Ahh my friends, I must tell you... this Jaggers place is something special, habibi. I walked in as an old man simply wanting a nice burger, and I left feeling like a young arabian prince. The service was so warm and polite, it reminded me of the sweet hospitality of home. They treated me like family, not customer. And the burger wallahi, the burger! So delicious, so juicy, so perfectly made that I closed my eyes after the first bite and said, "Ahh, this is the work of angels, habibi." And that's not even the best part. The shakes are absolutely wonderful. Every flavor was balanced like a well-played sitar. Truly, five stars from this old man. SPECTACULAR service AND food! I ordered the grilled chicken Cobb salad and asked them to do crispy chicken instead, they happily obliged. I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies, they were AMAZING!! The ladies in the drive thru ordering area were extremely nice and greeted my dogs. The window lady even asked if I wanted whip cream for my dogs. Now that's customer service!! All 3 ladies were smiling and so nice. When the manager brought out my food he was nice and apologized for the wait. The wait was about 2-3min tops! I am SOOO IMPRESSED!!! As an avid fan of Jagger's spicy chicken sandwich, I am confused. I literally order this sandwich several times a week, and it has always been consistently fabulous...until last night. I ordered two of my usual spicy chicken substitute grilled for the fried chicken. I wanted my friend to try the sandwich I had been raving about for weeks. Well, uh...I think it was a prank, but unappreciated. The chicken had such an excessive amount of spicy seasoning on the patties they were gritty and stained our teeth red. There was a literal handful of pickles and onions; I pulled off at least six slices of pickle and still every bite was full of harsh vinegary flavor. They were truly disgusting. Obviously my friend was repulsed enough that he will likely never be a repeat customer. Whether I go back is also debatable. Why a company would want to offend consistent repeat business (e.g.: investment) in such an offensive and satirical way is beyond me? read more

The food is really good here. But on top of that there have been a few staff members that have been helpful. One my first trip, a staff member suggested a good tip for my next visit: get the grilled chicken bacon avocado sandwich, but make it crispy! that's exactly what i did.l this time. But i was curious about dipping sauces. some places charge extra. they didn't here. The staff member, Tina, said they added a "Sweet Heat" sauce to my meal after I picked out ranch and buffalo sauces. Its interactions like that, tips on how to make my experience better It was really friendly. and helpful. The Sweet Heat sauce made the meal so much better! This is the best hamburger joint in Longview. The burgers are big meat tastes great, not too greasy or dry and reasonably priced and the shoestring fries are really good and sauces they offer there are a bunch to choose from. read more

Tried this place for the first time. Went through the drive through and ordered a classic cheeseburger and the bacon cheeseburger. Food was good but needed some salt in the burgers and also was a little dry. Could have used a bit more of the jagger sauce tomato was a bit on the green tasting side. The service was adequate although the girl that took our money rolled her eyes when we told her one of our drinks was wrong. The girl that handout out the food was nice though. read more

Love this place! My favorite is the Swiss mushroom burger and my husband loves their salad. I want to also comment on their honesty and friendliness. They are always genuinely happy to serve their guests and I truly appreciate that. Their honesty is also top notch. I left my purse there (I'm an idiot!) and didn't realize until 24 hrs later. I called and they had it kept safe for me. They had not even zipped it up (I notoriously leave it unzipped!) and everything including my cash, credit cards, check books, ID, everything was exactly as I had left it. I would recommend this place because the food is delicious but after this, I'd recommend it if they served cardboard. Stellar business with stellar employees and management! read more

Love this place! Burger, fries and a shake - all were fantastic. Jaggers zooms to the top tier of my favorite places to eat in LV. Top notch. Being owned by (TX) Roadhouse, this should surprise no one. Service was very pleasant and the sit-down-restaurant quality food came out surprisingly fast. The interior has a decidedly warm and comfortable feel to it, very nice for fast casual. My only thought is that a couple of TVs flanking the dining area with either Chive TV or ESPN would round things out nicely. Now. I saw some googlers complaining about "greasy" burgers. These are juicy burgers - there's a difference. Love the Jaggers sauce on there too - a bit like CFA sauce but more bbq. I've also seen complaints about "cold fries". Mine were very hot when they came out and stayed plenty hot thru the whole meal. Loved the hint of pepper and the slight coating. They ARE shoestring fries - if you drive thru and wait till you get home they will for sure cool off. But all fries do that. The Oreo shake was especially good. Can't wait to try some of those other shakes (as well as the highly rated chicken sandwiches)! I've also seen complaints about not enough parking. You might have to walk 100ft if you come during peak hours. That's true for almost every restaurant in town. Esp if you were coming to Jaggers during the first few days after this place opened. It's always crazy the first few days while folks are checking out the new place in town. I predict they will only get even better. Can't wait to go back! read more

Chicken sandwich was ok, fries were not hot. They did bring out fries for my husband and he had ordered tots, which they took care of quickly, and they were hot. The tea was out and so I went to get a refill, I asked the young lady standing at the bar, in her uniform for a refill because the lobby was out. She said "sorry I am not on the clock" lol....These people today make me shake my head. I know some will say well she's not on the clock, but how about "let me get someone to help you". I think sometimes we are so about ourselves, we just do not care about serving others. Remember, it's not that hard to help someone out. I do not like that the bathrooms are combined, some people can't hit the hole, and so this time I was able to just wait until I could find a clean place. We may return for a to-go order. read more
