If you want an all-beef burger that reminds you Of the backyard burgers from a decade or more ago, Then this is your place. 100%, all beef, thick, fresh, hand patted patty with fresh, crisp toppings and none of that added soy filler crap like the majority of burgers are these days. It's hard to tell from the pics and usually single patty burgers are so thin but I'm glad I ordered the single patty option instead of the double one because the patty was thick and was what one would make at home for a cookout. Plenty of burger for me. The fries are hand cut in store from potatoes on demand. No frozen premade burgers or fries. Read an article about this place being run by the man who used to run it when it was a back yard burger. Apparently he's a long time Benton native and his dad opened the Wendy's that is on military then they went with BYB and now he's running the BYB as Moodys. So don't sleep on this place. I like knowing I am Supporting small business and can stand behind the fresher, more natural food options too. I didn't take a pic of the chicken sandwich my teen got but she said it was better than most she's tried. I've tried this restaurant twice and both times my chicken sandwiches were tender, but bland with very little flavor. The first visit I ordered the blackened chicken hearing it was similar to the prior biz Back Yard Burger. I did not find that to be accurate, having little blackened seasoning. The fries were fine. The second visit I tried the traditional grilled chicken sandwich. It was very tender, but lacked flavor. Also, the lettuce was hot and soggy. Would probably be better with crisp lettuce leaves. The side of potato soup was delicious! I'll try them again, but will try something totally different. My service was great with pleasant chat by the staff. read more

I absolutely love their chicken sandwich. I eat it all the time! They are quick and delicious.

The positives first! Food was fast and hot, and the service was good. Fries were very hot and fresh with great salt and crunch. My sandwich had a great bun and toppings. The negative was the grilled chicken. The chicken was very tough and rubbery, just a bad texture when biting into it. I had to add BBQ sauce when I got home because there was zero seasoning on the chicken. The meat was plain. I realize it wasn't the blackened sandwich that is also on the menu but even some salt and pepper would be ideal on this. Great cheeseburger and fries will return again. When we first arrived the place looked dark We didn't try to enter until we saw the open sign on the right side of Business. Suggest they move it near the front door so people know whether they are open or not. They need to print a menu and have the condiments near the drink station . You have to ask for Senior citizen and military discounts. All in all, after some minor changes this place should do well . read more

Great burgers and really good fries! We decided to try it and upon arriving the place looked deserted and none of the neon lighting for the open sign and two others at the front door were lit. We ordered and my wife told them we did know they were open. As our food arrived another car pulled in and the gentleman checked as we did to see if they were open. Before we left there were several parties enjoying themselves. Just seemed like they were trying to close early or something. We arrived around 6:20, they were open til 8 according to the hours on the door. We're definitely planning on returning soon if they're still open! Definitely recommend read more

We've had so many friends that have suggested that we try Moody's so my wife and I decided to try it early one evening. When we got there, one couple was leaving and only one other table was occupied inside. While we were there, two more customers came in and ordered food to go. There seemed to be a fairly steady line in the drive-through. The young man at the front counter was very patient as we perused the menu board and finally ordered our food. I went with the classic cheeseburger and my wife ordered the fried chicken sandwich. I also ordered a cup of chili just to see what it tasted like. I was not at all disappointed with my cheeseburger flavor-wise, but the patty was a little thin for my liking. For the price, I was expecting something more along the lines of a 1/3 pound patty. My wife said that her chicken sandwich was very good. We also enjoyed the fries which were served to us hot. The chili didn't "wow" me, but I wasn't really expecting it to. I was just curious what it tasted like because I fancy myself as somewhat of a chili aficionado, which just means that I really like chili and even enjoy it on the hottest day of summer. To me, the flavor was reminiscent of Wendy's chili, except that it had no beans in it. We enjoyed the nice, quiet atmosphere of the dining room, and also appreciated the fact that the soft drink fountain offered both Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Moody's will definitely be on our list of possibilities as we consider where to eat when we're dining out. read more

Don't go here it's incredibly pathetic! The food is overpriced small and it's nothing special you're better off cooking burgers at home which would come out a hell of a lot better than this place and the chicken sandwiches are no better either!!! The service is okay but when you ask them a question they always have to ask somebody else! read more

Food is fresh and very good!! The tea- FRESH BREWED! After our meal the kids were served warm cookies and the hubs ate the Pa's banana pudding- no one had a complaint!! read more

The food was ok. I was expecting something a bit different. They did add a $6 gratuity on their own & I will be calling them as soon as they open today. So just be careful, they will charge you way more than the total they said at the window!! read more

I have had better food at the hospital than here. It felt like very poor quality food, and definitely not worth the price. The service was subpar. And the place was like a ghost town. Will not be coming back. read more
