I didn't notice until I received my food. No big deal. I politely asked if there was any way they could exchange them. Instead of acknowledging me directly, the cashier turned to another employee and said, "Didn't she say boneless?" The other employee agreed, and they proceeded to walk away while I was still standing there trying to speak to them. I asked again if I could switch the order. The cashier said she needed to call a manager. She went to the back, came back out, and simply told me, "We can't do nothing for you." Another customer actually noticed how rude the interaction was and told my friend to come stand with me because of how I was being treated. That honestly says a lot. I understand that the receipt said boneless, and I understand that the original mistake was innocent. My issue was never the fact that they couldn't exchange the food....it was the way I was treated when I politely asked. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you treat customers afterward. The food itself was good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to and treated at this location.
