Oh yes, how we all love our Chick-Fil-A...unless it's Sunday. (But hey, that's cool.) Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?), I do not dine here as much as I would prefer. This location is ALWAYS busy. So busy, in fact, there are vehicles lined up along both sides of the street most of the time! Seriously, I think I've only ever seen this location not that busy twice. It's ridiculous. The staff does a great job at trying to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. They send out employees to the curbside, tablets in hand, to process your order. They are even able to swipe your card on the spot if that's how you're planning to pay. If you're in the process of ordering with one of them and the line advances ahead, never fear -- they will walk alongside your vehicle and keep a-order takin'. Despite all this controlled chaos, my order is correct, perfect even, 99.9% of the time. Plus, when I pull up to the window, they hand me my bag with my almost-all-of-the-time perfect order, and off I go! That's it! Today was an exception however. When I pulled up to the window to retrieve my food, there seemed to be a lot of confusion amongst the staff. I've never seen that level of dysfunction here before. From there, my order wasn't wrong, but the fry quantities were reaaaaalllllly lacking. I didn't realize it until it was way too late to correct. Y'all know this place ain't cheap, so "mama wasn't very happy about not getting her money's worth". (I'll let it slide this time.) Ya know what's crazy about this? There IS another location on the East side of town. Although, I hear it's not nearly as busy as this location, and from the one or two times I've been, I'd agree. Unfortunately driving to the other side of town just for Chick-Fil-A is kinda crazy and takes forever due to traffic. It was once said to me that if another location were built on the West side of town (near this location), it would still be just as busy. I'm totally inclined to agree in that both locations would greatly succeed. I say this since, like me, others have said they'd dine here more often if it weren't for that darn line! I ordered a hash brown scramble and it V did not have any hash browns in it. I had to leave my job and drive back to Chick-fil-A so they could correct my order. Instead of doing the right thing which was remake it and give me a fresh one, they wanted to give me an order of hash browns. I had to ask for a fresh one; however, it doesn't look it taste fresh. It showers that they threw something together. To make matters worse, as I was walking out the door, I heard an empire that was in the kitchen the majority of the time in was there day wow! Look... we all know that Chick-Fil-a tastes great... but I have had so many mobile orders completely destroyed at this location is is getting comical. The last one my wife had to go in 2x after the order was delivered as there was only about half the order actually delivered. Lastly it was 20 minutes after we arrived that it was delivered. This hasn't been a once type of thing it is consistent on their mobile order. Never had problem through their drive through or in store. So I ordered breakfast through the app for pickup and selected to pick up in the drive thru. The app stated I had to be IN LINE before 10:30 or i wouldn't get my food, so I was in line before 10:30. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. The service was unusually slow, and the staff was totally overwhelmed. The Chicken Nuggets were burnt. I had the worst experience at Chick-Fil-A last week. I ordered my food and paid for it in the drive through queue, it was $34+. When I got to the window they asked my name and what I ordered and I told them. They informed me that they had lost my order. They looked around could not find it then asked again what I had ordered. I repeated my order and showed them my bank balance where they money was pended already. They made me go and park, then eventually brought out some food. It was not what I had ordered, they brought out 2 small meals and I had ordered 2 large. When I questioned my order, she let me know that my original order was 30 cents under what I told her my order was at the window!!! I then told her to refund my money, she said she could not do that as they had lost my order. She was very rude and disrespectful, which is so unlike that place. Eventually a guy came out and took all the food back and gave me a full refund, they had then found my order receipt. There was no apology made at all. The chicken is always bad, you have to take a bite and look in your chicken to make sure it's not black. If you get a 12 count you need to count on atleast 2-3 of them being inedible. Whenever we showed the staff they look at us like "what am I supposed to do about it??". This place has always gone above and beyond to make sure their guest have a great experience. They have opened up an extra drive thru lane with the demand of since folks can't dine in right now due to COVID. The staff are adhearing to safety and distancing precautions. They have contactless payment so no one comes in contact with each other. Large orders may get pulled aside but if you are in line and have ordered something small, your order will be brought out ahead! How great is that! They bring orders out as they become available for delivery. These guys are too notch and are all about the customer service! read more

The food is fine, but the way this location is managed is odd. Sometimes curbside mobile order is available, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes people are asking for your order in the drive-thru before you can see the menu. Sometimes they aren't. Sometimes the lines are managed well, most of the time they are out in the road because the line moves slowly. Overall I go here because it's the closest to my house. If you have their app, you can order your meal before you join the line. There's often several people standing next to the line who can take your order. I placed my order using the app 10 minutes before I arrived and told him I was there when I placed the order, I still had to wait because I use the automatic app which is supposed to tell them when I'm arriving, but I had to wait in the restaurant 10 minutes because the app isn't working, good thing they told me that before I waited. I eat at Chick-Fil-A a lot, like way more than I care to admit. With that, I have been a customer at numerous Chick-Fil-A restaurants across the southeast; and I have never been to one that was so dang slow. I have not once, not twice, not three times, but four times sat in this drive thru for over 20-30 minutes (for just an order of either an 8 count nugget meal or a #1 combo meal); and every single time the service seems to get slower. I have also tried multiple days of the week/times of the day, in hopes of avoiding the rush; however, it seems the length of the line, the time of the day, nor the day of the week makes the speed of service any better. Honestly, if you're going to. spend that much time waiting in line for your food; you would be better off going to the many sit down/non-fast food restaurants around the area. Also, while this location does tend to be pretty consistent with their quality of food (which is why I have gone back), they always mess up the dipping sauces. Overall, I give this Chick-Fil-A two stars; however, if it wasn't for the consistent quality of the food, it would have been a one star. read more
