This location has Frito Chili Pies! Better than average service and freshness. Both Paragould locations have been good for me.

I have given this location several chances and have been dissapointed everytime. The food is always dry and cold (especially any type of chicken entree) and I get the wrong drink about every time I go. Avoid ordering any type of icecream because you will get barely any topping or mix ins. The service is usually decent. However... the the ambiance is depressing. read more

This used to be a good place to eat we have the app which we until today used often but we're also subscribed to their text to receive deals . Well today we got text saying half price shakes just mention when order or you can use code sweet in the app. Well we when placing order told them we had sms said half price shakes they said no it's only in app we told them that i said otherwise and asked to see mgr and they send out about a 16 yr old girl we showed her the msg and she acted confused and said no it's only in app because our manager said for us only do in app half price. For 1 they didn't honor their add and 2 we ask to see mgr and clearly she was not because she plainly said my mgr said ...... Then just to be clear this is the 4th time in three weeks we've had problems with order needless to say the service at this sonic sucks. I recommend going to sonic on 412 west or out 49 towards Jonesboro if you don't wanna hastle with messed up order or with ppl who don't honor their adds. Best of luck read more

I don't go here for the food much, just regular fast food fare.... but their drinks are worth a stop... the Cherry Limeades are quite tasty, and the cheesey tater tots are good indulgence if you must. read more

We ordered from the app and signed in. Our food never came even though the kiosk said it was being delivered. Ended up talking to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. After arguing with her they finally found our order but it sat there for about 30 mins and was cold and nasty. This location has really gone down hill. read more

Food is good and they are kind and usually pretty fast. I do recommend. Sometimes they do get your order completely wrong. But they fix it fast. But I understand they are always so busy. read more
