Big shout out to the folks working at Raising Cane's today. I placed an order at the drive-through window. I got the three finger combo with french fries and Coke Zero. Service was prompt and friendly. My order was accurate. The tenders and french fries were nice and hot. I really like enjoying the cane's sauce with the tenders. If the fries had been just a teeny bit more crispy and would've been even better. I like the fact that they have a double drive-through. This probably helps with those busy lunch breaks. This restaurant is a little newer, and the inside is always clean. For future reference, I'll need to remember to ask for ketchup, thankfully I had some in my truck. Also, I think I'll get a side of their slaw and extra cane's sauce. Overall very good!! read more

Stopped here at 11:00 PM on a trip out of town for wrestling and soccer to place a drive through order. I was hesitant at first because on a previous trip to a different Canes location, the food I ordered to go was soggy and not that great. Service was friendly and food was hot and fresh! First and last visit... Meh would describe it best. Tenders - oh wait - "fingers" were hot and relatively juicy. I've read some say food was made to order - I got mine in under a minute - soooo.... There was not a lot of flavor in the crust. As far as their signature cane sauce - it was not a huge improvement to the flavor. My intention was to get tenders (what exactly is a chicken finger anyway) and fries, but when I saw that had institutional flash frozen curly fries - the bane of the fast-food fry industry - I chose al a carte tenders instead. Visited Feb 17, 2024. Cane's a national fast food franchise. Came for a quick bite in our party of 3. Plenty of first come first serve seating. Ordering and Food Readiness was fast since the menu is small. Interior decor gives off sporty diner vibe, the music play list here is fantastic. I places a pick up order. I got there a few minutes early, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted to place my order. I told the young man I was waiting for a to go order. As I stood (which I was early for my order) I had a lady check on me as well. She asked for my name and made sure my order was getting made and then I had two women bring my food and drink out. #74/2023 This raising Cane's is like most raising canes they're all set up the same they utilize the same cookie cutter design. So for the most part if you've been the one you've seen most of them they have the disco lights they have the dining area set up the same and pretty much everything else so no need for a super long review here. One thing I will say about this one it is a slamming packed place since it opened about 8 months ago it sits in the main strip of almost all of the big chain restaurants along the main drag south of Nashville. I came in it was loaded with people looks like half of a school team was in there but what surprised me for starters was even though it was jam-packed the line moved quick. They kept everything flowing and hustling like an assembly line getting orders out really quick yelling out orders and everything else that were done. Now because it was so crowded they didn't have enough time to come around and wipe up the tables after everybody left I wanted to dine in so I did but I just asked him for one of their little wet nap wipe things that they used to clean off the table they gave me one I said that's fine I'll wipe the table down myself don't worry about it. I ordered THE BOX AS IT'S CALLED Four chicken fingers fries a pizza Texas toast and a drink and coleslaw. At least with kids you could substitute for no charge I opted not to have the coleslaw and have some more fries with no salt. I also got an extra cane sauce on the side. Great service, and food was hot and fresh. I got the 3-piece with fries, sweet tea, and cane's sauce. It was all good! Our food was cooked to order so we waited about five minutes. I'll take this over old, cold food any day. (They only offer the signature sauce and honey mustard so I got signature Cane's sauce because I'd heard it was the reason the place is popular.) We've travelled to Kentucky for Canes before the Cookeville location opened, now we're only traveling about 25 minutes to this location in Smyrna. My wife, children and I all love Canes. Grabbed a quick drive thru meal. Excellent chicken and the Texas Toast was fantastic Fast easy service and they got the order just right.

Was there for the Grand Opening on 03/23/2023 @6:30pm. Unsure what the wait time for the drivethru was but I was not wanting to wait with my car running. So I've decided to park my car and in line outside, THANK GOD there was a Live DJ to entertain us and keep the mood happy and entertained they definitely got kudos for that. Waited almost an hour to before I've ordered and the food didn't take long to come out as well. We dined in and it was a great experience from start to finish. Corporate Crew was present and brought the experience better talking to everyone. Staffing was great for it to be a Grand Opening it was handled it very real. Environment and atmosphere is very vibrant, it gave me "in my backyard chilling and talking it up vibes." I was so impatient I didn't want to wait for my food to cool down and burnt my lip and tongue from the food being fresh out. First time trying Raising Cane and not impressed. First of all just trying to get through the front door was an issue. There was six people standing there placing their orders but the way the partition wall is placed, no one can get passed the people standing there. The wall has to go! The beverage area is a bit crowded and there is no room to cap your drinks there because the counter is too small. The music was playing so loud there, the poor cashier had the hardest time hearing me order. I suggest a soft type of music and lower volume. The service was good and fast, two people checked on us as we ate outside due to the loud music. The resturant was clean still since it is new, I can only hope they keep it up. The choices for food is extremity limited! I ended up ordering a three piece chicken strip with the fries and drink. The whopping total was 9.99! The basket had small portions. The fries are not the best. The sauce choices, being only one type is a bit isolated. People prefer choices.The chicken coating was good and so was the bread but the pricing was way too high. I cannot imagine having to feed a family of four! With all this being said, I have been to many chicken paces throughout U.S. and to be honest, I cannot say I will be craving Raising Cane's chicken anytime soon. read more

