It was my first time to a Chick-fil-A. I recieved some free coupons, so I thought I'd give it a try. The place is crowded....in fact the DT is always lined up whenever I drive by. I ate in side, lucky to find a parking space. Tables were pretty full, but we found one. I noticed a lot of the patrons seem to linger at their tables after they are finshed eating. You don't see that at McDonald's. IDK, maybe I just happened to be there when they had a leisurely lunch crowd. The counter person was super-friendly....almost to the point of acting. I'm not used to that at fast food places. Usually the staff is pretty bored or not happy to be there. But at Chick-fil-A, that was not the case. I ordered a free chicken sandwich, no sauce, waffle fries and a medium drink. Drink was $2.49. Total bill was a little more than $5. Chicken sand had pickles. We have been going to Chick-fil-A in Norton Shores for the past year and it has quickly become our favorite place to eat! It's so easy to use the app and even order at your table and avoid the lines, and the food always arrives quickly. It's always hot and delicious and served perfectly every time. Best of all, we are always treated like valued customers there and have grown close to the employees who work there, who really feel more like family than employees. this was thee worst customer service experience i have ever had with chick fila! i have been to multiple chick fila's across the country and have always had a great experience with them. this musk location lets their employees talk to customers so rude and nasty without even trying to correct the issue! one of the "supposed " managers whose name is elsa was sooooo very rude and nasty to me and everytime im in their she's being rude and nasty to a customer! watch out for the employee elsa a supposed manager she is very rude nasty and very aggressive at the harvey st location! read more

My husband and I waited until, as one reviewer put it, 'they worked the kinks out' before eating there. From Ian's cheerful greeting and polite, thorough order taking to the young lady (SO SORRY that I missed her name) who offered to carry our sodas out for us as we were leaving (my husband and I each walk with a cane), and everyone in between... the service was exemplary and as usual, the food was delicious. Folks shouldn't be so hard on new places, not unless the reasons are out of the ordinary; such as...say...an employee calls someone a bad name or, perhaps, you see a waitperson eating off someone's plate before delivering it to the table. I know this location of Chik-fil-A is new but this company is usually known for their customer service and speedy lines but they are really letting me down here. I have gone at several different times on different days and they continue to have efficiency problems. The line does not move like other locations, their employees seem very confused at how to use an iPad, and their chocolate chip cookies are very hard. I have tried them 2x and no more. I really hope they get it together so I will continue to return because I need my chicken goodness! read more

First of all let me say I am obsessed with Chick-fil-A, being from the South I'm used to getting it all the time anywhere I go. So I was thrilled when Michigan finally started getting Chick-fil-A restaurants. This being said I'm used to a certain quality of customer service when I go to Chick-fil-A, and this restaurant is sorely lacking. They have forgotten items in my order several times when I've been here, they are incredibly slow and seem like they are not in any rush to serve customers. I came once early in the morning when there was not a single car in the drive-through and sat at the window after I had ordered and paid and watched two employees - one standing around the other on the telephone, and then a manager walked over and filled my order which had been sitting on the counter the whole time and then handed it to me, which was missing items also. As much as I love Chick-fil-A and miss it, I will not return to this location. read more

I understand they are new and don't have all the kinks worked out. The hour wait or so for my food I tolerated. However, how can you forget to put a chicken sandwich with the rest of my regular order I had? Certainly a waste of my time and money. I love the food but this location needs some work with customer service. We made an order and waited in like for a while and when we finally received our food we realized they forgot our fries. I went back in the now longer line and when I got back up they questioned us like we were lying about not getting our fries until she finally realized and let us through. Then when we got to the food pickup area for the second time they said that our fries would be a couple minutes and made us wait even longer after already waiting in line twice. Also, the fries were barely warm when they gave them to us and they didn't give us any extra or even apologize for making us wait for so long. read more
