I've been to many Chick-fil-a in my day but this one by far had the most amazing customer service I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant EVER! They truly went above and beyond and if I didn't live so far from this location this would be my go to stop in location! They also had little QR codes where you can sit down and place your order to your table which is pretty cool and I had never seen at a fast food place before! 10/10 in my book for quick service! read more

Did McDonalds buy this chain or something? They were a little light on the fries which is rare for this chain. It's usually loaded beyond the rim. Bummer and that's the main reason for the 3 stars. I hope this chain isn't going the way of the others. The Spicy Deluxe was good but I wish the cheese was a little more melted. That's also a common theme from the other Clown chain. Staff was friendly and the service was prompt, but seems like this chain is getting away from its reputation as consistently good. What a bummer. read more

On Monday pass they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich that was not fully cooked. It had a rubbery texture I was so disappointed and threw it out. I called, but no one answered the phone. Rushing to get the line outside out with unchecked food to see if it's fully cooked is important. read more

Not sure what happened but this location is not what it used to be to be. My last couple of visits there has been a person taking orders on the outside lane leaned up on a pole not doing anything. They have been watching everyone else work. Tonight was the first time I saw them take an order. While they took that one order, I watched the inside lane funnel right through. I also watch a young woman take the orders of myself and 6 other vehicles and had walked all the way back to my truck by the time this other person took one order. read more

Talk about false advertising. The new frosted sodas and floats shown on TV are not what you get when you go to the restaurant. They show them in a tall glass and look like a fair amount for the money. Not in real life. We went inside for service and what we got was a small to go cup. And I made sure to tell them it was to eat there. It was half the size of what was shown. Definitely not worth the price. They charge $5 for this small drink. Any other place would be a lot more for the money. Don't waste your money. Very disappointed and we will not be going back. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this one was awesome. Their drive through has a sliding door, not a window. And the restaurant was so clean. Our food was out before we sat down. Order them not getting our well done fries, I can't say enough great things about this location. Will definitely pass by again in our travels down I-4. Super easy access from the interstate. Leifton was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make us and another family smile by getting refills for us and stopping what she was doing to help them throw away their trash. read more

The food here is delicious. The staff is always very polite. Food is hot. I love that they hire people with disabilities.

Fast and friendly. Exactly what you'd expect from a chick-fil-a. (I didn't like my strawberry shake at all, but maybe that's just how they normally taste?) There were 4 of us and all of our food was made correctly - sides were fresh, fries were hot. Tables were clean. I liked the trash compactors, kept them from over flowing. Restrooms were also clean. They are constantly cleaning so it stays clean the entire time you are there Staff are all so friendly and helpful. They come around and ask if they can get anything for you extra or a refill of drink. Never have bad food. It is the best!!! Two of the top employees are Leifton and Cornnie. This location is always quick with service and accuracy. Both drive thru lanes are long to not back up traffic but quick providing service. I highly recommend knowing what you want BEFORE you get in line and paying with a card (credit/debit etc) for the fastest service experience in drive thru. They don't have the traditional large menu board for ordering most of the time and instead have smaller laminated copies if you need to look at it. Which is why I highly recommend going inside or looking at the menu on the app if you don't know what to order. This visit my food was fresh and hot. When I got into the establishment, I was expecting very good service... but their was only 2 people in drive through so I had to wait so long just for them to take my order. The guy who took my order was so slow. And when I was done ordering I went to get my food. The ambiance inside the place looked so playful and unprofessional. It took so long to get my food so they asked me to go to the front while they were laughing it up. They were to play full. And forgot my Mac and cheese. The drive through has amazing service. Cadience helped me out when I was ordering and the best and sweetest.

I have been there several times and each time it is better as the staff is trained. I use the app and go into the restaurant and pick it up. Never wait more than a couple of minutes. Staff is super nice. Waited 30 years for them to come to PC and not disappointed. Layout is good as they bought a large enough site not like Riverview which is a disaster. read more
