Everyone at this location was smiling, and ready to help. It was really impressive. It was also very clean and a nice place to sit and eat.

You can tell they don't cut corners. I literally saw them in the back battering the chicken by hand, which says a lot about the quality and care they put into their food. The sauces? All made in-house, and you can taste the difference. Every bite had flavor on flavor; no shortcuts here. They may have multiple locations, but this spot? Yeah... they put their foot in the food I'll definitely came back.

Apparently the most popular item are their tenders and I will agree! It's delicious! The 10-pc tenders are decently sized for $16.99. As soon as I walk-in, I am greeted with a beautiful smile and a friendly host! I also got the waffle fries and Mac and cheese with this order okay a Strawberry milkshake that looks very appetizing! The chicken is peppery and crunchy. The waffle fries are also well seasoned. I can't wait to try the Mac and cheese when I get home! They have an assortment of sauces with varying heat. Will you play it safe or you will you take the risk and sweat it! The business is clean and well kept. The colors are vibrant and very inviting. They have a good view of Main Street too!

I just had one of the best fast food experiences of my life at Chick-fil-A, and I genuinely feel…read morelike it deserves a full, detailed review -- especially because of one incredible employee: Tyrone. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was already welcoming. Chick-fil-A is known for being clean, organized, and efficient, but this visit went above and beyond. The dining area was spotless, the line moved quickly even though it was busy, and everything felt calm and smooth instead of chaotic. You could tell the team was working together like a well-oiled machine. Now let me talk about Tyrone. Tyrone is hands down one of the best employees I have ever interacted with at any restaurant. The first thing I noticed was his energy. It wasn't forced or robotic -- it was genuine. He greeted me with a real smile, made eye contact, and made me feel like he was actually happy I was there. That kind of customer service is rare. He was patient while I decided what to order, answered my questions without rushing me, and even made a helpful suggestion that ended up being perfect. You can tell he knows the menu well and takes pride in doing his job right. He wasn't just "taking an order" -- he was making sure my experience was great from the start. What really stood out was how consistent he was. I watched him interact with other customers while I waited, and he treated everyone the same way -- respectful, upbeat, and attentive. Whether it was a family with kids, an older couple, or someone just grabbing a quick meal, he gave every person his full attention. That kind of professionalism says a lot. When my food came out, it was exactly how I ordered it -- hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the fries were golden and seasoned just right, and everything was neatly packaged. Even the presentation felt thoughtful. Tyrone didn't stop at just handing off the food either. He checked in to make sure everything was correct and asked if I needed anything else. That extra step made a big difference. It showed that he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, not just completing tasks. Chick-fil-A already has a strong reputation for customer service, but employees like Tyrone are the reason that reputation exists. He represents everything great about the brand: kindness, efficiency, attention to detail, and positivity. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and that pride shows in every interaction. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Tyrone stood out in the best possible way. He turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. If every restaurant had someone like him on their team, the world would honestly feel a little friendlier. To management: recognize this employee. He is a huge asset to your store. Employees like Tyrone are the reason customers come back again and again. Five stars isn't enough. Outstanding service, amazing food, and one truly exceptional worker. I'll absolutely be coming back -- and I hope Tyrone is there when I do.

By experience from a different line of work, most people can't distinguish the two and call it in Hartford though some may bed to differ. I have visited this establishment on a number of times during bingo night. It's a fun engagement to the crowd while also grabbing dinner. It's most convenient that the foyer leads to both the ordering counter and dining area. It is even more convenient that QR codes are placed at each table and you can order from the app while being comfortable in your seat. It's most helpful if someone is trying to limit contact. The staff will bring your food right to you too. The food is always amazing!! Can't go wrong with any kind of chicken sandwich. My children do not care for the bread and usually opts for tenders. The Chick-fil-A sauce is also one of the things we love taking home after a visit. The overall expense is high though I think paired with an event, it makes it all worth it. There is also a "playground 4 little chkn eatrz" that my children love and tucked in a corner in the back is a comfy red couch for selfies. I can't forget to mention that the staff are friendly. They come around and refill, refillable drinks too! That is so hospitable! The whole place is really clean.

For $15.99, you get the sandwich plus fries (the sandwich alone is $11.99), making it a pretty solid deal. This place is tucked away in the Parkville Market & is a little spot. The portion with fries was definitely generous and super filling. The chicken itself was juicy, clean tasting, and flavorful without being greasy. I got the hot level but thought it would have more of a kick, so next time I'd probably go spicier. On the downside the breading on the chicken was peeling off, and the sauce made the bun a bit soggy, could have been crispier. It really wasn't bad, but CT has too much competition when it comes to fried chicken sandwiches, and it's hard not to compare it to them, why I only gave 3 stars..

The shrimp are HUGE & slathered in garlic butter! There's nothing wrong with the rice, but I'd rather fill-up on the crack (Mac) and sweets, both of which are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The service borders on brown sugar sweet, the food comes up fast so you're not kept waiting. All in all, they've earned (& continue to earn) my highest marks. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!! One foot note: Because all their food is made fresh daily, when if something runs out, it's out for that day.
