After a three-star review, I have upgraded to a five-star review because Jose and the young lady with the tattoos on her arm are both still at this location. Miserable experience today. I'll look for other options if it happens again. Woman at counter (Dark hair, mid-to-late 20s) was an ogre. Talking down to another customer, chatting incessantly to other employees while customers are at the counter, not a greeting or thank-you when the late meal was finally delivered. I am recommending that you go somewhere else for chicken. Let's start by saying that we have eaten from this location a few times. We should have quit while we were ahead. Waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes listening to the employees talk about everything except their job. When the employee nonchalantly came to take the order I mentioned that a bell to ring would be good if no one was going to be attentive to the counter. They didn't even acknowledge the comment. It was like I was working with a cardboard cutout. I ordered 3 meals, all extra crispy white, one with fries, the others with mashed potatoes and green beans and corn. Waited an acceptable amount of time and when a different employee brought the food to the counter, it was bagged and ready to go, or so I thought. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED, I own that. However, I was distracted by the blank look on their face and their inability to communicate. Much the same as the other person that took the order. I get home and the order was completely fowled (pun intended) up !!! None of the meals were extra crispy, no fries and all mashed potatoes. Green beans were dry and less than the serving size. No condiments, napkins, forks or spoons. These types of cost saving methods, withholding condiments and the like, will eventually cost you business and then cost you your business. This place has a real lack of training, lack of service, lack of management, lack of leadership and the owner is responsible for all of the above. Maybe, you should try pictographs. Pictures of chicken that show the difference extra crispy and original recipe. Pictures of fries vs. mashed potatoes. And maybe training on how to ensure the proper amount is served. (we, the consumer, notice these things.) I am recommending that you go somewhere else for chicken. I don't know what the issue is with this KFC on Telegraph but they NEVER get the order correct. NEVER! It's so incredibly frustrating to discover once AGAIN I have missing food, no napkins, no plates, no plastic utensils, no hot sauce and no cookies. Due to health issues, I have the food delivered and it's ALWAYS wrong. ALWAYS!! I rarely order KFC because of this issue but i figure 6 months is enough time to fix whatever problems they have, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Think twice before going to this KFC. They are not all alike. Customer service is not good when it comes to management. They run out of things and substitute other things for it. I would give it less than zero. The manager refused to serve me after I was already inside the store because according to her it is closed. I went to the Ventura KFC a little rafter 11 am today. I was in the area and decided to surprise my husband with lunch. The driveway is very tight, so I parked and walked in. There was one young man at the drive up inside window and a woman cooking. The man looked at me then looked away. He took a drive through order, finished it and proceeded to clean up the soft drink area. He looked at me again then proceeded to ignore me again. Mind you, I am literally the only customer in the restaurant. He then went to stand at the drive up window. Now I am upset. I said , "excuse me, am I invisible?" He looked around and then said no.
