Could this be the only Chick-fil-A in America without indoor seating? I don't know, but it's the first I've ever seen. And the people who arrived behind me at the walk-up window asked the same thing thar I did. "Where's the inside?" That didn't bother me on a pleasant spring afternoon, but I cannot imagine dining outside a steamy summer day in Little Rock! To be fair, most of Chick-fil-A's business comes from the drive-thru. That's obvious by the long lines here. Its lack of indoor space doesn't affect my rating at all, but it's not the only unique characteristic. This store also had the distinction of being the westernmost Chick-fil-A on Highway 70 until a new franchise recently opened in Plainview, Texas. The rating does suffer a bit because the chicken nuggets were tough and chewy. But a few were palatable, properly exuding the expected Chick-fil-A quality. I probably just got a bad batch. I need a quick lunch on my lunch hour from training, so I decided to grab a salad at Chick-fil-A down the street from the Regions building. This is not your usual Chick-fil-A. This is a walk up restaurant where you order from the street and then wait for your order. I was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude from the staff member who made me feel good and treated me with kindness. I just ordered a Southwest salad with unsweetened iced tea. The ambiance for an outdoor Chick-fil-A is very wholesome and intriguing. I enjoyed it very much. My order took about 10 minutes total, and another staff member handed me my order with a smile and friendly demeanor. I loved this Chick-fil-A because it was very unique from other Chick-fil-A's and the staff were very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. If I am back at Little Rock AR for business, I will definitely come back to this Chick-fil-A for lunch because it was just so perfect and I felt very welcomed by the staff. The salads are terrific as well! A win-win situation for everyone! read more

Not your ordinary Chick-fil-A. There is no dine in option, it's drive thru only. The lines move incredibly fast, they're probably the best at what they do. The food quality is the same as any other location. read more

This should be called a Chick-fil-a express since you cannot eat inside. There is nothing like driving 6 hours and looking forward to relaxing inside when you cannot. What a let down. read more

So...I visited this location twice...I asked for the chicken breakfast bowl with double egg and a slice of pepperjack cheese on top...Its really good but the first time I was rushing and I drove off without checking the bag...got to work...and it just looked like a regular chicken bowl...no extra egg...didn't even put the pepper jack on it...so this past Saturday I went there asked for the same thing...had really forgotten about the situation and then remembered and I let the guy know that took my order what had happened he kind of shrugged it off and didn't apologize and red flagged me that's what was on the reciept...so I believe in second chances and I looked at this order and it was wrong...and I was in a rush but I had planned to call because they charged me the same price for extra egg and cheese but I did not get it. So fast forward to today I went to the chick-fil-a on Markham and Chenal and ordered the exact same thing and got what I paid for....I will never go back to the one on Broadway and I will not recommend anyone to go to that one complete waste of my money. This is one of the worst CFA locations I've been to. Out of all 4 times I've been there ALL FOUR TIMES either someone forgot to include my fries, sandwich, and nuggets. No matter what day or time I go they can never seem to get my FULL ORDER correct. Even if it's online or through the drive thru. Also regarding the people talking order outside, they definitely need better training. That way they won't ring up my item individually instead of making it a combo like I asked for 3 times. read more

Slow asf! You do a mobile order to get in and out quickly but what's the point???? The car in front of you is ordering half of the menu (sarcasm). You can't move from one line to the next because the stupid poles are in the way. Who thought that that was a good idea??? One of the best things about chick-fil-a was that even though the lines were long, you were in and out of there FAST! Now they're down to McDonald's standards. There wasn't a thing we ordered that was actually warm. Both our sandwiches, fries and chicken strips were barely warm. Now I know why they weren't the normal CFA busy at 11:00 on a Saturday. Way too expensive for cold food and crappy attitude from the window staff. Never again. read more
