When I tried to continue ordering, she stopped responding and made it difficult to complete my order. When I reached the window, my order was incomplete. I had to repeatedly ask about the missing items. I requested to speak with a manager, hoping the situation would be resolved, but the manager was also rude and argumentative. Because of the hostility, I no longer felt comfortable accepting food from the restaurant and asked that my order be canceled. As I was driving away, the drive through window was forcefully slammed shut in my face. I left without any food and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope KFC reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training for the employees at this location.
