I ordered a hash brown scramble and it V did not have any hash browns in it. I had to leave my job and drive back to Chick-fil-A so they could correct my order. Instead of doing the right thing which was remake it and give me a fresh one, they wanted to give me an order of hash browns. I had to ask for a fresh one; however, it doesn't look it taste fresh. It showers that they threw something together. To make matters worse, as I was walking out the door, I heard an empire that was in the kitchen the majority of the time in was there day wow! I had the worst experience at Chick-Fil-A last week. I ordered my food and paid for it in the drive through queue, it was $34+. When I got to the window they asked my name and what I ordered and I told them. They informed me that they had lost my order. They looked around could not find it then asked again what I had ordered. I repeated my order and showed them my bank balance where they money was pended already. They made me go and park, then eventually brought out some food. It was not what I had ordered, they brought out 2 small meals and I had ordered 2 large. When I questioned my order, she let me know that my original order was 30 cents under what I told her my order was at the window!!! I then told her to refund my money, she said she could not do that as they had lost my order. She was very rude and disrespectful, which is so unlike that place. The chicken is always bad, you have to take a bite and look in your chicken to make sure it's not black. If you get a 12 count you need to count on atleast 2-3 of them being inedible. Whenever we showed the staff they look at us like "what am I supposed to do about it??". This place has always gone above and beyond to make sure their guest have a great experience. They have opened up an extra drive thru lane with the demand of since folks can't dine in right now due to COVID. The staff are adhearing to safety and distancing precautions. They have contactless payment so no one comes in contact with each other. Large orders may get pulled aside but if you are in line and have ordered something small, your order will be brought out ahead! How great is that! They bring orders out as they become available for delivery. These guys are too notch and are all about the customer service! read more

The food is fine, but the way this location is managed is odd. Sometimes curbside mobile order is available, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes people are asking for your order in the drive-thru before you can see the menu. Sometimes they aren't. Sometimes the lines are managed well, most of the time they are out in the road because the line moves slowly. Overall I go here because it's the closest to my house. And waited & waited. We saw multiple people who pulled in after us get their orders & asked to have ours checked. No one helped. We then called the store & asked for the manager. Someone came out & asked to see our order on the app b/c they could not find it. Then we had to wait for our food to be made (another 6 minutes). This was not a large order - two #1 meals & we had driven from Indianapolis & were hungry and still had a 4 hour drive left. Once it was brought out, I asked for a refund. I thought I was speaking to the manager but maybe was an Asst. Manager. The order was only $18.21 & the employee told me to wait as she would have to go back in the restaurant & ask her manager. Shocking that at that level of management, the employee was not empowered to give me a refund if such a small amount. I placed my order using the app 10 minutes before I arrived and told him I was there when I placed the order, I still had to wait because I use the automatic app which is supposed to tell them when I'm arriving, but I had to wait in the restaurant 10 minutes because the app isn't working, good thing they told me that before I waited. The problem is this location is the only Chick Fil A in Murfreesboro . I mean they could build another one right next door and still be crazy busy .
