I don't know if there's new ownership or what because our experience was completely different than the other reviews. A bunch of sweet young people who were super attentive. Food came out in record time, and there were young staff just constantly roaming to empty the trash as soon as it was full and sweep. At almost all other locations they have forgotten the extra red pepper topping my boyfriend usually orders on his spicy southwest chicken salad- but here they came to specially deliver three little bags. My nuggets seemed like they had just been fried, and waffle fries were great as usual. It was sweet and friendly that all the staff answer "my pleasure" when you thank them. read more

They were having an off night... ordered on the app, joined the drive thru line, and waited. Easy order, a chicken sandwich, kids meal, and 2 chick fil a sauces. I got the kids meal, but after the girl walked away realized the sandwich was missing. Flagged her down, showed her the receipt and that the sandwich was missing. She left for about 5 mins, then came back and insisted she gave me the food when she didn't. After about 15 min and another visit to my car from the server so got the sandwich. Super frustrating since now the fries were cold, there was no chick fil a sauce in the bags, and no napkins. I do a lot of catering for work and usually service is really good, but this interaction was not the case. *** update Alex, the owner is a nasty rude human that should never in any way be involved in business in any way shape or form. I hope you get sued. Avoid this location at all costs. We placed an order over the mobile app. They were busy, but not very busy. The line at the drive thru was very short. However we were handed our milkshake and asked to park in the parking lot to wait. We eventually got our food and drove home (with our already melted milkshake). 20 min there and 20 min home plus a wait time, and part of my order was missing. I called the location and basically got the "well come back and get it" or we can give you a free one next time you're in the area. I just want a refund, the manager on duty hung up on me. So I filed a complaint with chik fil a. Juan the manager called me back the next day and say he loaded a free yogurt parfait on my mobile app. I said no thanks, I want a refund. Apparently tho, they don't have to refund you for anything you buy at this location, as it's at the discretion of the owner of that chik fil an and not corporate. (Corporate very unhelpful as well so don't even bother with them) So basically they can take your money, not give you anything you ordered and refuse you a refund, but offer you a replacement. I can't drive, I'm disabled and I don't want a replacement. I don't want another 40 min drive for another chance at getting a what I ordered. Also it was my birthday. If I paid money and didn't receive the service, money should be refunded, that shouldn't even be a discussion. Honestly if chik fil an allows its owners not to refund, and have their own policies on issues like this, with absolutely no help from corporate Chil Fil A then this place should be avoided. This interaction has completely changed my views of this company. I would not give another dollar to this location, and would warn others against it as well. Not until a few years ago had I known about chick-fil-A. The first time I had a sandwich from here was on a date and for that reason I'm a lil biased, that and also I love a southern style chicken. My usual picks are spicy chicken sandwich, breaded and pressure-cooked in peanut oil. And not to forget the assortment of dipping sauces.. my fav the sweet & spicy sriracha... let me know your fav...?? You can't go wrong with an order of a good southern butter biscuit on its own or as a sandwich. My kid would argue that the waffle fries are better than the chicken.. their lemonade is juice squeezed daily in the restaurant from Sunkist lemons and filtered water.. you can buy it by the gallon. Just be careful to watch that waistline though. I would say when it comes to fast food, they've set a pretty high bar.. and consistent. Drive through is convenient easy quick option, the packaging allows the food to always stay warm even after picking it up and bringing it home. read more

Feeling Grateful Today Well, today didn't go quite as planned--I stopped by Crumbl and couldn't get anything because I didn't order ahead. But God had other plans, because I ended up walking into Chick-fil-A right next door... and let me tell you, it was the loveliest experience I've had in a long time. There was a sweet woman working there (I wish I'd gotten her name!) who went out of her way to help me throw away my trash, held the door open for me, and just radiated kindness. She didn't have to do any of that, but she did--and it truly made my day. In a world that can feel so rushed and disconnected, this little moment reminded me that there are still good people out there. Be careful of hair in food and attempting to correct it when brought up to staff. Hair in chicken nugget box from someone that wasn't mine and embedded within my food. Terrible service and terrible follow up from restaurant management when attempting to resolve this issue. My advice, look very closely at the continents of your meal box before consuming... you might be terribly surprised! read more

The food here is consistent with the other locations I've visited. The prices are sometimes a little higher than it seems like I would set them, but the quality is fine. The staff I've dealt with have always been very pleasant and friendly. They are moving fast, but immediately slow down to a relaxed pace to answer questions and help with needs. The eat-in area seems clean and organized. I haven't knowingly met the owner, so I can't add any input regarding that matter specifically. read more

Soggy under cooked fries with no salt or ketchup (we asked for ketchup when picking up at drive thru and was told it was in the bag but it wasn't ). I ordered a plain classic chicken sandwich and it had pickles on it. She had the chicken club sandwich and there were no issues with it but nothing great. My fried chicken sandwich (with pickles) was decent otherwise. Moist and fresh but the batter had little flavor. I'll take KYC...ANY day over this! I can't believe what we just had is what everyone waits in line and brags about. Fries are my favorite part of fast food and these down right stunk! McDonalds has nothing to worry about. Poor customer service. Paid for my order with atm card. When at the service window/door i was told payment was not in the system. I showed them my bank app which reflected the payment coming out of my bank account. They asked me to pay again and to call chick-fil-a later for a refund if the transaction was a duplicate. Me and my friend went through the drive through to get only a bottle of milk and some forks. We were met with the kindest most personable employee I have ever seen at a chick fil a. Andy (I hope I spelled that right) was A-MAZING!! We also then were left to find our car had died in the chick fil a parking lot. After closing when employees were walking we flagged Andy down remembering how friendly they were. After only saying that our battery had died and needed a jump they ran to their car to drive over and assist us. It was 30° and Andy not only stayed outside in the cold with us but also offered gloves and anything else we needed. First time going to the new location since it's open. It was extremely busy inside and outside. Lines were wrapped around the parking lot. This is by far the worst run CFA I have ever been to. This is my second visit and last. The first visit I had a large order that took 40 minutes meanwhile they kept the drive thru running and I just had to wait. This visit will be at least 20 minutes for a breakfast combo and no one in line, just about 8 people waiting for their orders in the lobby while the drive through keeps moving along. Clearly corporate and the franchisee are only concerned with the drive thru time metrics. read more

After seeing a movie I really wanted a frozen lemonade. The drive thru was closed so I tried to run in it was just a few minutes to close. The door was open. The manager asked if I was for door dash and I told him I just wanted to grab a drink. He allowed me In made the drink and was extremely friendly. Chick-fil-A is part of my heart and soul. This was one of the best Jobs I ever had working on the marketing team and at the Chick-fil-A store in Peachtree City Georgia. I was honored and took pride in my job offering up expert customer service. I left Georgia in 2013 to relocate to Ct. I can't compare the hospitality that Georgia has to offer to Ct. But that really shouldn't make a difference since all Chick-fil-A stores should provide excellent customer experience. I have visited the Buckland Hills Ct store on several occasions. I used mobile ordering as well as dine in services. Most of my orders were incorrect or missing items. So I decided to order in store from now on. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the competency of the person taking my order. They just can't get my egg white meal with no chicken meal correct. Unfortunately, I will no longer be dining in or taking out at this location. This is not the Chick-fil-A I have been accustomed to. It was not a pleasurable experience. I recommend better training and listening skills so they get orders correct the first time. read more
