Went to Chic-fil-a today on my way out of town. Walked inside and the counter is empty, walked up to the lady at the register, she is texting and ignores me completely. After a few seconds I say hello she still does not look up from her texting but asks what I want. I order and she types it in all while finishing her text message and still has not even raised her head to look at me. She makes my tea and sets it on the counter on the otherside from where I am standing waiting for it and returns to her text. I was literally speechless, almost amused by how little this lady cared. My receipt says her name is Jo, I'm not sure about that however as she was not wearing a nametag. I've gotten better service at McDonalds which is saying something. read more

Stopped through here on my way home from college. Irritating service. I waited about 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. The whole time i was waiting, the managers and other employees were laughing and talking in the back while about 20 customers were waiting for their food. I know Chick-Fil-A's policy with wait time with tickets and this was not good service. The manager in the back could tell I was annoyed and finally came to help out and ask me what my order was and had it to me. I hope this restaurant does better in the future. read more

Whatever you do don't try to go through drive thru in evening if you're in a hurry. They make McDonalds look fast. We literally just waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes. They only have teenagers working at night with zero urgency. So frustrating. The morning and afternoon crew pretty on top of things but after 3pm it's all downhill. read more

I generally love this chain. The food is great and the customer services fantastic for a fast food restaurant. Today was the first time I had a very poor experience. They mixed up my order which was not a big deal. However the follow up was ridiculous. They made me reproduce the receipt. After I pointed out that the mistake was theirs and it would have been nice to have gotten the $2 credit open parentheses the difference in the bills close parentheses, the supervisor pointed out that it was probably my fault. The recharge for the full order. I told them I had already paid previously. They finally refunded the previous payment and asked me to pull over and wait for my order. They brought out the order without the drinks. Very unorganized group and the supervisor was rude. I won't be returning to this location again. read more

Food is always good. It's chick-fil-a but the manager could be a little nicer. Woman with dark curly hair was the manager and the young lady who was clearly new was being barked at to bag her own orders while the manager was bagging them for her. It's not like the girl was falling behind she had just grabbed the cups and hadn't even finished the drinks. As the manager abruptly handed me the bag she continued to tell the girl she was responsible for bagging her own orders. Uncomfortable for myself and the employee as I was waiting for my drinks. I was nervous right to ask for cream cheese to go with my bagel. I did ask for it but didn't leave with any because the manager then informed me that I needed 50 cents for the cream cheese. I explained that I paid for the bagel and just needed a cream cheese. No go. It's extra . Really come on. Oh well all the other chick fil a restaurants are always so kind. Thank goodness. read more

Check your order. This location gets it right about 75% of the time, which means 25% wrong. Maybe I just have bad juju at this location. Last trip I ordered chicken minis with cheese. They put the cheese in a separate container. Pretty hard to put them together doing 60 down I 75. read more

Courteous, clean, and good freshly prepared food! Their party trays are excellent and those chocolate chip cookies are the best.

This Chick-Fil-A is fast, with very friendly service. I love the cobb salad here. I love that I can choose whether or not I want spicy or regular chicken.At Christmas, it's soo pretty. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. read more

LOVE this location. Their food is always on point, and I can only think of one time when my order was messed up, and it was because the car in the other ordering lane decided that although they ordered after me, that they should force their way in front of me...I guess they got what they deserved too (the wrong food). Regardless, they fixed the situation immediately. read more
