or two. I only go through the drive through at this one and it's mainly in the morning. They are always so chipper and awake, seems like everyone had, not one but, two cups of Joe. This Chick-fil-A is notorious for not getting things right. If they get it right the food is great but, no joke it's one in 10 times they get it right. It's clean and they have a cute play center for kids so dine in isn't to bad because when they screw things up and they will you, are right there to get it fixed. Worst chick-fil-a experience ever. The manager was so unprofessional. The lady with res hair... called a server as were placing order and he had to stop taking our dL order and talk to her about whatever misunderstanding was happening. We had to call his attention to finish our order as we just sat there waiting. He was great and took our order promptly afterwards. When we pulled up to the receipt area it seemed everyone was concerned about the chatter that was happening at work and not the customers coming through. They gave me Arnold Palmers iced tea and lemonade mixed, by mistake when I asked for two dog treats.... Ok so I did a horrible job of pronouncing dog treats... Ever since this location was rebuilt, this Chick-Fil-A still seems to be having "growing pains". The wait in line is usually very slow and the food is often sub-standard. Before the re-model, this was a great Chick-Fil-A and was consistently terrific in all aspects. But now, it seems to have slipped in both quality and reliability. Here are two examples from different visits: 1) Chicken Minis with stale bread and 2) a Chicken Biscuit with a miniscule portion of chicken inside. We believe the management is making an effort, but have so far have fallen short of what we expect a Chick-Fil-A should be. We're not sure what the issue is but, as of now, we will drive past this location to go to another one that is farther away from our home. (3 Stars then - 1 Star now - please see details below)... UPDATE: We took a chance and visited here again. Big Mistake... For the first time in my life, I actually regretted going into a Chick-Fil-A. Every other location we have visited was efficient, fast and accurate. Not the Lilburn location. I was second in line but had to wait 10 minutes while a family was apparently allowed to tie up the register. There were three points of sale, about 15 employees visible and only one register was in use. The line behind me kept growing, but the management did nothing to speed things up. I actually witnessed several people in line behind me shake their heads in disgust and leave. My wife was waiting in our car and she also witnessed numerous people entering, then leaving almost immediately without ordering. Then after finally placing my order (the credit card reader was also defective) I stood and waited another 10 minutes for the staff to figure out how to get our food to me. The activity behind the counter in this Chick-Fil-A was chaotic and frantic. Every employee was literally rushing back and forth, with little to no productivity visible . Confusion seemed to be rampant, with the managers (owners?) alternately running back and forth, squinting at screens, and trying to decipher which bag of food went to whom. It was a sorry spectacle to behold.. This Chick-Fil-A STILL does not have it's act together. In fact, it is worse than ever. After a year since re-opening, the owner STILL can not get things right. We will not visit here again and advise anybody to drive to another location unless they enjoy a long wait and confused employees trying to figure things out. read more

The fastest fast food service I've ever experienced. I walked in for a spicy chicken sandwich meal with an arnold palmer and sauce, paid and was given my drink. But before sat my drink down to even break open my straw, I was handed my food! The fries were still warm, sandwich hot, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have carried my dogs to a number of Chik Fil a out door areas in the past and have never had a problem. This is an aging area with people who have more dogs than kids. Super friendly staff! I've never experienced a problem here. Service has always been quick, accurate, & efficient. The frosted lemonade is so good! Lemonade? Ice cream? Can't decide? Why not have both? It's sweet with a tang. Just makes you want more! So refreshing! The Grilled Market Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette is always my go to. Mixed greens, crumbled bleu cheese, blueberries, strawberries, pecans, almonds, granola, dried cranberries, topped with grilled chicken, and a delicious, tangy vinaigrette drizzle.... YUM! The apple cider vinaigrette alone is so addicting. It's definitely one of the few salads that I'll never get tired of. Great food. Great staff. How much better could it get? read more

I have been meaning to review the 2 Chick-Fil-A's I've eaten at lately, both of which were horrible, and this was one. I noticed this gets al 5 star reviews, why I don't know. Of course most of them come from years prior. This like the one on Pleasant Hill used to good enough. Now they both suck. The last few times I ate here I got bad service and incredibly bad food. The fries were very old and stale and the chicken sandwich looked like a slider. The chicken breast was so small I almost laughed except that I paid so much for it. The manager or assistant manager was goofing around with the employees behind the counter and didn't even notice me standing there looking at everyone trying to get some attention because I wanted a refill. He was very apathetic and aloof. Never again. I'm in Atlanta to visit my college bestie! And she spends every Monday night with her family at this Chick-fil-a and I got to join! The service is friendly and efficient! Our food was out in no time! I tried a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and a side of fries. The chicken was juicy and flavorful! And the fries always taste awesome when you dip them in Chick-fil-a Sauce! My friend's sister got the new seasonal lemonade/shake. I'm not a lemon fan at all, but I tried a sip and loved it! It's definitely a light lemon flavor and mostly vanilla ice cream, which is fine with me! The first thing that you notice when you come into this Chick-fil-A location is that the place is spotlessly clean. The second thing that hits you is the friendly and sincere greeting that you get from their staff. Then you place your order with a super courteous, friendly, professional cashier and receive your food (which is always the best fast food around!) quickly and exactly to order. This morning the two teens outside were carrying on a personal conversation and finally I had to ask them did they want to take my order. My very 1st line item was left off my order.
