I honestly didn't expect to have a great experience today. My local Chick-fil-A has been such a mess that I stopped going altogether. I only decided to stop by this location because I happened to be passing by and I'm so glad I did. The service I received was so above and beyond that I had to leave a review. The girl taking my order was enthusiastic, happy, kind, and genuinely excited to help, something I haven't experienced in a LONG time. She greeted me by name, my order was accurate and fast, and they even gave my dog a pup cup. That tiny gesture completely made my day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reminding me that great customer service still exists and that not all Chick-fil-A locations are the same. read more

Had a great experience with this location recently! We visited at a prime dinner time and did a mobile ahead order to skip the line. We still had to wait for awhile unfortunately, but one of the managers came out to apologize and offered us free meal coupons for a future visit. I know things can get busy anywhere so I really appreciated this thoughtful service. And the food was all correct to our order and very tasty as usual! read more

No play place (it's fine), this location has a really cute area for kids: play mat, toys, tiny table and chairs. We live in Wheaton and my son is an avid CFA eater. He loves the nuggets. I was excited for this location, as it is much closer and more convenient however the service and the portion sizes are not nearly on par with other locations in the area. Even in the mobile order lane, my orders have taken significantly longer to receive than at the other locations. Multiple times I've received a breakfast bowl with less than 6 hash browns and minimal eggs with the majority of the bowl being shredded cheese. I hope this location can get it together but I'd rather drive to Wheaton or Fox Valley than order here again. read more

Placed a pickup order for breakfast around 10:15-10:20 am. Order was placed and received a notification order would be made upon arrival. Drove over 15 minutes to pickup the order, arriving after 10:30a and when I checked in, my order was canceled. I drove over 15 minutes to find out that my order was canceled. Not before or as I was driving. If I knew the cut off time for breakfast as 10:30 am, no matter what. I wouldn't have wasted my time. Now I know that Chick-fil-A doesn't value their customers due to not notifying them of this strict guideline. So my order was placed before breakfast officially ended and you couldn't have the items available for when I arrived. Interesting indeed. read more

The guys were so kind to us even when we messed it all up at the drive through. We asked at the window about our order and they were so sweet and patient when helping us. Great food. Staff is so kind!!! The new building is beautiful. Although they don't have a play place they have added a kids corner, which our family likes even better! Our kids can color, read, build, play a game, do a puzzle, and more. Much better than a rowdy crowded play place. read more

Okay, this is my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I'm with my mom (and her wheelchair), and 3 of my granddaughters. We ordered the grilled nuggets (which are tiny, but delicious) and I got the side salad. The salad was fresh and good, and I REALLY liked the charred tomatoes and red peppers, PLUS the avocado ranch dressing. However, what was totally unexpected was when one of the workers, a very pleasant woman named Janice, came by to ask how everything was and if we needed beverage refills. Placed a a mobile order. Ordered 10 ct chicken strips, kids nuggets, salad, wrap and shake. Didn't receive any of my dressings or condiments for the entire order . Also didn't receive a straw for the shake. I wasn't able to go back and pick it up. Daughter: I always get the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich with a chocolate milkshake. The sandwich is amazing, and the milkshake is the best of any fast food place. Great restaurant all around. I mean it's a new chick-fil-a so I will give them the benefit of the doubt but every-time I've come here it's taken forever. The mobile thru the first two times took longer than the drive thru, so the third time I tried the drive thru and it took 20 mins and cars were piling up. The guy taking my order didn't know what a regular chick-fil-a sandwich was(bread,chicken, pickles). Overall, I was so happy to have a location so close to my house but I actually think it would take less time to go to Fox Valley or Wheaton and get my food vs waiting for it in line there. read more

Usually when I go to chik-fila the service is great. When I was at this location. The cashier completely ignored me and walked over to a table where her friends were and started talking to them.
