I dined at Chick-fil-A twice this week while on business travel. This particular restaurant is located near my hotel in Oak Ridge. I went to the Chick-fil-A In Oakridge 3 times my order was not what I ordered the buns on the grilled chicken club fell apart the fires were greasy and soggy I will not go back I don't eat bacon but got bacon the staff is super busy between takeout and in store orders they are busy rushing around not be attentive to the customer and the quality of the food has changed. read more

I went at around 7 am and I met this worker named Koltyn he was super nice and made my entire morning. Really respectful and considerate.

Chick-fil-a is wonderful. Pleasant staff- "my pleasure" - love that! A long car line at CFA is not a problem, they move efficiently. The government could learn from CFA! I normally get the Spicy Chicken Delux, and sometimes the kale salad (I am one who actually likes kale). I prefer French fries over waffle fries, but the waffle fries are still really good at CFA. I cannot drink milk, so I cannot review the shakes personally, but my family has liked them. I fully recommend CFA. read more

This location has went downhill so bad. For months they have been giving watered down sodas to the point that COCA COLA has hardly any carbonation and barely any taste. Got sick of returning them and holding up the line and contacted corporate. They reached out to this franchise which never reached out to me like they were supposed to. I thought after a couple months off maybe they improved but no. I go tonight and they have the line split by cones so if you are on the right it's impossible to return anything. Bonus, the sprite was 100% water and had a weird perfume like taste. My son had to go without a drink so chic fil a got $3 for nothing. The fries were nasty soaked in grease and overcooked. This Chick-Fil-A is usually busy, but despite the number of patrons rushing through at any given time, the restaurant focuses on customer service. Everyone has a smile on their face and are very cordial. In the category of fast food, Chick-Fil-A is king. Spicy chicken sandwich is my go to meal. read more

This Chickfila was rebuilt recently so I felt it was only fitting to give a new review. The inside is nicely decorated with various types of seating for up to 8 in a group easily. The new layout allows for a double drive-thru and a bigger kitchen to handle the load. This place is always busy but they get you through in no time. Brenda will keep your drink refilled too if you sit inside. They also expanded the patio seating area which was quite busy the day we came. We love CFA! read more

They accidentally forgot my honey mustard and proceeded to apologize while polishing my shoes (which I didn't ask). They make you feel important like a big celebrity or president. Pretty filthy inside. Food smashed into the floors, trash lying around under the booths. Stupid slow trash compacter locks you out of throwing anything away while it cycles, now I know why there is so much trash on the floor. Did'nt see anyone wiping floors or tables down despite Covid. 1 average chicken sandwich +fries and a drink =$10! Very poor value. More hype than substance. read more

This Chick-fil-A locations has recently been rebuilt to be larger and much more efficient in drive-thru flow of traffic so the cars no longer stack up into the road nearby, YEA! Since reopening my at the front counter wait time has been consistently less that 5 minutes with 100 % accuracy in order fulfilment. Nothing too severe about this location in general, just Chick Fil a and waste. They bring you 2 drinks in one hand, in a cardboard cup holder. The other hand empty. Worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever dealt with! I know people love this place but they have issues at this location. Owner needs to step up! I came in on 7-24-21 and placed a order for curbside pick up. Waited 15 minutes on food and never received it like the other 10 people waiting. Left and still was charged. Contacted them 5 times now and still has not been resolved. After the museum November 5, we all went here for a late lunch. Evenso, it was crowded, but everything was moving well. We got a couple tables for the 7 of us, but had to clean them off as we were pushing them together. This is the first time I knew you could get chicken WITHOUT a bun. I was happy!! I got 6 grilled nuggets (no dipping sauce) and a large diet DP for $6.30. Shoulda gotten the larger order of nuggets. They were really good. Refills on beverages are free, but there's no machine to dispense, so you have to go back to the counter and interrupt. Inefficient and embarrassing. read more

As far as general operation, this location seems about on par with other Chik-fil-A stores. However, I do not recommend them for catering carryout orders. When I first began working in Oak Ridge, I regularly purchased nugget trays and chicken biscuit platters here for my business. Unfortunately I had to stop this practice. Despite calling in my orders hours (sometimes days) in advance with a specified pick-up time, I always ended up waiting 15 or 20 minutes for the food after arriving at the scheduled time. This is unacceptable when trying to coordinate meetings and events. After repeated instances of appearing unprofessional due to delayed meetings, I decided to take our catering business elsewhere. All fast food servers need to take customer service training from Chick-fil-A! I've been here four times since the reopening and for the first time in all of the visits I've made to chick fila across the US, these are the worst experiences I've ever had. The employees seem completely lost. Several new faces and clearly showing lack of training. Care free attitudes and error filled orders. This last visit for a frosted coffee will be my last. The gentleman taking my order told me that they could only offer a small. I asked him why and he said "I'm not sure why. I've heard several different things." What does that even mean? This location is easily the busiest Chick-fil-a I've ever been in! I'm not sure if this is a result of fantastic service (described below) or because the dining options around here are soooo limited. If you choose to dine in, you're in for a treat. There are a few "older" ladies who walk around with name tags on that you could almost describe as waitress-like. They closely monitor each table to help you get beverage refills, throw away any trash, and pick up your tray when it looks like you're done eating. As if that's not enough, they even came by to place a little vase with a single white lily in it on our table, as if we were in a sit-down restaurant. After that, another lady came by to give us after-meal mints...who knew Chick-fil-a had their own mints! My only complaint about this location is their bathrooms. Although modified a bit to have warm, pleasant lighting, they could do a better job of keeping it clean and refilling the hand soap and seat sanitizers. read more

Extremely RUDE ... don't go late at night because they do not want to serve you! Spent the day at Windrock, so we are a 3500 series 4 door truck pulling a 24 foot trailor, that obviously will not fit in their drive thru, so we asked if we could order, and was told we had to be in a vehicle in the drive thru, told them we could not fit... and asked again if the people that are already outside could please take our order, was then told use the mobile app, well I don't have the app and the store was closing in less than 10 minutes and we'll it would take longer than that for me to get the app set up, asked again to please just let us order, and was told again only if we were in our vehicle in the drive thru, and we asked for a manager... and so some girl came out, didn't identify herself as a manager but said they will take your order, we told her that they had told us 3 times that they could (would) not! She then said well technically you should be in your vehicle and that was it we lost it! Come on use common sense! So finally one of the drive thru girls says, I'll do it for you! But I'm honestly afraid to eat my food, afraid of what may have been done to it! read more

This is a good location to go to if it is cold outside for sure. I had my boys with me and it was really cold outside for lunch, and of course they wanted to play on the playground. Luckly this location has an indoor playground. So not only do we have some fast food options for decently healthy food but also something for the kids to do after they eat! read more

Food is good, staff is super nice. Compared to most Chick Fil A's, the restaurant is lacking in cleanliness. Everytime we go we have to clean our table off before sitting down, the trash cans in the dining room are typically overflowing.
