Best quick chicken sandwich ever - puts Chick-fil-A to shame! I still dream of the special Korean Barbeque sandwich they had awhile back. And the freshly made sweet fries are addictive! We love the selection of sauces as well; the Buffalo and Ranch are both awesome. The custards are delicious and reasonably priced as to-go pints, though we usually fill up on fries too much to save room for dessert. As for service, you can tell this restaurant is well managed. It's always plentifully staffed with helpful, kind people, and the inside and out are very clean! I truly hope this Super Chix stays this clean and tasty, because we eat here weekly and even bring guests here over "fancier" places nearby. read more

SuperChix is one of our family's favorite quick dinner spots. It's always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and every single sandwich we've gotten here has been delicious. We love their rosemary black pepper fries too. During the warmer months they have a nice outdoor patio and always have great music playing. Definitely recommend! read more

I was excited to see another chicken fast food restaurant come in to town, so we decided to drop in and check it out. It's new, so everything is sparkly clean and fresh. I ordered a simple filet sandwich with Kosher Pickle and it was just average. I didn't taste anything that really jazzed my taste buds. There seemed to be more employees in the store than customers and we were literally approached five times during our time to ask how the food was and how they were doing. The food is so great to be fast casual. But what made it even better was the service. I came in with my two young kids, i rarely take them out to eat by myself because it's tough. The staff were so helpful. The brought me my cutlery , napkins , sauce. Cleared the table and brought our custard after our meal so my kids would actually eat their food first and I didn't have to go to the counter and get it and worry about them running off or making a mess. Most of this world isn't made for moms, especially moms of small children. So I am extremely grateful and pleased with my experience today. read more

Very quick service, people constantly cleaning. You can get your custard on hold and flag someone down and they will bring it. The servings are rather large. The chicken was super juicy and pretty flavorful. The bacon ranch was amazing, and the bun was so soft and chewy. The custard isn't too sweet or syrup heavy. The fried pickles are amazing, not served boiling hot either. The down side. The tea is not very good. I walked past as a guy was mixing powder for the tea, walked into it late too hard to tell if he was mixing sugar or a tea powder to make it. They have a large assortment of sauces, all ok the bland side: buttermilk ranch, BBQ, Nashville Hot, Buffalo, Korean BBQ, and their signature sauce. read more

The food is good--big problem is the pricing and how much is being charged for chicken tenders and/or a chicken filet. $12.99 for 6 chicken tenders is steep inflation or no and yes I get the "fresh not frozen" type of argument. I got a plain chicken sandwich (grilled---a deluxe is 1 dollar extra!). For a chain restaurant that is high regardless if it's in Farragut or wherever. Family Of four around 50 bucks---for that amount I'd go to a fast casual. Deals and a rewards program that actually can lead to a brand recognition would be good for a Tight consumer economy! read more

Great quality food. Chicken - it's the stringy kind, so you can tell it's real meat. The fingers are sizeabl and there is a sauce bar. This location just opened. Same owners as one in Clinton. The food was great as always. Lots of service as they are training many team members. At some point the number of them will dwindle but hopefully service stays the same. They have a great outside seating area. They are expecting folks to sit outside when it gets cold because they have some large heaters in the ceiling. read more

We got there right as they opened on Sunday, After Church. It filled up quick, which most spots do at that time. Food was great, fast casual. I know it is new, so if you are coming during a rush hour, expect a few minutes for tables to open up. But servers were great walking around to tables to check on everyone. read more

Stopped in with my son right at closing time to grab something to carry out. There were still people in there seated and eating. There was still a guy at the register. And when I got back in my car, my phone said it was 8:59. Guy at the register waits until we walk up and then says "we're closed. Sorry guys, but we close at 9 and it's (pauses to look at some clock somewhere I guess) 9 and 25 seconds." No joke. He literally said the number of seconds out loud as if that was actual justification and not just evidence of really terrible customer service. I get it, you want to go home at the end of the day. Super amazing service! Went in for the first time for a large to go order and staff were friendly and patient. Manager talked to me while I was waiting for my food and they offered to help me carry my food out to my car. Love the unlimited sauce bar where you can get any type of chicken sauce you want. I tried their signature sauce and nashville hot sauce and korean bbq sauce on chicken tenders. All pretty good. Fries with rosemary seasoning were amazing. I worked here and they treat their employees horribly. They fired almost the entire staff, and they wouldn't even tell half of them that they were firing them. When confronted or asked for a corporate number they refused and blocked us. A terrible company to support and an even worse company to work for due to their lack of professionalism, and lack of integrity. The management is the even worse part as most of them don't even work. They walk around or sit on their computers. They also just sit on social media while bossing everyone else around to do their jobs for them. I honestly feel bad for them because if they hadn't lost enough employees, a lot of them wanted to quit because they hated management and how selfish and greedy they were. read more
