While traveling from Foley Alabama to Iowa my wife and I stopped in the Chick-fil-A in Meridian MS, store #02086 located at 109 South Frontage Road. It was 12:05pm a very busy lunch time. The service was great, quick and easy to order. They had several servers at the counter and several more outside for drive through. The staff was very friendly and efficient, even the crowd of customers were very polite and friendly. The store was clean, the restrooms were also well maintained. The food was fresh and hot. I highly recommend the Jalapeño ranch sandwich. read more

There is nothing wrong with the food only the line! The inside is still shut down but the drive through line looks like the line to get in to park at a Taylor Swift concert! I mean multiple lines out of the lot into the next lot out of that lot and down the road! No food is worth that line! Chick fillet could open another place right next door and still do tons more. Like us I saw many people decide to go elsewhere because they didn't want to sit in that line. Just flat out crazy! We ordered on the app and had our food in about 10 min which was incredible considering the number of people being served. I love Chick-fil-A, but this one is not up to standards. For context, I went in at 9:30pm and left only 15 minutes later. Near closing time, but not close enough to be a huge problem. First off the employees obviously hate their job, and for some reason there were what seemed to be 10 of them all working this late at night, which was a bit odd. The fountain drink they gave me was basically colored water, and they forgot to give me sauce entirely. The chicken was horrible and tasteless, and the bread was as stale as a rock. It literally felt like biting into two day old bread that you accidentally left out. Horrible experience, I do not recommend. TL;DR Rock-hard stale bread, watered down soda, and employees that obviously hate their job. At least the restaurant was clean. read more

We needed a good place to stop with our twin one year olds on our way to New Orleans. It needed to be relatively fast, have good food, and have an outlet for the kiddos to get some energy out. Enter Chick-fil-a Meridian. With so few fast food places that have place places anymore, we knew a Chick-fil-a would. Well apparently half of Meridian, many travelers, and two youth groups also thought a stop here would be a winner. This place was PACKED. But in true Chick-fil-a logistical fashion, they handled these crowds well. And fortunately for us, we beat the worst of it. It did take us a while to find a table. But once we did, the food is what we have come to expect from the very consistent Chick-fil-a food. Being this close to an interstate, this is probably consistently a busy location. One of these days, these type of high traffic locations will be built bigger. read more

Stopped here on my way to Jackson. Meridian has a crazy exit system, so don't let that scare you away. You actually drive past the CFA and then turn right, loop around, and come back. But once you get there, the place is great! We were a group of 6, and they had all registers opened so we could order and get our food quickly. While we were eating, one the associates came around and asked if he could refill our drinks - talk about service at a fast food restaurant! The one complaint: The ladies' restroom was kinda small.. and the music was loud, but that's not enough to take a star away. read more

Visited on July 3. The team Member who took my order (Nala on the receipt) was rude and rushed my order. They forgot my 8 count nuggets, (which they gave me when I brought my order back) but charged me extra for cheese on my sandwiches, and didn't put cheese on either of them. This is the busiest, quickest, and most efficient CFA we have ever been to. We walked in to a Disneyland sized line, but it moved speedy quick, and before I could even search for a table, the girl had our food hot and ready to go. A sweet lady was walking around refilling drinks and sauces. And a few others stopped to see if everything was okay. We love their customer service and southern hospitality. We had to give 4 stars due to the unmaintained dirty restroom. We know it's busy in there, but a clean restroom is key on a long road trip, and with how many staff they have in there, they should really have someone assigned to check and clean them frequently. read more

Fast service Stopped here on the way to New Orleans. The drive thru line was all the way around the building but they had 4 people outside taking orders at their window. We opted to eat in. We got our food right away. I watched out the window as the line kept moving. It amazes me how they are able to do that. I think all fate foods need a chick Fil a training. This was the most impressive fast food restaurants in which I have been. The place was packed...I mean literally, 30 cars in the drive through lanes and hardly a seat in the place. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The food was good, fresh and hot. Service was on point! Highly recommend! read more
