I'm telling you, this guy is legit! He's along Highway 92 about 2 miles west of Turkey Creek Rd. Look for his flags out front. I ordered the Jefe, which was a fully dressed burger on a brioche bun with pickled peppers and bacon. Tons of flavor. And it's a messy burger, the kind I like. I had an order of fries (I could not finish it) and he snuck in a couple of chocolate chip cookies. A really unexpected surprise. My lunch date had the BCB which a regular cheeseburger fully dressed out. She said it was the best burger she's ever had. The owner, Corey, was quick with the order which is made after you order. Everything tasted fresh. Seating is outside on 1 of 2 picnic tables. They are in the shade. No music or anything, just the noise of the traffic going by. This is a great place with some top shelf burger. You can build your own or order from the menu. My wife built her own and she loved it with bacon. I had the working class burger you can make it a double if you like. The burgers are awesome full of flavor the fries are delicious cooked in tallow. You won't be disappointed and honestly with it being just as close to me as McDonald's I'd choose the Blue Collar everytime. The people are nice and care to ask how you like it. It does take a few minutes to get your order out but it's because it's cooked fresh to order! I'm more than happy to wait for fresh food. Covered picnic tables to keep you shaded while you eat. They have picnic tables under a polebarn style eating area with sea-shell floor. They have limited parking areas, 9 cars maximum. They have music playing low enough to carry on a conversation, which I think is awesome!! We had a Blue Collar Burger, BCB, chili dogs, hotdog, Working Class Burger, and chili-cheese fries. The chili is just spicy enough. The hotdogs were very meaty so very delicious. This is worth the stop. I gave it a 4 star, because it has limited parking. Can't wait to come back!!! read more

I dont know what else to say, if you are in the area and want a great gourmet burger. THIS IS IT. Me and wife were heading to the Chain of Lakes and discovered this jewel. I had a burger, honestly can't remember which one it was, but it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The pickles are homemade I believe, and they had a little kick to them, which I don't do heat or spice at all. AND I still give it 5stars. But I would be so wrong if I didnt mention, that I got a chili cheese dog and let me tell you.....again cooked to perfection. I know I would add some raw onions to it, next time, but again 5stars. Let me save a lot of people a lot of time. This is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of eating in my entire life! To begin with I had their special of the day which was a patty melt. The sandwich wasn't even cut fully in half so when I tried to separate it, it just tore apart! And I can see why it wasn't cut in half, the bread and the meat were so tough that I could hardly chew through it. They don't ask you how you want the burger cooked, so I guess you get it the way the cook likes to give it to you, which is burnt & hard as a hockey puck! I don't know if they have some kind of special sauce that they like to promote, but it was so smothered around that burger that I couldn't even tell it had onions because there was more sauce than there was burger or anything else! And yes, their special sauce taste terrible. I got a combination so I got fries with it and it's supposed to be cooked in fallow broth or whatever and the fries were overcooked and basically like eating dried burnt potato chips. The fries were Dumped out of a frozen bag obviously. Definitely not fresh cut!! Now we'll get to the hotdog. it was a chili cheese dog, and there was so much So-called chili and cheese, which looked like cheese whiz to me, that I couldn't pick the bun up and try to eat it like a regular hot dog. It was just oozing a disgusting mess all over the place. And I'm not sure which one but it was either the chili or the hotdog itself that was so salty it was as if they were trying to mask the terrible flavor of everything by loading it with salt. I give honest reviews and I would much rather give a positive review than a negative review but this place is not going to stay in business very long. read more

Best burger that I can remember. The only pickles I've ever liked on a sandwich, locally made. The pickled jalepanos were pretty awesome, too. They have local grass fed grass finished meat and tallow fries. They're worth going out of your way for!! $35 for 2.5 of us to eat, fries are big enough to share. They even cut up the burger patty for our dog. Top notch service and good. We're stuffed and will be back. They were totally worth getting off the highway for. Worst burger ever. Not sure what happened here. They seem to rave about this place on Yelp. Just had a double cheeseburger, with bacon. You'd think that would taste good, especially with bacon. Something about the meat, did not smell right. Could not get it past my nose to take much of a taste test. Smelled like old meat, perhaps something gone bad. Patty's kind of Gray, definitely overpriced, even if it had tasted delicious. I'm not real picky when it comes to eating, but this was just bad. The service was good. The staff is friendly. The cashier did her best to compensate, offered a free replacement. Had the chili dogs, and onion rings. Those were okay. A little bit greasy on the onion rings, but tasty. Chili dogs were about as good as eating at a dairy Queen. But not bad, the chili and hot dogs were fresh. Did not get charged for the iced tea, and it was bottomless. I don't know if that standard or an oversight. As much as they were charging for the burgers, it was a relief not to pay extra for a drink. read more

I was a little leary about stopping here with only one review, but I glad I did. I had the special of the day. It was a jalapeño burger, I forgot the name of it, but it was good. It was just enough heat to make you sweat a little, not to spicy to eat. The patty was juicy and cooked perfect. The owner was very curtiouse and the service was fast. He gave me an ice cream sandwich when I was done, but I was full from the burger. I took it home and put in the freezer for later. It wasn't what I was expecting. When you see Blue Collar you think large quantity and affordability, and it was neither. That being said, the quality and taste were great. I had a basic burger and fries and it was over $15, which I think is a bit too much for a lunch burger from a food truck on the roadside which limits you to take a way or sitting by a hwy listening to cars pass by. I'm sure they would say the price is commensurate with the quality and they could be right. I can say however, I had a burger at the Brandon Ale house following that lunch a few days later and it was just as good for less money. read more

This was a food truck by the side of the road in front of the ranch, with plenty of parking and clean sitting area with picnic tables, napkins and condiments. Beats a Five Guys, Burger21, Wayback and all the fast food varieties.
