I've eaten at this location way more times than I care to admit. Unfortunately, today they charged me for custard toppings that we never received. My husband's "cheeseburger" was actually a bun with cheese (no meat). When I called to alert the manager, she promised to send me coupons then hung up on me. I assume I won't see those since she didn't take my last name or address. I've visited on days where they have been super busy and never received service like this. There's not much excuse for messing up so much and doing nothing to make it right. We won't be back. I can spend $50 for dinner somewhere else. read more

Just came back for the second time to give it another shot... Ordered to go, burger was missing from bag... didn't notice till got home, then drove back there to tell them, and the service was BAD. They knew they messed up, but didn't stop it? Then I asked to replace these cold stale onion rings cause I did all this traveling for the missing burger.. and the lady had a attitude,.. then I paid for sauce, and she tried charging me again, when we exchanged the bags from the old onion rings to the new ones. Menu online shows a rueben sandwich and what they gave us was not a rueben, it was a glorified hamburger. I ordered a fish sandwich. The fish sandwich had almost no tarter sauce or mayonnaise, the lettuce looked and tasted like it was microwaved and the bread was just about all there was in this sandwich and it was chewy and not good. I most likely will never go again. I had stopped going a while back because of the hair we found in our hamburgers. My neighbor said she had the same thing happen to her. We were in Madison today and went to Culver's. It was our first visit and luckily the drive thru was not packed so we had a chance to look at the menu. The young lady at the drive thru helped us pick out our foods. Hubs ordered the cod sandwich with crinkle cut fries and I tried the butter burger supreme with onion rings. We paid our tab, the attendant put a post-it in the side mirror and moved to a spot to wait for our order to arrive. Within a few minutes our food was delivered cheerfully by an employee in the rain. We arrived home and devoured our food. Hubs said his cod sandwich was great. I tried it and agree. Best of all the fish was cooked well, crunchy and juicy and not smelly. The butter burger with bacon was delicious, juicy and taste was spot on. My onion rings texture and taste were better than other onion rings in town. My only complaint is the oil the onion rings and curly fries were cooked in wasn't fresh tasting. My taster might be off and we will definitely return. We have a long drive to Culver's since we are in South Huntsville. The taste of the foods we purchased, price and freshness will have us coming back to try other menu items. Please give them a try. Firstly, the registers customer side is gibberish, so I couldn't corrent any of the numerous things that went wrong with my order, until after I paid. I asked for a 10 pc shrimp with a side of pretzel bites and a mini Andes Mint Avalanche, which the FOD forecast said was the flavor of the day, as well as the sign outside. I was charged for, and recieved, a 6pc shrimp dinner, the pretzel bites, and a cookie dough mini concrete mixer. Upon asking for clarification on the concrete mixer I was told rather rudly that "sometimes the websites just wrong" by the lady I ordered from. I would be fine with this, if I was told BEFORE PAYING that what I wanted wasn't available. I chose this location today BECAUSE I wanted the FOD that was projected. Very disappointed in this location's service. (As another note, I don't eat slaw, and the dinner roll was stale, so I was charged an extra $2 for 4 less shrimp than I asked for). This used to be a good, fast food option. Since the original operator sold the store the quality has steadily dropped. Tonight there was no tea in any of the containers and the staff was completely unaware. Several of the soft drinks weren't working either. Someone had spilled their drink on the floor and the staff was stumped on what to do about it. Finally this young lady was chosen to mop, rest assured she had never seen a mop and certainly had no concept of how one worked. The cheese curds paired beautifully with Culver's buttermilk ranch - so good! The lobby itself was very clean and obviously maintained. The customer service that I received from the cashiers was very polite and surprisingly kind. I was genuinely surprised at Culver's customer service since I'm so used to the crap service from McDonald's. All in all I'd choose Culver's over McDonalds ANY DAY. read more

Wow! I've been waiting for Culver's to open for months! I've been to the world's largest Culver's in Wisconsin and have been excited for a Culver's to open in my city. The butter burgers and frozen custard are my favorite menu items. I also like that they have a new flavor of the day. I ordered a butter burger and Andes mint Avalanche. Started out with adults. Now has transitioned to barely working age staff in the front end. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Food quality and order accuracy has significantly declined. Ordering food is some of the problem. My orders are sometimes not correct inside or thru the drive thru. Recently had to notify food runner that food was missing. Received luke warm food and no crackers and food was hand carried instead of being bagged. Grease all over food packaging. Ice cream /custard orders are were mostly liquid and not given directly from drive thru window. Use of kids to run this place is evident. These kids are entertaining themselves at the expense of food quality and order accuracy. I had to get a number after the drive thru window had closed by knocking on the window. First time visit here. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the french fries are definitely frozen not fresh. We went to the drive-through and the cashier was extremely helpful. Have been a loyal fan/customer since living in Iowa! Went on opening day. As expected line wrapped around the building and around the corner. I jumped out and went inside. Social distance stickers on ground to form lines, after order you are on your own to stay a safe distance away. Maybe have guest go out side door near drive-thru and wait? Took about 30-45 mins total to get order. Ordered two adult meals, single and double, cheese curds, concrete, two kids meals, and kids ice cream scoops. Everything was pretty much great except fries. There was no sign or anything on the door to indicate why the doors were locked. There were people, at tables, inside, eating!!! When they answer, she asks them WHY was the store closed, with cars still in the drive thru, and people inside eating. The response: "We're out of food." Now, this kind of response sucks. What do you mean you're out of food? Did you not order enough to make sure you don't RUN OUT? Did you not PLAN for busy days like you seem to be having today? First time coming to Culver's. That's always risky but I had heard some good things about this place. My order was placed and within 10 minutes it was in front of me. Double meat, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard. I want to taste the beef, which was actually very good. The crinkle fríes were also very good. I like the idea that they make your burger to order as opposed to assembling it from already cooked meat! I really like the seating layout. Spacious but not expansive. I read most of the reviews. A lot was related to service errors. Understandable. For me the service was very good. Additionally the price for my double meat burger, fries, and medium tea was under $10. I like that.
