Their burgers and Philly cheese steaks are inexpensive, big, and downright delicious. It had a cozy, familiar feel to it that reminded me of the little dives I grew up with in northwest and even rural Arkansas, and if anyone is a fan of such places, they know just what I'm talking about. They want to make sure you don't leave hungry and still have plenty of coin left in your pocket to come back for dinner, which you might just want to do. I highly recommend them. The only reason I dinged them one star is that they don't have free refills, as they sell their drinks by the can. But, your first one is included with your meal, and each one after is just a buck, so I'd really only knock off half a star if I could. My order took about 10 minutes total, and another staff member handed me my order with a smile and friendly demeanor. I loved this Chick-fil-A because it was very unique from other Chick-fil-A's and the staff were very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. If I am back at Little Rock AR for business, I will definitely come back to this Chick-fil-A for lunch because it was just so perfect and I felt very welcomed by the staff. The only thing that I would change about this dish is to either make it slightly cheaper, because it was pretty pricey for the small amount of food that you get, or there should be a little bit more grits. Other than that, the meal was great. The waitress that I had was very attentive and professional, she helped me with everything that I needed and was timely when it came to placing the order and serving food.
