Had a carry out order at this location. Happened to be Friday before Christmas and the place was packed. The crew was working hard, but completely overwhelmed. Things that make CFA nice we're gone. Place was dirty, condiments depleted and to top it all off, a sandwich & drink missing from meals ordered. This was a large order and I felt pretty good about getting in and out of there fast. But the snarled traffic in the parking lot and trying to get out of there made the experience bad. To CFA credit, the online app makes it easy to get a credit, unfortunately this mistake created an awkwardness at the Christmas office party, of which this order was for. Basically that person who order missing items just had fries. We're trying a different restaurant with carry out next time. CFA failed. read more

The worst CFA in Longview and possibly on the planet. Three hungry boys always wanting to eat here. Every time we go there in the last two years, there are always multiple things wrong. Today no cheese on the burritos. Ordered a meal, got no chocolate milk. Ordered a yogurt with granola. Received no granola. Instead, my son received charred tomato red bell peppers. You look in the bag before driving off to check see what looks like a granola packet only to get home with charred peppers and no granola!?! I am tired of always being the bad guy to my kids when they don't get what we ordered...over and over and over from this particular location. I've sworn off another (local) establishment due to crappy food and high prices. Will do the same here with this poorly managed CFA. The food doesn't even taste as good here as other locations. Not hot. Biscuits always hard and old. And, They have been training workers for over a year here! They have the numbers in staff. If I end up in the "wrong line", I get passed up by SEVERAL cars that arrived after me. Then I am asked to wait for my order while MORE cars get their food and leave. Frustrating to say the least. I'm sorry, but this specific Chic Fil-a has consistent issues, from not putting a fork in my bag when I get grilled nuggets, giving the wrong drink, food not being warm, to asking for picante sauce (which other chick fil a locations have), and the lady arguing with me about how the jalapeño salsa is the same (I have had the jalapeño salsa, it's not bad, but I prefer the picante sauce). I just cannot with good conscience give this Chick fil-a the standard 5 stars just because it's Chick Fil-a. The last time I reviewed this place it was specifically about the food being cold, the manager replied telling me that they do not serve cold food. So instead of asking about my experience to try and improve and learn more they basically called me a liar. For what Chick fil-a is at every location I have ever been to (5 star) this place is the worst experience I have ever had.
