I've been seeing this place for some time since I've moved to Georgia and finally decided to stop by for dinner this evening and I definitely do not regret it. It was flavorful fresh delicious and fulfilling. I did the bowl half and half lettuce and brown rice with the lemon pepper chicken that also came with their veggie mix which was amazing and then also I had the lemon pepper sauce I think that was it had to be I don't know but whatever sauce that was it was great and then I also had their in seasoned lemon blueberry cookie, which was really good and extra slice of avacado for $2. All of that, though was 20 bucks a little pricey, but I guess that's what you get for fresh food you know. But we'll definitely check out this place when I'm back in town. read more

The food here is great. I normally get two bowls.. lol yes two. They have an amazing lemon pepper set chicken bowl that comes with a tangy Leon pepper based creamy sauce and a creamy ranch sauce. Omgggg it's delicious. I get mine made with half and half. So that's half brown rice and half greens (like salad), with cheese, veggies and the two sauces. If I could eat this everyday I would. During peak hours this place is very unorganized. Employees are running like chickens trying to figure out drive-thru, pick-up, and dine in. The food is tasty (when you get what you actually order) but they do not have good system when the place gets busy. After waiting at the store for my pick up order for 16 minutes and approaching who I think was manager to complaint, he said there is no tofu to complete my order. Couldn't they tell me that when I arrived ? He offered to substitute with avocado which I said yes. Tofu was $3.95 extra and avocado is $1.95 extra. He didn't even offer to refund me the difference. I was so over this experience that I just wanted to leave and didn't fight for the $2. I ordered in the app at 12:07pm for a pick up of 12:20pm and ended up getting my order until 12:39. Food is healthy and tasty! The service and employees are ALWAYS very courteous and quick with my order. When I've had to wait, they give me a heads up. Clean, well-appointed restaurant. Love their mango-aid. -One star because of portion size. I hesitated to write the review because I like this place a lot. But tonight (and almost every time I go after the gym) I'm disappointed with the amount of salad. I ordered all mixed greens. And Literally, there's one cup of lettuce in the bowl. I go to this location often and usually purchase at least 2 meals costing close to $25. If we need our receipt to earn points, why we have to ask for our receipt at every purchase at this location? I don't know what is the issue, some times, the barcode / receipt #'s can't be loaded to earn points...when redeeming for a free cookie along with purchase, receipt barcode is not valid. the time I actually get my receipt after asking for it and I'm still in the parking lot, this is the the message I get when trying to load receipt info! read more

Extremely disappointed in this Gustos Tucker location. I ordered BBQ sweet potato chips and I received the plain sweet potato chips. The receipt had BBQ chips. The bag was stapled and delivered through Uber eats. I called, talked to Sandy. After putting me on hold three times, each time she wanted me to know that her manager told her they can only give me a bag of BBQ chips because they are complimentary, and I could pick them up. I explained that now my meal is ruin because I don't want to eat a bag of sweet potato chips by itself. IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE! Gustos should have offered me something to eat my BBQ chips with. This was my first time going to Gusto! I have to say I was extremely pleased! The moment I walked in the door it was clean and welcoming. The workers greeted us with smiles and a cheerful" welcome in"as we walked in. The young lady taking our order was extremely helpful. She helped me with my order and gave me her honest suggestions. All throughout the Resturant's there were smiles and happy faces. My food was fresh and delicious! It was a clean filling meal. I will say when we walked in it was kinda warm I figured that the HVAC system must have been not working properly so we are outside. The outside eating area was well kept and felt welcoming. My husband loves going to this location to eat. The inside is very big and spacious and plenty of seating. The workers there are friendly and always get our orders right, even with the substitutions that we do. My husband visits this place a few times a month and always picks a different style bowl to eat. He has yet to eat one that he doesn't like. Food is good but the drive-thru service is bad. I ordered a single bowl in the drive thru and there was only 1 person in front of me. I waited 10minutes for the person in front of me to get their food. When I went to the window you would think mine would already be made and ready (it was not). I had to wait another 5 minutes at the window to get my food. There was no mentioned of "it will be a few minutes". The worst part is they give you a tablet to select if you want to tip or not beforehand. I'm pretty sure they purposely took longer to prepare my order since I selected "no tip" since I was just going through the drive thru. It wasn't even busy inside. It shouldn't take 15min to get my food if I'm in the drive thru and it isn't even busy. Placed an order online to pick up lunch for employees (six of us) and each of the bowls were supposed to have baby bellas added. I was assured by a Gusto employee that the bellas were in each bowl. They were not. Two of the bowls were missing the mushrooms. I called and spoke with someone and I am supposed to receive a discount the next time I come in, however, I am tired of being disappointed with the food service industry as whole. Where is the quality control, I mean we ordered six bowls and only four of them were correct. How hard can it be to make sure an order is correct? This is a training issue and carelessness on behalf of whomever was responsible for the order. All it takes for an order be incorrect is for an employees cell phone to distract them. This is a great fast food option when you want something relatively healthy. This location is clean, the staff are nice, and I can order from the app and be back home with my food in 10 minutes. I especially like the Chipotle Mango Avocado salad. We go there once every couple of weeks. Definitely recommend. read more

Sadly disappointed in this location. I've gone 4 times to the tucker location & many times to the peachtree rd Buckhead location. Tucker disappoints every time. From service to how my bowl taste. The ambiance is nice it's a shame hardly anyone is there and the service is rude. My bowl today was a lot less than normal & majority of my bowl was lettuce stems and lacked other content. HORRIBLE 1st experience today at this location. Not a single customer in the store when I came in. Simple order 2 salads no changes, just straight from the menu. They staple the bags shut (stupidest thing any restaurant could ever do) and I picked up and drove home. 1 block from home they call me to tell me the wrong food is I'm my bag. Apparently the employees cannot READ the simplest order tickets and they just bagged whatever they could find to send me home with. No bigger disappointment ever and there was no other customers waiting. What do they do when they are busy? Much worse I'm sure. So I threw the food away and will rwverse the charge off my card since I got food that I would never eat. Gusto Tucker....you really showed a terrible ability to process a simple order.
