I have never had a problem at this location in Perry before. This morning, I am on my way to the beach and I stopped by Chick-fil-A and ordered a sausage and English muffin, no cheese, and no egg. I also ordered a few additional items. While driving down the road, I went to get my plain sausage English muffin. I opened the foil and it was disgustingly burnt. Why would you even sell this inedible sandwich? I am too far away to even return this sandwich. I would have gotten a refund for sure read more

I was saddened to see the menu set for lunch... then the manager over heard my comment and went out her way to satisfy me with breakfast biscuits just as I was hoping for. This new location is fantastic, much better then the last one, which was small/crowded interior, not a very good location in Perry either. Now the ambiance of the new location is beautiful, very roomy and they even have fresh flowers on every table. The attendant in the dining area is very friendly and courteous. Ate here a few days ago the staff was nice but the restaurant smelled terrible. There was a strong odor of rotten egg almost and a strong smell of wet feet all throughout the restaurant especially by the register. As I entered the bathroom not only were there footprints all over the floor but it also had a terrible smell as well. I've also overheard a few employees saying that there may be a rat issue. I don't know if the last statement is 100% true I'm only speaking on what I've heard from staff. I don't usually leave reviews but I was very disappointed that day. read more

I am a senior who has dexterity issues. It is impossible for me to open the Heinz Ketchup packages. I'll bet there are many other folks that can't get them open. Every single time I stop by this specific Chick Fil A, they have the longest wait times and only give 2-3 sauces total for 3 full meals.

This Chick-fil-a needs work. Normally I wouldn't complain about a messed up order, but when my order and my mom's orders are consistently being wrong I will complain. They leave out things we have ordered or give the wrong drinks/food. I am loyal to chick-fil-a, but this is aggravating. It's not been every other order, it's been the past 4 orders. The service is always good at these restaurants and the food is consistently good as well. Of course there's always one thing....the one thing is the fingerprints on the windows; the little things the employees may forget to wipe down between customers. It's unappetizing to look at and it makes the restaurant look grimy--to be fair, maybe it was just over-looked today. Just dined in at this location and I can say that I have never been so impressed with a restaurants customer service! We ordered our food and it came out promptly, we were asked if we needed anything else and they even cleared our table while we letting our food digest a little before going back on the road to Florida! We got refills before we left, and everyone was beyond nice to make sure we were being attended to. Other locations make you feel like you are such a bother whenever you ask for more sauce or a refill. By far the best experience at a Chick-fil-A. 5 stars to this location and their wonderful staff, keep it up!! read more

What an amazing experience. From the time we walked in to the moment we left the service was superb. We stopped here after a long drive from North Carolina for lunch and three different employees came to our table to ensure we had everything we needed. The gentlemen who worked outside delivering meals at the drive-thru had come inside and literally took my tray out of my hands as I was walking to the trash so he could throw it away for me. The employees were all cheerful and worked as a team. It's too bad I can only give 5 stars. This is by far the best chick-fil-a that I have ever been to.
