Chick-fil-a has friendly employees that are helpful and kind. It is kind of quiet in there, they have quiet music playing. The food tastes good. They have waffle fries. The line for the drive-thru is usually long. They are closed on Sundays. They have grilled chicken, chicken nuggets, and more chicken items. They don't have burgers, but I still love this restaurant. Service was great. Everyone smiled, everyone was joyful. When in Drive Thru we ordered 2 nugget meals. Told the guy our drinks and he gave us our total. When receiving our food they didn't give us the fries. We looked at the receipt and the fries were never rung up. We didn't get straws for our drinks and i didn't get a fork for my grilled nuggets. I haven't eaten in 2 days and all i wanted was a meal and i had a terrible experience while receiving it. I have never been one to complain. I am a restaurant manager myself, i get it. But yall need to learn how to take care of your customers a little better. read more

I went to this location tonight to pick up an order. It was a little bit after 9. I go to this location sometimes during the day and eat as well. I'm not going back, For whatever reason The lobby was not open. I Honestly, don't know why you wanna make it hard for delivery drivers. It should be easy to go in there and pick up the order. I've done it plenty of times before. Nobody wants to wait in line for 20 minutes because you cannot open your lobby up. I'm not only a driver, but a customer. Not only that,, I also have issues with the customer service there when I go in there and eat. There's been plenty of times where I have not even been acknowledged when I said, thank you. I don't expect a my pleasure, but a you're welcome or no problem, or something. I haven't even started about how dry and rubbery the chicken taste lightly. I don't even want to talk about the food, because everyone already know that it's beyond good (they call it the 'Lord's Chicken' for a reason). What I want to discuss is the fact that I was interested in the job, applied for it online (this location---Towne Centre), got the date and time of the interview after doing my one-way interview (you have two to do), and showed up today. But surprise, surprise: hiring manager isn't available to do it but sent two (very respectful and courteous) people to talk to me instead. By the way, I appreciate the free lemonade; that was kind, too. I understand people are busy and all. I get that, but I should at least get a notification of whether or not it is cancelled or not before I show up. In fact, it doesn't even seem that the manager wouldn't even have done that because it didn't look like he/she knew about it. I am looking for a job that shares my values because I don't like where I'm at job-wise (they never told me what I was in for because they were just desperate for a worker). Chick-FIl-A advertises itself as sharing the values of honesty, integrity, respect, and care (as Chick-Fil-A itself stresses on their site). This caught my attention. Despite this, what I got today was what exactly like my first job: False promises. Yet again, I know people get very busy unexpectedly, but they shouldn't have interviews open at a place where it's going to be EXPECTEDLY busy and at a time when it is also EXPECTEDLY busy (10:30-11:00 am on 26 Feb. 2026, which is close to lunch time). Why am I paying for a large fry that is only half full? Potatoes aren't that expensive or hard to cut into a waffle. I have never been a fan of chick-fil-a due to their homophobic background. Most of the time I normally go out of my way to avoid spending my money at this company, however, against my regular morals, I stopped by a couple of times these past few weeks for some waffle fries. This one lovely person, Salem, took my order in the drive-thru almost all of those times. Never have I ever felt so comfortable ordering food at a chick-fil-a as a queer person at a Chick-fil-a until now. Salem does not look like your average chick-fil-a employee, but they still do an extraordinarily amazing job at what they do. They are very authentic, has super great customer service skills, always has my order correct, and always goes the extra mile to ensure I have enough extra chick-fil-a sauce. This chick fil a restaurant is disgusting. I used to work there. was literally walking on and tracking raw chicken, raw chicken juices everywhere. the raw chicken area had thawing cabinets that leaked raw juices and smelled like absolute death. just keep in mind that every kitchen employee tracked the raw stuff into the dining room where guest, including small children walked. the store in general was filthy and i would never bring my family there. the only thing they truly care about is their image in the community and running with a short staff. all the smiling and my pleasure stuff is a complete put on. do not eat here. read more

