I love the CFL chicken tortilla soup! I tried it for the first time this past winter and Hub's and I both loved it! It comes with a perfectly sized packet of tortilla strips that really makes this richly brothed soup extra yummy! I figured it was a season soup offering and last week asked the nice young man at the Chick-fil-A counter if the still offered soup, to which he said, "Yes." I ordered two cups noting they came with saltines instead of tortilla strips. All this to say: if you order (which I did) chicken soup (thinking it was chicken tortilla), keep your expectations low. The cup of soup was noodle forward, oddly sweet, and only a half step above a can of Campbell's chicken soup. This was my fault for not paying attention to the details of the item. Regardless, CFA is always a delightful experience and offers numerous delicious items. My preference will always be their chickentortilla soup vice their chicken soup moving forward. read more

I need to update my review on this Chick-fil-A. While the food is great, and the service is always kind, this location leaves much to be desired. Traffic flow management is a serious problem at this Chick-fil-A. They are imposing a developer fee on every order... The business should be holding the development accountable for the traffic problems. Getting in and out at this location is a catalyst for road rage. The traffic on the access road is almost constant during peak times and you will find it difficult to get out of Chick-fil-A, especially if you are needing to turn left. If you are attempting to get to this location from the Publix parking lot, you might as well take a right, go past the congestion and turn around by Culver's who has no business (relatively speaking). The traffic in this area is enough to deter me from visiting during normal food hours. Let's put it this way-I pulled off and forgot a gallon of lemonade that I had ordered on the mobile through app. After escaping and realizing this, there was not a moment of hesitation--there is not enough time in the day to make me want to turn back around and fight that traffic again over a gallon of lemonade. read more

Chick-fil-a Madison relocated from 8300 Highway 72 to Clift Farm in 2021. This site comes with many improvements, including a larger interior dining space, parking lot and drive-thru. Overall, these changes make the property much safer and easier to navigate. Since its grand re-opening, I have been to this location dozens of times. Not unlike other locations, CFA Madison consistently delivers quality chicken-based products, sides and beverages with exceptional customer service. On the last few visits, I have utilized the mobile thru line, which can be used to pick up orders placed online using the Chick-fil-a mobile app. While this line is not always faster than the traditional drive thru, it makes ordering and pickup a seamless and virtually contactless process. read more

We were in Madison staying over night for a business trip in Huntsville. We decided to try this new Chick Fil A. Wife dropped me off at Hotel for me to check in and she went back thru drive in. She arrived back and we eat in our hotel room. At first glance the standard chicken meal seemed off. fries were under cooked!, Chicken sandwich was extremely crunchy and crispy like it was over cooked and didn't exactly taste right. Even before I finished my meal I started feeling sick. I didn't even finish my fries and this is out of the norm for me! Later that night I got really sick and starting with the cramps and dry heaves. I never threw up but had the cramps all night and did not sleep any that night. This has happen once before for me and believe it or not it was at another Chick-Fil-A location, so I do not know what it is about what they are doing, but I will not be eating their new chicken sandwiches any more! I love chickfila, my kids love chickfila, we come here A LOT but while we love them their drive through is awful. If they are not taking multiple orders on one side the mobil thru is not moving at all. Cars that I was more than 5 in front have already gotten their food on the other line and I'm still waiting. I don't see the point of the Mobil thru when the other line moves faster? I also can't stand that they will bring food to a car that's 3 card behind you but you're still waiting on your food in front. This location definitely needs some work. This store creates an unsafe traffic situation by allowing customers to back up onto the road. If this occurs again, I will be informing the police and formally complaining about their obstruction of traffic. Was given 2 chicken biscuits with bacon & cheese (additional charge) after ordering 2 breakfast biscuits at 8:30AM. After returning a few hours later to get a refund I was told I needed my card with me. After a third trip back I was hoping to get lunch with the money I payed for breakfast but then was told I can only get a refund which is what they did (without me having my card). The drive-thru is super slow, especially in the morning - they have one lane for drive-thru orders and one lane for online order pick-up only. Once you are in the drive-thru line, there is no way of getting out. read more

While I appreciate any CFA, the functionality of the drive thru is awful. You are at the mercy of the car up front. If you have your order, there is NO way to leave. You must wait. Horrible design. They've probably gotten my orders wrong 50% of the time. But I do feel like that is getting better. I don't go much but it is not the CFA to go to if you're crunched for time. I've never been and it ran smooth and timely. It makes ordering ahead on app and using mobile thru kind of pointless. I hate to even leave a review on a CFA like this. This restaurant is so close to my house. I can't help but try to give them business - every time I try to give them business they screw my order up. They are in the business of biscuits, but cannot seem to get the biscuits in the bag.