I'd heard an awful lot about Cane's, but it sadly didn't live up to the hype. Absolutely no seasoning or flavor on the chicken. Like it was made for kids. The tenders were limp not crisp. We ate in so it wasn't old. The flavor was somewhere between mediocre and ok. The fries were substandard. I've had better pretty much anywhere. The positives were the coleslaw wasn't bad, and the bread was good. The best thing was probably their sweet tea, which is unfortunate if you think about it. The service was fine. The restaurant was clean expect for the bathrooms. It was unnecessarily expensive too. $50+ for a family or 4 for chicken tenders? Naw. They get 3 stars because the kids liked the tenders. For me, I'll hit Popeyes, KFC, Zaxbys, BoJangles, Hooters, or pretty much anywhere else before I come back to Cane's. Wanted to like it. Just didn't. read more

After driving by the White Bridge Road location and seeing the huge line of cars waiting to order food, I was finally able to arrive early enough to have zero wait time. I need to add that the drive through line is designed to handle a very high volume similar that of their competitor, Chic-fil-A. The menu is very straight forward with the main ingredient being fried chicken tenders. I ordered the three piece meal which came with fries, a slice of Texas toast, and a large soft drink. With tax, the total was $10.91. The ladies who took my order and delivered my food were polite, courteous, and had engaging smiles. Without ketchup, the fries were decent, but not anything special. The breaded/battered chicken fingers were somewhat small, but extremely tender. They were freshly cooked and only mildly seasoned. The included dipping sauce seemed to be a salty spiced up version of the "special sauce" used in a Big Mac. All in all, I would give Raising Cane's a 3.5 star rating. In my opinion, the main attractions are convenience and quick service. But, if I had young children and needed a quick last minute meal, Raising Cane's would get a higher rating from me. read more

We finally found a parking spot, and when we came in, the line was very long, pretty much out the door. The line moved quickly, and we probably had to wait about 10 mins for our order to come out. I got the box combo (4 piece) and my husband got the caniac combo (6 piece). I definitely could've gotten just the 3 piece because it was a lot of food! The chicken tenders were fresh and very tasty. Fiancé loves raising canes and was so happy to show me how "good it is", he was upset when our food it was horrible. When we pulled up to the window there was a lady that was giving "I hate this damn job" energy. She screamed "MIKE?!?" For the order name and scared the living daylights out of me and my kids, she handed us our meal and we left. When I tell you this was the nastiest fast food I've ever had. Well here goes...This place been open about 1 week... of course the line was back up... I can understand that but once we got into the actual drive thru I was in the outside lane..I had about 7-8 cars before getting to the girl taking orders...well we sat enough that 15 cars went up to order before we got to order... the girl taking orders look like she was having trouble scanning the credit card, but also we noticed people couldn't figure out what to get when there's only 5 combos to get.. how hard is it place your order & move on up...so one person sit there trying to figure out what they want for atleast 5 minutes...anyway we ordered..wife got the 3 piece combo & I got the 6 piece meal...drove up to pickup food and we were the only car there at that spot, so there were in no rush to make sure they got it right..got our food & drove on home..we were there right about 45 minutes to do all this.. 15 minutes to get home to eat.. wife got here food & I started to eat mine while I was talking to daughter on phone.. had finished 1 piece of chicken & then said.. wait a minute..I counted the chicken had 3 pieces left.. so wife checked receipt and sure enough 6 piece meal 16.85... but i ended up with a 4 piece that was 11.59...so 5 dollars I paid for but didn't get the right amount of food..going say the chicken was good but the fries are small in size & some of them where cold..Might want to check Arby's on their fries.. that's the size you need.. the Texas toast was good but again kind of small...might want to check on Sonic size of Texas Toast..guess that's all I got to say except lowest meal is the 3 piece combo at 9.99..I think their chicken sandwich combo is 9.99.. the 4 pic combo was 11.59 & my suppose to be 6 pic combo was 16.85.. the do sell chicken finger by themselves 25 & 50...25 was like 46 something & 50 like 74 something...last time I look I didn't have a money tree in back yard, so you know the saying...money talks... I love this place, the food is excellent and you get a lot of it. The prices are decent compared to other places. The sauce is the best sauce I have had at a chicken place. I could literally go to this place every day I think. My only issue is the music is way too loud in there. I went last night and some metal song was blaring. Got a chance to try raising canes tonight. First off I had a three finger combo with lemonade. The lemonade actually is really really good a little sweet, but very well done. As for the food, the french fries, or cringle, which I really like, salted well, and had a good taste. The chicken is excellent. The chicken was moist tender pretty decent flavor although I think the one thing missing is just a little bit of spice would be nice. I think the two things that caught my eye going to raising canes for the first time. One, they only offer one side, which is coleslaw, I think that's a terrible side dish and many others offer a wide variety. This is really not a very good one. The other was, they make a good sauce, but if you want an additional sauce they're gonna charge you $.39. I thought that was pretty cheap, and really not a good thing in what you're trying to tell your customer. Overall a good experience. read more
