They advertise free entry, free sections, all of which are not valid. Upon arriving we were charged a 20 cover. The overall price of the cover was reasonable in my opinion. The issue was that they had a flier advertising free entry and they did not honor it. The woman at the door explained that it was only free until 11 however the flier did not have any time limit. Once we entered the club was dead. The music was decent but was overshadowed by a blown speaker. I felt like I was in a Honda civic with an after market cd and sub install (iykyk). Because we were a large group we did get a section. The waitress was nice and attentive but was not overly informative. The club has a hard close of 2:30 even though their hours say they close at 3. At 2:30 the lights came on and they immediately started screaming for everyone to get out. The issue with this is the waitress continued letting us order food and water (bottled) up until "close". The food was brought out 10 minutes before they "closed" but that was not communicated. So at 2:30 when they are screaming for us to get out we still needed to get boxes as the food had JUST come. Also you can not leave with any open liquid. Alcohol is self explanatory but this also includes water. So the 5 dollar bottles of Fiji water she brought (they only serve bottles) at 2:28 had to be thrown out bc we opened them. The wings were crispy but way over salted. They are a good drunk food though because of the saltiness.

Two mics and a Bluetooth keyboard that was pretty easy to handle. Loved that there were no technical issues, so the equipment proved reliable. But even if we had run into something, service was so attentive that I know it would have been fixed promptly. Speaking of service, I can't remember a time I received my food and drink orders so quickly. That was super impressive and made the experience all the better. They have a fun drink menu and decent pricing, so I definitely recommend. One waitress, however, forcefully pushed/moved my leg while passing, hard enough to make me lose my balance in my seat. No "excuse me," no apology, no acknowledgment. I let it go because the lounge was crowded, I had been drinking, and I did not want to ruin our night over an incident. Then she did it AGAIN later. The second time, she looked back at me with what I perceived as an irritated/dismissive expression and again offered no apology or acknowledgment. At that point, it was difficult for me to view it as simply the unavoidable bumping that happens in a crowded lounge--especially after watching countless other people navigate the exact same space without physically pushing me out of their way. My husband witnessed it as well and immediately commented on how unnecessarily rough and disrespectful the interaction was. I deliberately chose not to confront the employee last night. Instead, I have contacted Theory management and asked them to review and preserve any available surveillance footage from the area. I have also offered to identify the employee and provide additional information if needed. I actually enjoyed other aspects of the establishment, which makes this especially disappointing. A guest should never have to wonder why a staff member felt comfortable making unnecessarily forceful physical contact with them--not once, but twice--without even the basic courtesy of saying "excuse me."
