I had ordered breakfast at 10:15 mobile app and since I got there at 10:30 I was told they couldn't make the order...the supervisor told me I could get a refund and go somewhere else or pick a lunch option...not much of a option here super rude and repeated it like a robot instead of trying to make it right. I put the order in ahead of time and I even called the store as I waited in line letting them know. Who's idea was it to split the Mobile order and drive through order line and then force everyone to merge into the same line at the end. Worst design I've ever seen and 100% the reason the line is bad here. Basically forcing people to order ahead on the app or allow 6 cars to pile in front of you in line while you wait to place your order with the one order person in outside. Honestly the food wasn't the issue, but the attitude of the woman taking my order. While she's taking my order I ask her if it's possible to make a change to the sandwich I was ordering, and I'm not if she heard me or she was ignoring me. Had a wonderful experience here ordering a small fry after coming from the Collection. There was a drive-thru lane for mobile ordering and a regular lane to order your food. There was only one car ahead of me in the regular lane and none in the mobile ordering lane. I only wanted salty food for the evening and small fries was the only thing I ordered in the drive thru. The lady by the menu took my order and sent me on way. At the first and only window, the cashier handed me a bag of fries. I held my credit card out in my hand, prepared to pay. "Oh, she used a promo code," the cashier said. "Your fries are free." Now, there are F-words I definitely dislike, but my ears perked up at my favorite F word. "Free?" I responded, as I hadn't heard the word in decades. I wanted to google the word to make sure I knew the definition. "Yes, it's free," she urged, trying to get me to drive away, as there was a car behind me. Once again, I waved my credit card around. "Are you sure?" "Yes," she laughed. "It's free." This location has been struggling lately. This is my second time there back to back where I am given the wrong order. The first time it was completely wrong. This last time it was the wrong drink and a defected bag. What a disaster. On August 23, 2025 I came by around 8:30 AM and ended up sitting in the drive-through for 23 minutes. They were even walking food to people in the drive-through 3 vehicles back. Once I got my food, everything was wrong. I ordered a chicken biscuit and received chicken nuggets instead. I ordered a bacon scramble bowl and received TWO fried chicken bowls instead. And guess what? NO UTENSILS! so I can just eat the bowls with my hands. What is going on with this place? read more

Service sucks here the employees let alone the manager Isa does not represent what chick fila stands for worst service and they don't care. I placed my mobile order at 10:20 and when I came to pick it up it was not ready and they said they could not make it. How does that make sense my order was placed and my account was charged yet they couldn't give me my food. Not sure what it is, but I tried again because the Ventura and Oxnard rose locations redeemed chik fil a for me, but I tried this one again. Updating my review because after I went to the Chick-fil-A in Camarillo and saw how filthy it was, I thought, no way does the Oxnard Chick-fil-A deserve a bad review. I have actually gone back to this Oxnard location and although the staff can be a little air headed, the trash is always picked up and the trash cans are never overflown. There's no inside seating , the 2 way traffic for the drive thru clogs up the lines and makes it confusing for customers to either leave or stay , the parking is bad , and to even get to the location - if you miss your turn , you have to go all the way around . This is a new site. New post-Covid 19 design concept. No indoor seating. Window ordering and eat on outside patio or drive thru. I was expecting drive thru lines out into the street, but this wasn't the case. Lines seemed to be moving quickly. I opted for the walk up window and took my food home. While my kids enjoyed their food unfortunately I had a little bug friend in mine. Possibly even two bugs? Not entirely sure since I got a tad bit grossed out and didn't even attempt to eat. terrible service here.. went to do pick up order and saw on my chick fil a app that the order was ready, so it proceeded to tell me to go up to the counter for my order. When i was waiting for my order at the window, there was someone waiting in front of me as well as someone trying to order at the regular window. The customer ordering wanted a large drink but Noeml refused. After that interaction I knew she was going to be rude. When I looked around inside the place, i can see my order since all i ordered was a simple frosted cherry coke. Noemi looks at me and goes "what's your name?" in a very rude tone, i say my name, and she says "there's no order for that name" and skips me and proceeds to help the person behind me. I know you're trying to get through the line as quickly as possible, but if you're not even going to try and help me and maybe ask to see my order or try and look around, atleast be kind. After she helped the person behind me i stood right in front of the window and showed her my phone and she just hands me the cup and doesn't say a word. "I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A but this location is in a very inconvenient spot and the drive thru access design is poor. The wait for breakfast in line was totally unacceptable. Over 15 minutes for 7 cars and no way to exit the drive through." I revised as follows after leaving. Im a Chick-fil-A fan in general, but this location and experience are seriously lacking. The location is very inconvenient. I pulled into the drive-through at 10 AM and spent over 15 minutes in line for six cars. The woman with the machine said that they are busy because of "last-minute breakfast orders" which is odd because the breakfast Lunch transition wasn't for another half hour. I specifically ordered extra Chick-fil-A sauce which is indicated on my receipt. The hashbrowns were cold and greasy. The sandwich was lukewarm at best and the amount of bacon was lacking. The bacon was also soggy. I should have checked the bag before I pulled away from this train wreck, because, of course, there was no catchup, no Chick-fil-A sauce, no napkins. The pictures show the order. From pulling off the freeway to waiting in line to leaving and getting back on the freeway took 30 minutes all of which to get cold soggy food no condiments, no napkins. read more

Food is decent, drive-thru wait time is unacceptable. Not sure if they are understaffed, but waiting in a drive-thru line for 20 minutes is ridiculous. They need to add a lane so you can exit if you can't why that long. Management does not seem to have this location working up to the A+ Chick-fil-A standard.
