Pizza was good, but the nickel and diming puts a bad taste in your mouth no matter how good it was. Staff was nice, but offered no service with drink refills nor cleaning up. Not a fan when there's a place on the bill for tipping, and you have to serve yourself. Liked the music, but the place is a bit stale. The 4% surcharge for credit card usage is absurd and then they charge you for tap water, is absolutely ridiculous. Management, stop with the nickel and diming of your patrons! This is a small restaurant in a strip mall. Plenty of parking in the private parking lot. Not much seating on the inside but most people will probably get carryout. The staff is nice. The food is amazing and takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare. First time I got the lunch special. Two slices of pizza with one topping - pepperoni and 5 wings - carolina gold. Both were delicious. Second time, I got the small bbq calzone and 10 wings - 5 carolina gold and 5 mango habanero. The calzone was huge and filled with bbq. So delicious. Had the most amazing dinner tonight thanks to Pig on a Pie. The kinda pizza with a perfect crust, cheese pull and flavor. My sister and I took one bite of the Ranch pizza stared at each other and started laughing. "Are you kidding me?!?," was exclaimed. The small salad was fresh and made to order. Ordered online and love the fact that there is a drive thru window for pick up, especially so I don't have to get the kids out of their car seats to go inside. Staff was super friendly and the order was ready quickly. Everything was hot and packaged nicely as well. Our pizza was good to average. Was it the best I've ever had? Nowhere close. Better than say, Pizza Hut or frozen pizza I could make at home? Sure. The toppings were generous but the crust and crust flavor was pretty basic. Not to be rude, but I'll just say that I seriously question anyone in these reviews who says it's the best pizza in town. We also ordered some salads. The lettuce was fresh and the pork/chicken on top had a nice flavor. The bbq sauce was a bit sweet for my own personal taste, so I'm glad it was on the side. I think what would really elevate it is if they had fresh dressing (it was pre-packaged Ken's along with some pre-packaged packs of croutons). On a Friday evening at prime dinner time, we were the only ones dining in, but there were quite a few patrons getting takeout. We ordered a small pizza with pepperoni, bacon and onions and some of the lemon pepper wings. The pizza was good, but nothing earth shattering. The wings were cooked well and had a really unique flavor. We could definitely taste the smoke and the lemon pepper was wet, which was not what we expected, but was really good. Everyone was friendly and checked on us several times. If I could do 4.5 stars I would. There was nothing wrong with this place; it just wasn't 5-star worthy. The hot bbq wings were good...but they were not hot at all. Incredibly mild. We ordered a bbq chicken calzone and it was the worst calzone of my life. Great location. Everything they serve is delicious! They even offer a cauliflower crust now that taste great for those that are gluten free. My taco pizza tasted exactly like a taco and was a delight. The cinnamon sticks were the biggest, freshest bread sticks I've seen anywhere. My only thing is that I was expecting more cream on the sticks, they were probably just prepared hot, hence the extra cream at the bottom of plate. First i just want to say the food is and always has been very good, especially the wings. It has been one of my must go to's when I'm home. With that being said this last trip home I went twice and the service was definitely lack luster. The second time we went my brother was missing a meal for one of his kids and when he asked one of the employees where the food was she replied with "you didn't order that" not let me check the ticket, since they didn't even give him a receipt just went straight to that's not what you ordered. It eventually got figured out and he did order it and then a few minutes later an employee came by and basically threw the meal on the table and walked off. We also had something wrong with one of the wing orders and the lady who owns the place with her husband was extremely snippy and rude about it. The whole experience was just terrible from start to end from rude employees, missing food, wrong orders and a rude owner. I usually love this place as previously stated and maybe they are understaffed and overwhelmed but come on! You are going to lose loyal customers if you continue to run your business like this and treat your patrons this way. read more

The food was delicious! If I were rating only the food, I would rate this place as a five-star establishment. However, I will not patronize this business again due to the extreme rudeness of the OWNER. We order at the counter and serve our own drinks. I ordered $39 worth of food which included; 10 wings and 6 slices of pizza. We were given 1 small peel top container of ranch dressing which wouldn't actually be sufficient for ten wings but definitely not enough for those young children who prefer ranch on their pizza. I also gave them a $5 tip since they would be bringing the food to our table. I asked for another ranch and was told "that's $.35 for one or $.75 for 2 (yeah, that's rocket math). I said, "seriously, we ordered $39 worth of good a left a tip for $5, couldn't you give me one more to accommodate our amount of food? It could mean the difference between me coming here again and not?" He rudely replied "no man, $.35!" I said "hold on, I usually don't have any cash with me, let me check ". After my 2 adult daughters and I all checked our wallets and found no change or cash, I said "I can't put $.35 on my card, seriously, one pack of ranch after $44 purchase?" He slammed it on the counter and sharply said "here, take it lady!" I gave it back and said "now I don't want it and I will definitely not be back here! ". He only wanted to provide one to go box when we asked for three. He started clearing our table without asking if we were done. Never once said you're welcome when we said thank you for the containers. We arrived at 115 pm and saw they close at 2 but was told no problem. They closed at two, we left at 5 till.
