The best part and point of spice is that you have to thoughtfully integrate the FLAVOR of the pepper, not just go balls to the wall and try to ruin people's palates, and the reaper spice at Dave's only achieved the latter. It seems more just a gimmick rather than an attempt to make something both spicy and yummy. I will say that the fries and Dave's sauce were delicious, and the reaper ranch was probably one of the best sauces I have ever had at a fast food joint period (totally nailed capturing the flavor and spice balance).
