We had our college kids home for the summer. It was late and we decided we wanted to order pizza. Called the usual place in town that I order from. They were closed as were most other local pizza delivery restaurants. Saw online that Husky's was opened. Ordered the French Fry Pizza, Taco Pizza and Works Pizza. Price was very reasonable. Delivery was quick. Pizzas were piping hot. They were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and hot. Delivery man was polite and professional. I have had times where I ordered pizza from a different local place and the pizza arrives almost dried, only warm and the chips on the taco pizza are soggy. Not here. Everyone was commenting how delicious, hot and fresh the pizzas were. I have driven by the place tons of times and never paid it much attention. I only ordered from there because we all wanted pizza and other places I was familiar with were closed. From now on, this is where I'm ordering from. I see they serve tons of other items besides pizza and I'm looking forward to trying other items. We had an outstanding experience with the 3 pizzas we ordered. I've had a lot of pizza spots around Connecticut, but Husky Pizza seriously stands out. The crust is always perfect--crispy on the outside but still soft inside--and you can tell everything is made fresh. The sauce actually has flavor (not that bland, watered-down stuff), and they don't cheap out on toppings either. Service is just as good as the food--super friendly people who get your order right and don't make you wait forever. I love their salads. It's a grinder in a box. A lot of meat and the dressings are all home made. Staff is friendly and courteous. I have had the pizza before and it is a New England style pie. Today January 26th I reordered a pizza at the extra large special after receiving a phone call from the owners of husky Pizza in reference to my previous review the service today on the snowy day was excellent the pizza we'll look at it for yourself in the picture included much better much better service overall I'd give it a five star and the fact that the owner made good on his promise to replace the pizza and apologize for previous service so I'd say give him a shot give him a try read more

Don't usually go for pizza but every time I have a craving I stop by Husky's. They never disappoint, always had good pizza. It's even good cold. I like that the pizza isn't ridiculously greasy too like a lot of places around Manchester. The chicken is really good, I usually get the bbq chicken but this time I chose the avocado chicken... again, they don't disappoint. Staff is really friendly and they get the pizzas out pretty quick. I ordered a Xl meat special Pizza and a 20Pc wings with mild sauce tonight. The food was great. The pizza was delicious. You could taste each of the toppings. The crust was PERFECT. The wings were also very good. Each piece was coated to perfection. The service was really good. The host was very polite and very good at taking my order. You should eat in instead of taking out. Check out the cool interior. Your whole family will enjoy it. I was stuffed so i couldn't really eat any dessert, but plan on going back for the desserts soon. I heard from a friend of mine that the Tiramisu is the best. I have been coming to this restaurant as far back when it was Center Pizza. This is my local pizza place. Great work Center Pizza! I admit - was hesitant to try this place. It always looked dark/suspicious to me when driving by. However, at the recommendation of 2 of our kids- we tried the pizza ( picked it up). And - it was good. Will definitely go back. I had large cheese ( they have special Monday/Wednesday nights - $11.99. ) Crust good. On the thinner/crispier side, which I like. Ordered takeout on a weekday afternoon ~1:30PM after a friend who raved about Husky pizza recommended this pizza place. We ordered a large buffalo chicken pie and I was confused when I opened to box to find the pizza topped with mostly sliced tomatoes and onions with a light sprinkle of (buffalo?) chicken? I thought maybe the sauce would have buffalo sauce mixed in since the small bit of chicken I saw on the pizza certainly did not look like it was covered in any type of sauce. Really not sure why it's called a buffalo chicken pizza when there was maybe a *hint* of buffalo sauce flavor to the pie compared to what I'm used to for other buffalo chicken pizzas. Ordered delivery to work- took absurdly long to get there. Food boxes had holes in them? Not sanitary at all. The chicken was not cooked all the way through and I ended up getting g VERY sick. The staff was extremely rude- didn't not care about my situation and would not listen to me. Would not order from here again. read more

So I thought that I'd sneak in and out of this place all ninja like after being spotted for my review of another pizza join in town but that didn't happen! I ordered take out on Friday night because frankly, if was Friday and who feels like cooking after working all week? Although their website says they do online ordering I couldn't figure out how to get the site to work. Not even a big deal, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and took my order quickly. We chose the spaghetti and meatballs and half of a chicken parm grinder allowed a sampling of two different menu items. The food was piping hot when we got it home and it was surprising how much there was! An incredible value the spaghetti and meatballs was enough to feed three people, the pasta had been tossed in the sauce instead of just piled on top and although I wasn't a huge fan of the meatballs being sliced it made it easier to share. The "half" grinder was actually the size of what would be considered as a whole grinder anywhere else. The chicken filet was cooked well although I thought overall it would've used a little seasoning but the sauce was good and the cheese was melty. The experience was great and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was open and airy and we'll definitely be back. read more