What a NIGHTMARE!! This location is going on my list of "never agains." First, the line was out the entrance/exit and down the road in BOTH directions. But, long lines aren't uncommon at Chick-fil-A and they typically move fairly quick. NOPE! Not this location. After I got into line, I checked in on Yelp and decided to pass the time by reading reviews. I quickly realized that I needed to put the car in park and settle in. There is only one drive thru lane and they don't station employees outside to process orders like most other Chick-fil-a's seem to do. We had nearly a half hour wait. I swear there is something in their chicken sandwiches that make them addicting! And those waffle fries and the Chick-fil-A sauce are to die for too. So darn yummy! Line wasn't long today, but during rush hour - which can be from 4 to 6 p.m. at this location - the place is usually packed. This is always a bad experience every time we go here. They always forget something in our order. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The parking lot is chaos. They never have lemon (they always allow You to order it on app for your tea, but are always out once you actually get your order) why not just buy more?????? Also all the other restaurants have opened up the dining rooms since vaccines started, but they remain drive thru only. It is obvious they are trying to use Covid to justify saving money on not having to operate the dining room with more staff, cleaning, etc. I am just always disappointed in this location. I placed an order on Door Dash and called their store. I spoke with Nick who said he was the manager. I asked him if he could please make my chicken extra crispy and put in a chargrill box. I love Chikfila but this place makes me hate it. No matter what time of day, the line is always in the road and they're SO SLOWWWWW. The recent times I've been, I've waited in like for 25 minutes only to be told to park in a waiting spot and my food will be brought to me. 30 minutes later I received my food and they brought me the incorrect drink and no sauces. My go to place for fast food. Service is fast and friendly. Food has been consistent. Always a long line during lunch peak time unless you beat the crowds. The only part that sucks is traffic jam on that road but you can avoid going that route. My favorite time to visit is during breakfast getting the mini chicken sandwiches. I'm a chick fila fanatic. I have been to tons of them, all over America. I love the food, service, and what they stand for. However, this has to be one of the worst chick filas I've ever been to and it has nothing to do with the awesome food. The problem with this location is they take on 3 times as many customers as they can serve. The lines are incredibly long, and there is nowhere to sit. It is a very unruly location, that needs help. They will run out of food, and you could be in for a long wait after you order. And don't even attempt the drive thru. I hope chick fila opens another location in south Murfreesboro. This is the worst Chick-fil-a i have ever been to. The customer service was awful. My friend's order took 30 minutes to be made and it was literally a chicken nugget meal. When we asked the workers about it they very rudely dismissed us and we had to talk to about 5 different workers for them to do something about it. Oh yes, how we all love our Chick-Fil-A...unless it's Sunday. (But hey, that's cool.) Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?), I do not dine here as much as I would prefer. This location is ALWAYS busy. So busy, in fact, there are vehicles lined up along both sides of the street most of the time! Seriously, I think I've only ever seen this location not that busy twice. It's ridiculous. The staff does a great job at trying to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. They send out employees to the curbside, tablets in hand, to process your order. They are even able to swipe your card on the spot if that's how you're planning to pay. If you're in the process of ordering with one of them and the line advances ahead, never fear -- they will walk alongside your vehicle and keep a-order takin'. Despite all this controlled chaos, my order is correct, perfect even, 99.9% of the time. Plus, when I pull up to the window, they hand me my bag with my almost-all-of-the-time perfect order, and off I go! That's it! Today was an exception however. When I pulled up to the window to retrieve my food, there seemed to be a lot of confusion amongst the staff. I've never seen that level of dysfunction here before. From there, my order wasn't wrong, but the fry quantities were reaaaaalllllly lacking. I didn't realize it until it was way too late to correct. Y'all know this place ain't cheap, so "mama wasn't very happy about not getting her money's worth". (I'll let it slide this time.) Ya know what's crazy about this? There IS another location on the East side of town. Although, I hear it's not nearly as busy as this location, and from the one or two times I've been, I'd agree. Unfortunately driving to the other side of town just for Chick-Fil-A is kinda crazy and takes forever due to traffic. It was once said to me that if another location were built on the West side of town (near this location), it would still be just as busy. I'm totally inclined to agree in that both locations would greatly succeed. I say this since, like me, others have said they'd dine here more often if it weren't for that darn line!
