The last visit the staff disappeared into a closet and two people came in and stood there alone. A guy that didn't speak English came up front and the customers asked, "are you open"? Additionally, the one side I found I liked here at the chain is different at this location. The onion rings are terrible here. They are crappy panko versions that get soggy and nasty really fast. The prices have skyrocketed at this location as well. Since last time I was here the 3 pc combo had increased 25% from the prior visit. That's an insane increase! On top of that, the website doesn't work and the pics they posted on Yelp themselves show the old prices still. Hate that mess!! Love this fried chicken but probably done with this location. Even after 25 min of driving home all the chicken we ordered was just....juicy. lol Because they were closing soon, the floors were being mopped and the smell of whatever they were using mixed with something else I couldn't identify was too strong to be able to stay.
