Culver restaurants are my husband and my favorite fast casual restaurants. We always choose a Culvers no matter which location. This location was excellent as expected. I ordered a 2 piece cod fish dinner. I chose fries and brocolli as my 2 sides. Our order arrived quickly and all of the food was piping hot. I gave 4-stars instead of 5 because the small roll seemed stale. I wish they would upgrade their rolls. Try their diet root beer. It is delicious. read more

I've eaten at this location over the years, UT tends to be one of the better Culver's locations. Food always hot & fresh. Bathrooms always decently clean and well stocked. Parking might be a little tight during busy times, but overall a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. read more

A quick and reliable Culver's location. While the food is pretty similar to any other Culver's location out there, there's a few things about this spot that make it one of the preferred locations. The (dine-in) service overall is quick here where the order is taken efficiently and the delivery to the table is pretty quick overall, from time to time there is also staff that checks up to ask if you need anything or to help clean up. This is more friendly service than most fast casual places I've been to. The overall store is also well kept and fairly clean from the tables to the restroom. The parking and drive-through setup also makes it pretty easy to get in and out and avoid cross traffic. Overall, solid Culver's location for a meal or a frozen treat. read more

You're coming here for a butter burger. If you're not, then are you a Midwesterner? I appreciate that their meat is not frozen, and the burgers are juicy every time. I love their mushroom and swiss burger with fries. It's the total package. If I feel like having something healthy-ish, the cod filet is a good alternative. It's flaky, still juicy, and the tartar sauce go together so well on that roll. Lastly, you have to try their frozen custard. Get it in a cup, a cone, in a shake, sundae, and more. There's also different flavors of the day to keep it fresh. Culver's always does things right time after time. Feel free to cross this off your Midwestern checklist after visiting. read more

Most Culver's are pretty good. This location is in a very busy location. They keep putting out the orders efficiently. The staff is good. The food is exactly what you would expect. IMO, the food is cheaper and much better quality than McDonald's. Different locations have different "flavor of the day" on their custard. They will have walleye for a limited time. It's really good. They have their own branded root beer including diet root beer. You can make shakes, concretes and sundaes with their flavor of the day, instead of vanilla or chocolate. (Sneaky way to get more toppings.) read more

I just did the drive-thru,! so I can't comment on the dining room, but the outside of the building and the grounds are very clean and well-tended. Easy access from the road, plenty of space to pull around and wait for my meal. The lady who brought out my meal, on a freezing day in Chicago, was so great. She said, "It's a honor to serve you. Enjoy!" Wow!! That's so nice!! I'd love more vegetarian and vegan options, but in a pinch I can always get a hot and fresh on-the-go meal here. Great job! read more

We arrived at 915pm only 45 minutes before closing and were surprised to see only one guy filling orders, taking orders and running them outside...but he was running and very apologetic for any delay. The service was very fast and friendly. We only wanted a treat so we got small concretes which were fantastic and filling. My wife loved the vanilla with salted caramel and chocolate syrup and I had a chocolate concrete with the same toppings. Fantastic is the only way to describe them! The store was very clean and had ample seats. Parking was plentiful and well lit providing a sense of security and safety. We love Culver's and this store came through in spades ! They also have a military discount for current and prior veterans and first responders. Great family facility. read more

Service in drive thru is quick, efficient and pleasant. However I'm constantly on the prowl for fried fish, not tilapia but cod, perch or to my surprise wall eye! Yes Culver's has a fried and battered wall eye sandwich and meal. The meal has either 1, 2 or 3 fillets with fries and slaw! The best part about it is how truly delicious it is! It's pretty much like a fish and chips kinda dinner. It was hands down better than the overpriced stingy fish and chips served at Ramsay's Kitchen! It was light, tender, flaky and well seasoned. Me and my husband went through drive through to get two shakes. First the teenage boy they have working the window got the sizes mixed up which is fine it happens. When we got our orders (strawberry shake and caramel shake) they got the strawberry shake perfectly but gave us a cup of vanilla soft serve with whipped cream for the "caramel shake". I thought oh it's probably mixed in but no it was just vanilla soft serve with whipped cream. But today for the start of restaurant week, he went since my son asked for it and they happened to have 10% off when you mentioned it. First of all, they had no idea they were participating. Having been a former resident, I still frequent the Naperville area. I recently discovered this location on the corner of Naper Blvd. I've stopped by twice in the last couple of weeks and I have not been disappointed. First, it's a large, beautiful location. One of the, if not nicest I've been too. I've only been through the drive-thru, but let me tell you.. the food is so fresh and the service has been amazing. Friendly service done right. We certainly need this in the times we are in. This location has moved to my #1 Culver's destination. Love the cod dinner, pork tenderloin sandwich, butterburger and especially onion rings! Also gotta get that Root Beer!! Fans of cheese curds: they've got 'em here, and you could even try to make some kind of poutine if you're daring with assorted pertinent menu items. Culver's has some of the best cheese curds from a fast food chain than I have ever had. They definitely rank in my top five for overall cheese curds as well. I am a huge lover of patty melts, however Culver's melt is not one I wish to ever eat again. I think that their bread and cheese choice fight each other and so it doesn't leave a great taste in one's mouth. Their burgers are average in my opinion, but their chicken tenders are really good. This location is rather hit or miss. Yesterday, our butter burgers were not good at all, and we waited about 12 minutes to receive our order. It was 2:30pm so not a lunch rush at all. Also, the employees here are a bit odd. (I am being kind.) I think that the manager and owner could take a few notes from Chick-fil-a on hiring good employees, teaching them how to take orders properly through the drive through and moving the line quickly while delivering consistently quick, fresh, hot and delicious food with a smile. Food was the usual good Culvers quality, but customer service was far from it. Changing people in the middle of me trying to tell them my order at the drive thru so that they miss what I said. Their response was that I need to speak up. Switch back at the window again so the rude person does not have to face me. This review is part food, part service (two essential ingredients for a successful restaurant right?). Both spot on. Also love the wi-fi and plentiful electric outlets, great for folks who work on their laptops... I haven't gone through the whole menu yet, but the spicy chicken sammich is a good one, fries are good, and their pot roast is similar in taste & feel to pulled pork - a nice tasty surprise.
